Description

Soundproof Earplug

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a soundproof earplug, and more particularly, to a soundproof earplug that prevents noise generated at a work site and can hear the voice of another worker.

Noise prevention earplugs are used to prevent workers in these workplaces from being exposed to industrial accidents such as hearing impairments because construction noise, such as construction companies, steel manufacturers and processing companies, tunnel construction sites, have.

A noise preventing earplug is generally made of a foamable sponge and has a configuration in which a foamable sponge is inserted into an ear canal of a worker. Two foamable sponges are respectively held in a pocket and used. When a user who uses the foam sponge easily loses There are many. In addition, workers are exposed to industrial accidents such as hearing impairments due to the noise generated in the workplace, and the possession of the disputes is continuously occurring.

Korean Patent No. 10-1330661 (Registered on November 31, 2013) discloses an earplug for insertion into an ear canal of an ear, which is a soft body made of a rod-shaped body to be inserted into the ear canal, And a knob protruding from the center of the rear end surface is formed in the rear end surface of the body. According to the disclosed technology, the noise cancellation performance can be improved, and a pair of ear plugs can be connected by tying them together to prevent the risk of loss.

Korean Utility Model Registration Utility Model No. 20-0267593 (registered on November 28, 2002) discloses an ear plug for ear protection which can be worn tightly and stably more securely by the ear-hole contact ring when worn. According to the disclosed technology, an ear canal insertion portion having a through hole with a filter inserted therein at a central portion thereof is protrudingly formed on one side of a cap body, and an ear canal insertion portion is formed on the upper plug main body of the ear canal insertion portion, A groove is formed in the back surface portion of the ear canal insertion portion and a concave groove is formed in the middle portion of the ear canal insertion portion and the disc-shaped ear-hole contact ring having the engaging hole formed therein is divided and formed by size.

The conventional soundproof earplug as described above is generally formed of a foam sponge so that it is difficult to separately hear the voice of another worker by preventing the noise of other workers as well as the noise generated at the worksite, It is difficult to communicate or communicate, so that there is a drawback in that the efficiency of work is lowered in a workplace with a high noise level. In addition, since ear plugs do not come close to the ear of a worker, noise from the outside can not be efficiently blocked, and noise generated in the workplace is exposed for a long time, which makes it difficult to effectively prevent acquired hearing loss.

The analyzing member 131 analyzes frequency bands of the voice signal and the noise signal among the sound signals converted by the microphone unit 120 and transmits the analyzed frequency band to the detecting member 132.

In one embodiment, the analysis member 131 may divide the sound signal into a speech signal and a noise signal. At this time, the noise signal may be a signal generated in the workplace and a howling signal generated due to the proximity of the microphone unit 120 and the speaker unit 140.

In one embodiment, the analysis member 131 may analyze the frequency band of the speech signal and the frequency band of the noise signal by separating the frequency of the speech signal and the noise signal into a frequency axis and a time axis.

The detecting member 132 detects the frequency band of the noise signal in the frequency band analyzed by the analyzing member 131 and transmits the detected frequency band to the removing member 133.

In one embodiment, the detecting member 132 can detect a frequency band with a significantly high level of decibel (dB) as a frequency band for a noise signal. For example, when the frequency band analyzed by the analysis member 131 is about 55 dB to 65 dB and 85 dB to 120 dB, the detection member 132 detects the frequency band analyzed from 85 dB to 120 dB as the frequency band for the noise signal And can transmit the frequency band to the removing member 133. [

In one embodiment, the detecting member 132 can detect a frequency band in which the size of the decibel (dB) is significantly lower in the frequency band for the noise signal (i.e., the howling signal). For example, when the frequency band analyzed by the analysis member 131 is about 20dB to 22dB and 55dB to 65dB, the detecting member 132 detects a frequency band analyzed from 20dB to 22dB as a noise signal (i.e., Signal), and can transmit the frequency band to the removing member 133. [0063] FIG.

The removing member 133 removes the frequency band analyzed by the detecting member 132 and transmits the removed frequency band to the signal output member 134. [

The signal output member 134 transmits a sound signal (i.e., a voice signal) corresponding to a frequency band outside the frequency band removed by the removing member 133 to the speaker unit 140. [

In one embodiment, the signal output member 134 may convert the frequency band other than the frequency band removed by the removing member 133 back into a voice signal, and transmit the converted voice signal to the speaker unit 140. [
