Description
The present invention relates to a dry ice washer for finely pulverizing dry ice on pellets and spraying it with compressed air to remove contaminants adhered to the article to be washed, particularly for mounting a synthetic resin crushing drum to crush dry ice .
A spray washer that injects air, water, or water vapor into the wash liquor reduces the adhesion force between the wash liquor and the contaminant by the impact energy corresponding to the spray pressure. In general, the impact energy is proportional to the mass and flow rate of the injected material, so in the case of low mass air and water vapor, the flow rate must be increased to obtain sufficient cleaning power, and chemical cleaning agents necessary for the surface activity may be added.
The dry ice washing machine is a method of finely grinding pelletized dry ice and spraying it with compressed air. Dry ice has a specific gravity of 1.53, which has a higher impact energy than air, water or ice, and has a high heat of sublimation, which is effective in cooling the washings and weakening the adhesion at the interface.
Among the prior arts, the dry ice cleaning device disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-0781588 (Patent Document 1) includes a rotor for receiving a dry ice pellet and dropping a predetermined amount of air, and an air supply pipe for blowing dry ice pellets to be blown into compressed air And a nozzle for accelerating the flow of the compressed air to the connecting portion. Such a structure is disadvantageous for maintenance such that the air pressure must be sufficiently high, the compressed air passing through the nozzle should not be inserted into the rotor housing, and the dry ice pellet is sprayed as it is, .
On the other hand, in Korean Patent No. 10-1219501 (Patent Document 2), it is disclosed that dry ice particles, which are harder than dry ice and are harder than snow-dry ice, are produced in a predetermined size by a reduced pressure of liquefied carbon dioxide gas, The limited volume of liquefied carbon dioxide gas cylinders reduces the amount of liquefied carbon dioxide gas spouted over time, which is disadvantageous for long-term use and is not suitable for large-area contaminated areas.
Conventional dry ice washing machines have used a method in which pelletized dry ice is pulverized by a mill-type pulverizer, the pulverized dry ice is sucked by a jet pipe mechanism using high-pressure air, and is sprayed into the washing water.
However, in the process of pulverizing dry ice on pellets, frictional heat is generated in the mill-type pulverizer, and as the material is cooled by contact with the dry ice due to the metal, condensation is caused to occur and the pellets are bundled together, The cold air is conducted to the hopper portion where the dry ice is filled, so that the moisture in the air in the hopper portion is condensed and the dry ice is aggregated to cause the operation failure. In addition, since the pulverized dry ice is influenced by the heat of the outside air in the process of flowing into the jet pipe mechanism of a metal having a high thermal conductivity, the amount of dry ice powder to be sublimated before reaching the washing water is not constant, So that the flow rate of the air becomes faster, and a high-capacity compressor is required.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a method for producing a dry ice pellet in which the amount of dry ice supplied using a constant amount feeder is constant and heat generated during the crushing of dry ice pellets is reduced, So that a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained even at low air pressure by supplying the iced powder uniformly.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems by using a quantitative feeder of a synthetic resin having a thermal conductivity of 0.3 W / mK or less and a pulverizer rotating two drums having a recessed groove formed thereon to condense moisture, And to use a low thermal conductivity piping material so that the constant supply of dry ice powder and sublimation of the dry ice powder before reaching the wash water.
In the process of pulverizing the dry ice pellets as described above, synthetic resin having low thermal conductivity is used as a material to prevent the dry ice pellets from being clumped and to suppress condensation of water, so that the dry ice pellets are not stopped during operation. It is possible to reduce the capacity of the compressed air generator by reducing the capacity of the compressed air generator, thereby reducing the power consumption and the size of the device. Therefore, The initial purchase cost as well as the maintenance cost are reduced.
