Description

Mounting device

The present invention relates to a fastening device and more particularly to a fastening device capable of releasing a coupling between a first structure and a second structure provided with a fastening portion and a fastening block by pulling only the pin button, Unlike the bolt-nut coupling structure, it is advantageous to prevent loosening due to vibration or impact. Especially, it is applied to a moving means for elderly people requiring frequent attachment and detachment (for example, wheelchair, stroller and car seat) And which can be used as a combination of a safety guard or its auxiliary device or a key lock.

In general, fastening devices are intended to enable stable engagement between structures.

Such a fastening device mainly uses a bolt-nut coupling structure, and various means (for example, a washer or a pin) are applied to prevent loosening.

As a conventional fastening device, a fastening device having a loosening preventing structure has been disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2004-0078783.

The fastening device includes a bolt having a plurality of grooves formed in the longitudinal direction of the body at predetermined intervals along an outer circumferential surface of the body, the body extending through the body to be engaged; A nut screwed to one end of the bolt body; And a loosening preventing ring mounted on the nut so as to be elastically brought into close contact with the nut and having one end housed in one of a plurality of grooves formed in the body of the bolt to prevent the nut from being loosened And the nut is released from the bolt by the shock or vibration applied to the fastening device by using the elastic force of the loosening preventing ring and the coupling force of the loosening preventing ring coupled to the groove formed in the body of the bolt The present invention has the object and effect of the present invention.

However, since the fastening device of the related art is prevented from being loosened, it is not easy to release it even though it is not a permanent coupling, and since it can not be released without a separate extension, a special tool is necessary for releasing it. .

In order to release the nut, it is necessary to perform the continuous rotation of the nut by using a dedicated tool (e.g., a spanner) so that the nut is separated, so force and skill are required. May not be possible.

Accordingly, the present invention can be applied not only to an excellent coupling force as a fastening device but also to a fastening member that can be easily fastened and disassembled, thereby being used as a substitute for a lock function of an existing key. Further, Research and development is urgent.
