Abstract
The present invention relates to a remote control receiver integrated type converter having an IR type remote control receiver mounted on an LED lighting converter.
The remote control receiver integrated converter according to the present invention enables infrared reception by using a translucent or transparent plastic (PC = polycarbonate) case so that the remote control receiver can be received even if it is mounted inside the converter.
Conventional remote control LED lighting fixtures are equipped with a remote control receiver separately from the converter, so that they have to be assembled separately during assembly of the luminaire, but this is solved by the present invention.
In addition, the converter and the remote control receiver are integrated into a translucent or transparent plastic case to simplify the inside of the product, thereby reducing the risk of electric shock from being exposed to the cable and realizing a neat design.
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to an LED lighting fixture converter, in which a remote control receiver for controlling an LED lighting fixture is integrally attached to a converter to reduce the manufacturing cost due to the simplification of the assembling process, simplify the product interior (no connection cable for converter and remote control receiver) This is to reduce the risk and use it as a neat LED lighting fixture.
Due to recent energy efficiency, demand for LED lighting has been increasing rapidly, and LED lighting manufacturers have been keeping up with it.
While existing companies are developing new designs and technologies to boost sales, there are LED luminaires that control lighting through remote controls.
However, in order to use the remote controller, a receiver for receiving the remote controller must be separately installed in the illuminator.
Conventionally, the remote control-controlled lighting fixture has been subjected to a separate work process in the assembling process by attaching the remote control receiver to the outside of the converter that drives the LED, thereby increasing the production cost.
In addition, if the converter and the remote control receiver are separately attached, there is a problem in that the distance between them must be connected by an electric cable. Accordingly, there is a risk that the inside of the luminaire is electrically damaged by the electric wire and the inside of the luminaire is not clean.
It is an object of the present invention to use a semitransparent or transparent plastic case made of PC to attach a remote control receiver integrally to a converter and to be able to receive a remote control.
As a result, it is possible to reduce the production cost by improving the dual working condition of attaching the remote control receiver in addition to the converter in the production process.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the risk of electric shock in a lighting fixture and to realize a clean design of a luminaire by integrating a remote control receiver and eliminating a conventional wire connection method.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a receiver for receiving a remote control of an IR system on a circuit in a conventional converter and to protect the converter by using a translucent plastic material of PC, The purpose is achieved in the control box.
