Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a manual folding and folding automatic folding umbrella, and more particularly, to an automatic folding folding type umbrella which can minimize the length of a user's operation when the umbrella is manually folded, thereby improving convenience and safety, Folded umbrella which can reduce the manufacturing cost and minimize the failure rate or malfunction due to a complicated structure by implementing a foldable structure.
Umbrella is a daily commodity for people. It started as a tool to prevent rain. However, as the standard of living of people has increased, the type and use of umbrella has been gradually diversified, such as mass production, golf umbrella, manual umbrella or automatic umbrella.
Here, the manual umbrella is to unfold and fold the umbrella by pushing or pulling the umbrella directly by the user, and the automatic umbrella is to perform the unfolding and folding operation of the umbrella with a simple button operation through a combination of mechanical mechanisms.
However, although the automatic umbrella provides a lot of convenience to the user, the automatic umbrella has a problem in that a malfunction or a failure occurrence rate is high along with an increase in the unit price due to a complicated structure. Especially, in case of automatic umbrella, if the malfunction or failure occurs, it is impossible to fold and fold the umbrella.
On the other hand, in the case of the manual umbrella, the number of times of malfunction or failure is considerably small, however, the operation length for drawing out the umbrella stand is long when the umbrella is extended and folded.
Moreover, when the umbrella opening / closing operation is performed, a plurality of umbrella pieces are held and operated by a combined latch, so that there is a risk that unexpected safety accidents may occur.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a manual folding and automatic folding multi-fold folding umbrella which can maximize the user's convenience by reducing the required operation distance when the umbrella is extended.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a manual folding and automatic folding type multi-stage folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type folding type, It has a folding umbrella.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a grip portion on a lower side of a middle rod for facilitating a user's pull-out operation so that a user does not have to take out a latch with a plurality of umbrella pieces connected thereto, And a self-folding multi-step folding umbrella which can be prevented in advance.
The above objects are achieved by an umbrella, an ream, a middle rod, a bottom rod and a manual folded and self-folding multifold folding umbrella including a handle, one end of which is moved up and down along the outside of the ream, according to one embodiment of the present invention A first wire fixed to the latch and the other end drawn into the inside of the reed from the upper end of the reed bar and fixed to one end of the upper end of the reed; A second wire fixed at one end of the lower end of the reaming rod and extending to an outer side of the middle rod to be drawn into the middle rod at one end of the middle rod and fixed to one end of the upper end of the middle rod; A third wire fixed to the winding part provided at the handle and the other end fixed to the wire fixing part provided inside the lower bar by extending from the upper end of the lower bar to the inside of the lower bar; A fixing rod provided between the wire fixing part and the upper end of the middle bar so that the wire fixing part and the upper end of the middle bar maintain a constant distance from each other; A folding spring for holding the restoring force in a state in which the umbrella is unfolded to fold the umbrella; And a spreading fixing part for maintaining and releasing the unfolded state of the umbrella according to a user's operation.
The fixing rod may be fixed at one end to the wire fixing portion and the other end may be fixed to the upper end of the middle rod through the upper end of the lower bar.
And a grip portion provided on a lower side of the rearing bar or a lower side of the middle bar to push up the rearing bar or the middle bar.
The winding portion may include a winding spring that stores the restoring force in a state in which the umbrella is folded and winds the third wire when the umbrella is unfolded.
The spread and fixed portion may be provided on one side of the winding portion to prevent the third winding from being unwound from the winding portion in a state in which the umbrella is unfolded.
According to the manually opened and folded multifold folding umbrella according to the present invention, when the middle bar is pulled out, all of the reams are pulled out, thereby reducing the required operation distance when the umbrella is unfolded, thereby maximizing user convenience.
Further, according to the manual folding and folding multi-fold folding umbrella according to the present invention, since the multi-folding folding umbrella can be folded by a simple structure, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the failure rate and malfunction due to the complicated structure can be minimized .
According to the manual folding and folding multifold folding umbrella according to the present invention, the grip portion is provided on the lower side of the middle bar so that the user can easily pull out the folded umbrella, It is possible to prevent a safety accident due to a wrong grip.
