Description

Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to a gel type liquid material storage container and a method of manufacturing the same,

The present invention relates to a gel type liquid material storage container and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a gel type liquid material storage container which can display the color of contents in a container more effectively and easily, A liquid material storage container, and a method of manufacturing the same.

Manicure is a cosmetics that women use for nail cremation and can be stored and used inside a glass bottle storage container. Due to the development of the beauty industry, recently, beauty means have been developed to replace such nail polish, which is a gel-type liquid substance.

These gel-type liquid substances are also called gel nails. In other words, these gel nails do not dry the collar by natural methods, but they can be applied to UV By curing the reactive polish gel on the nail, it is possible to replace the conventional manicure as it has the effect of shortening the delay time of the user as well as the practitioner.

Such gel nail storage containers should be painted (coating) or covered with a film, and then cut off the UV rays from the outside through several UV barrier coating techniques. Therefore, in the case of the nail polish storage container, the contents can be easily distinguished from the outside, whereas the storage container of the gel nail has a problem that the contents can not be discriminated from the outside.

As a means for solving this problem, stickers corresponding to contents have been attached to the outside of the container. However, stickers are frequently removed due to damage, and the color, gloss and texture of the contents are appropriately expressed There is a problem that can not be done.

Also, there is a method of spraying a paint with a color corresponding to the contents to the outside of the container. However, this also causes the appearance peeling easily, and the processing cost due to the spraying is also increased in proportion to the container.

In this method, after the barrier layer is formed in black for blocking light on the outer surface of the container, the final color can be realized only after the base color for realizing the color is painted white so that the processing cost is relatively high and the productivity is low There is a problem.

In addition, in the case of the spraying method on the outside, it is not easy to sufficiently express the glossiness and texture inherent to the gel, so that it is not easy to intuitively grasp the texture of the contents.

In addition, there has been developed a method of injection-molding the lid part of the container, which is not the sticker attachment and spraying method, in the color corresponding to the content, but it is not easy to express the color completely matching with the contents due to the nature of the injection molding have.
