Abstract
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a lower body exercising apparatus capable of lateral movement of a footrest, and more particularly, to a lower body exercising apparatus capable of lateral movement of a footrest for use in calibrating an inner fold and an outer fold.
The present invention is also characterized by a frame having an opening on an upper surface thereof, and a plurality of footsteps inserted into the opening of the frame and slidable along the opening.

BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, in order to maintain a healthy body, it is recommended to exercise, for the purpose of correcting the defects of the body shape, or for the purpose of rehabilitation of the uncomfortable body.
Such exercise has been mainly performed in a fitness center equipped with various exercise apparatuses. Recently, as the quality of life has improved, various exercise apparatuses that can be used in the home have become more and more necessary.
On the other hand, the conventional lower body exercising apparatus has a large volume, and since the exercise is performed by using a plurality of weight weights, there has been a problem that the movement is impossible.
Accordingly, a lower body exercise apparatus configured to perform a lower body exercise using an elastic body such as Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1323261 "Adrenocortical and sphincter reinforced complex exercise apparatus" has been developed. However, There is a problem that it is difficult to control the exercise intensity because the elastic body is fixed as compared with the weight weight control method.
Further, there is a problem that the elasticity of the elastic body is lowered during long-term use after the initial production, and the exercise effect is reduced.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a lower body exercising apparatus capable of not only correcting the inner leg of an "O" type leg but also transferring a foot to the left and right for calibrating the outer leg of an "X" .
It is another object of the present invention to provide a lower body exercise mechanism capable of adjusting the exercise intensity and capable of moving the footrest from side to side in order to prevent the adjusted exercise intensity from being lowered by continuous use.
In order to accomplish the above object, a lower body exercise apparatus according to the present invention includes a frame having an opening on an upper surface thereof, and a plurality of footrests inserted into the opening of the frame and slidable along the opening, .
The apparatus may further include a plurality of link portions disposed between the foot plates for pressing or releasing the compression portions according to the distance between the foot plates, and a compression portion whose internal volume is changed by pressing or releasing by the link portions.
The compression unit is made of a material having elasticity, and applies a predetermined elastic force to the link unit when the compression unit is pressed or released by the link unit.
The compression unit may include a check valve for limiting a discharge amount of the fluid when the compressed fluid is discharged due to a decrease in the internal volume due to the pressing by the link unit, and a check valve for releasing the pressure by the link unit to increase the internal volume And a check valve for sucking an external fluid at the time of opening.
The foot plate includes a support protruding downward and inserted into the frame to support the foot plate, and a plurality of rollers rotatably coupled to the support so that the foot plate can be slidably conveyed.
