Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to exemplary drawings. It should be noted that, in adding reference numerals to the constituent elements of the drawings, the same constituent elements are denoted by the same reference numerals even though they are shown in different drawings. In the following description of the embodiments of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the difference that the embodiments of the present invention are not conclusive.
Also, when a component is described as being "connected", "coupled", or "connected" to another component, the component may be directly connected or connected to the other component, It should be understood that an element may be "connected," "coupled," or "connected."
In describing the present invention, it is interpreted that operations of the user command input unit, control of the control unit, storage in the memory unit, Which is obvious to those who work for.
The works in the present invention include art, photography, craft, architecture, design, and the like
Also, the objects that produce the works include not only children but also students and the general public.
In addition, the technical aspects of the present invention can be implemented through the configurations of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 as well as online, offline, magazine, free trial, catalog, band,
In addition, sensitivity and emotion can be cultivated through the activation and motivation of work activities as in the present invention, and it is possible to nurture talented human beings.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing configurations of a terminal and / or a server for pricing and selling artwork of the present invention. FIG. Fig.
The idea of the present invention is how to determine the pricing of the work. Therefore, the information about the work, the pricing factor and the like are input through the user command input unit or the like, or the scan operation of the work is performed through the scan unit.
As shown in the drawing, a user command input unit 11 (see FIG. 1) including a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, and the like for inputting information about an art work, reference information for pricing the artwork and factor information constituting the reference information ); A
The criteria information for pricing the works of art is as follows: 1) the originality of the ideas and ideas of the works of art, 2) the completeness of the works, and the price of each of the 1) / 2) Different grades and weights are given when formulating.
The reference information, 1) the idea of the artwork and the originality of the idea, are priced through the following factor information.
- Originality of idea,
- Originality of material,
- the originality of the presentation technique and / or
- It is desirable to perform pricing for the works considering at least two or more of the genres' originality.
Each of the above factors will be further described.
- Originality of idea: How unique ideas and application methods of the ideas, creativity, and the behind-the-scenes story are abundant. How much research did you do to make one work? Investigate how much interest I have in this idea. (For example, some children are interested in automobiles, so they have a lot of knowledge about automobiles and research a lot of automobiles.)
- Originality of the material: Have you used previously unused material? Have you invented a unique material you found, not a formal material such as a crepe paint?
- Originality of expression technique: Whether there is a trace of how the artist expresses the idea, such as brush touch, how to use the material, how to diversify the concentration of water when using paints, how to cut wood when carving wood, and so on.
- Originality of the genre: Whether it is creating a new genre or an artwork, but is there a trail to create a new genre by fusing it with elements from other fields such as media, science, math, and language?
The reference information and the information about each factor are stored in advance in the memory, and the pricing will be calculated by comparing the input information with the work or the information input through the user command input unit.
It is desirable to give different scores, different priorities, or different weights to the correct price, rather than assigning the same score to each of the factors in pricing the piece.
For example, among the idea information of the idea of the art work and the factor information of the originality of the idea, the weights or priority orders considered for the pricing are the first order: originality of the idea, the second order: the originality of the material, Ranking: Exact pricing can be done for works applied in order of originality of expression technique and fourth order: genre originality. If you look at 100 as a whole, you are pricing by applying 30% for the first, 25% for the second, 25% for the third, and 15% for the fourth.
In the above works, the originality of the idea is considered as the first priority, and the reason why the weight is most important is that it is more important and difficult to set a new approach and direction.
With respect to the originality of the idea,
1. Is there an artist's own story or point of view about the idea or object of expression? Yes / No (+5 for example)
2. Period of researching and studying these stories and perspectives
With regard to the originality of the material,
1. Is there purpose and reason for artist's use of materials? (Writer's philosophy on the suitability of materials) Yes / No (+5 for yes)
2. Period of researching and researching these materials
In addition, with regard to the originality of expression techniques,
1. Is there an artist's own story or perspective on the expression technique? Yes / No (+5 for example)
2. Period of researching and experimenting on these expressions,
Also, with respect to the originality of the genre,
1. Is there an artist's own story or perspective on the field of genre? Yes / No (+5 for example)
2. Period of investigation and experiment on these genres and work activities
As shown in FIG. 1, the reference information and the information about each factor are stored in advance in the memory unit, and the comparison between the input information of the experts through the writer or the verification or the information input by the scanner through the user command input unit , Which is also applied in the present invention to pricing using different criteria / factors.
Among the standard information for the above-mentioned pricing, 2) Factor information for determining the completeness of the work is obtained by considering the satisfaction of the artist about the work, the degree of coloring of the work without space and the degree of the work being alive and vibrant, It is preferable to perform evaluation by weighting.
E.g,
1. Artist's Satisfaction with Works
2. Is the picture painted with no blanks?
3. Completeness measurement after expert review
(Beyond the level of completion, the picture is textured and lively)
The reference information and the information about each factor are stored in advance in the memory, and the pricing is calculated through comparison with the input information of the experts through the writer or the verification or the information input by the user through the user command input unit , Which is also applied in the present invention to pricing using different criteria / factors.
In addition, the standard information for pricing of works of art includes the cost of materials used to make the work, the time it takes to make the work, the period of time the work has been done, the size of the work, the number of works sold so far, After the author and the artist set the price, the expert should review at least the originality and completeness of the price, and give at least one of the additional points.
FIG. 2 is an operational flowchart showing a process of selling and depositing a work through pricing of the artwork of the present invention. (S 201 - S 215)
As described above, the reference information for pricing the artwork and the factor information constituting the reference information are set.
As shown in FIG. 1, the information for pricing artwork inputted through the user command input unit is stored in the memory unit. The memory unit also stores a program necessary for pricing and a program for interpreting the scanned image information and converting the interpreted information according to the reference and factor stored in the memory unit.
Information about the artwork is input or scanned.
The information about the input or scanned art work and the information about the art work stored in the memory unit are compared and priced through the operation unit.
At least one piece of information among the information on the art work and the price information on the prepared art work is output through the output unit.
The information on the output art work and the price information on the art work are used, and a purchase command is inputted through the user command input unit.
The payment for the price for the art work confirmed before or after the purchase command is inputted is performed via the network.
The payment amount is transferred to the financial information of the user (artist) who has input the art work, and can be confirmed through the artist's terminal.
