Description

Shower Filters

The present invention relates to a shower filter device, and more particularly, to a shower filter device that is connected between a shower faucet and a faucet to remove harmful components such as foreign substances, heavy metals, bacteria, and the like contained in water.

In general, tap water sprayed through a shower is supplied with a small amount of chlorine components for disinfecting various germs and pollutants. Such a chlorine component has a problem of causing dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis.

Accordingly, in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-108476, a filter-type water purifier is installed at the lower part of the shower head to remove chlorine components of water sprayed through the showerhead.

In the prior patent, the water purifier is installed only in the shower head, the water purification effect is lowered, the water does not smoothly pass through the purifier due to the resistance of each purifier in the purifier, the water pressure rises and the purifier is connected to the purifier The load is concentrated between the water supply hose and the water leakage hose.

The largest factor of this leakage is due to the fact that the particle size of the ceramic ball, which occupies most of the water purifier, is not specified. That is, when the particle size of the ceramic ball is large, the purification efficiency is low. When the particle size of the ceramic ball is relatively small, the cleaning efficiency is good, but the leakage phenomenon as described above occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to clearly define the particle size of the ceramic ball which has a good purification efficiency while the water passes smoothly.

In addition, since the prior patent passes through the water purifier only in the vertical direction, the flow of water is short and it is difficult to obtain a sufficient water purification effect. Therefore, it is necessary to constitute a multi-stage water purification material and thereby increase the internal water pressure, And the cost of the water purifier is also increased.

FIG. 4 is a view showing an induction part insertable into a shower filter device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a state in which a shower filter device according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed between a shower faucet and a faucet Fig.

1 to 5, a shower filter device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shower filter apparatus comprising:

A shower filter device installed between a faucet and a shower faucet to purify tap water,

A main body 140 having a thread for threading with the faucet formed in the inner passage in the receiving part 142 and having a diameter increasing from the lower part to the upper part;

A cap 120 through which an inlet is inserted into an end of a passage of the main body 140 and tap water introduced from the inlet is output through a hole on a side surface;

A filter 130 formed in a cylindrical shape and connected to one side of the protrusion 122 of the cap 120 and having a cylindrical space for flowing purified water therein and for pouring water out of the hole of the cap;

A thread for coupling with the internal thread of the shower faucet is formed in the upper water outlet 111 and a passage through which the tap water of the faucet passes is formed therein. And includes a coupling portion 110 whose diameter increases.

The inner passage of the filter is inserted into the fixing portion 112 of the coupling portion 110 and the protrusion 122 of the cap.

The body 140 may further include an induction part 150 for guiding the tap water to rotate like a whirl.

The inside 151 of the guide part 150 is formed in a threaded shape to induce a whirl.

The water outlet 111 is provided with a chlorine sensor, and when the chlorine is detected, the water outlet 111 can be formed of a transparent material so that the detection result of chlorine can be seen from the outside.

The length of the main body 140 may vary depending on necessity, but it is preferably about 7 to 15 centimeters.

The filter 130 preferably uses a filter for an integer, and it is preferable to use the filter disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 1579707. [ The filter 130 is a nanofiber film of a nano far-infrared filter having micro-filtration in air or liquid phase, extinction of filtered bacteria, and antibacterial function of filtered water for a certain period of time. The filter 130 emits far- And it has the most ideal distribution for its radiant energy, so it has the effect of the sterilization and sterilization ability lasting at the same time in addition to the original efficacy of the filter of the water purification action, It can also have the effect of helping and disease prevention at the same time.

A method for manufacturing a nano far infrared ray filter which sterilizes harmful bacteria contained in air or water by filtration, comprising the steps of feeding a polypropylene chip into a first melt-spinning device, melting the same, A support layer forming step of forming a support layer; A nanofiber film forming step of sequentially sputtering a nanofiber film and a nanofiber film by spinning a polypropylene chip on a support layer in the support layer formation step with a nozzle of an electro-melt emitter; Forming a filter layer on the nanofibrous film in the step of forming a nanofiber film by injecting and melting a polypropylene chip into a secondary melt radiator and winding the filter layer with a stretching device to form a filter; A filter forming step of thermally fusing a body to a cap and an outer body at upper and lower portions of the filter having the filter layer formed in the filter layer forming step; And a far infrared ray filling step of filling the filter in the filter forming step with far-infrared rays.

The shower filter device of the present invention combines the inlet portion 142 with the internal threads of the faucet 200 and connects the outlet portion 111 to the faucet 300 of the shower.

The coupling method through such a thread is common in this field, so a detailed description is omitted.

The operation of the shower filter device having such a configuration will now be described.

5, the water received through the faucet 200 is received through the inlet portion 142, and then discharged to the side through the hole 123 of the cap 120. As shown in FIG.

The water filtered through the filter 130 in the internal space of the main body 140 is then output to the water outlet 142 through the passage in the filter 130.

At this time, when the induction part 150 is additionally provided, the water swirls in the internal space of the body part 140 and is filtered through the filter 130, so that the flow of water becomes more convenient.

The tap water flowing from the inlet of the cap 120 is discharged through the side hole 123. That is, all the water is discharged to the water outlet 142 only through the filter 130, so that the tap water can be completely purified.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the purified water effect multiplied by the far infrared ray filter can be obtained.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the filter can be easily replaced and the filter can be easily carried.

In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the flow of water can be made smooth, the water purification effect can be enhanced, and the water pressure can be raised.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a shower filter device which requires a low manufacturing cost and has a small volume.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, It belongs to the scope of right.
