본체의 구조는 노즐 고정프레임, 노즐, 노즐 고정볼트로 구성된다
Description
프레스 및 기타 가공 공정에서의 오일 및 공기 분사 방법의 개선으로 기존 분사방법을 소량, 정량, 정위치 분사를 위해 금형 밀착형으로 제적하며, 노즐의 각도를 세밀하게 조정할수 있게 한다.
오일분사시 금형의 진동등의 사유로 원거리에서 분사함으로 오일이 과다 분사되는 현상이 발생되어 불피한 곳에 도포시 또다른 불량이 발생되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고자 본 발명을 하게 되었음
근거리에서 정량 도포를 하기 위한 간편한 디자인이 필요
작업자가 손쉽게 조작이 가능하고 기존 자석의 부착력으로 노즐을 고정시킴으로 생산공정의 (프레스등) 진동으로 인해 분사 각 및 위치가 변동되는 것을 볼트로 강하게 고정시켜주어 품질 및 생산성에 큰 효과가 있음
도면은 오일을 분사하는 노즐부가 있으며, 이는 생산 공정에 따라 선택이 가능한 노즐을 노즐 고정프레임에 설치한다, 본체 고정용 Hole은 볼트로 고정시키며 금형에 고정 및 동일한 레고형 노즐을 여러개 설치가능하다.
본 발명은 현공정에 사용하는 노즐을 선택하여 본체에 고정용 프레임에 설치하고 각각의 각도를 조절하여 부착한다. 본체는 상하좌우전후로 필요한 적정위치에 맞게 조절할수 있다
Claims (1)
- 노즐 고정프레임은 "ㄷ"자 형태로 만들어지며, 제품의 특성, 생산공정의 특성에 따라 철이나 플라스틱으로 제작이 가능하다. 노즐을 잡아주는 노즐 고정용 프레임은 본체 고정용 Hole이 2개소 있으며 각각 금형에 고정시켜주는 것과 필요에 따라 본체를 하나더 연결하는 기능을 가지며, 본체의 형상은 2개를 결합시 노즐방향을 회전시켜 바꿔줄수 있다. 또한 노즐부의 유동을 없애기 위해 측면에 노즐 고정볼트가 하나 더 있다.
