Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a red tide prevention apparatus and method,

The present invention relates to a red tide controlling apparatus, and more particularly, to a red tide controlling apparatus capable of removing red tide plankton most effectively in a narrow region of a red tide generating region, and a red tide controlling method using the same.

Red tide is a phenomenon in which plankton is abnormally proliferating and the color of sea or river changes. Generally, water is red in many cases, so it is called red tide in the sense of red water, but it is a color of plankton Therefore, the colors such as orange, reddish brown, and brown can be variously changed. Phytoplankton such as diatom and dinoflagellate are the most common plankton causing red tide, and the red tide standard in Korea uses the amount of these two plankton. In addition, cyanobacteria (cyanonacteria), protozoans (noctiluca), and protozoans (mesodinium) may occur.

The greatest cause of red tide is the eutrophication of water, that is, when there are too many organic nutrients in the water. In the past, phosphorus contained in soaps and detergents became a problem. However, in recent years, besides the cause of nutrient supply, reduction of tidal flats due to coastal development has become a big problem.

Many living creatures in the tidal flats were responsible for the natural purification of microorganisms and plankton in the water to maintain the level of these microorganisms to some extent. However, due to such activities as reclamation projects, eutrophication became worse as the tidal flats decreased, It is assumed that it happens seriously. In addition, it is presumed that red tide appears more frequently by climate change such as global warming.

These red tides cause a lot of problems in the state system and cause various damages to human life. Once green tide / red tide occurs, fish or aquatic creatures can not breathe and are killed.

Methods for controlling such harmful red tides include physical machine control technology, chemical control technology, and biological control technology.

First, the physical machinery control technology includes ultrasonic treatment technology that destroys microbial cells using ultrasonic waves, electrolysis technology that uses acidic water made by electrolysis to kill red tide microbial cells, and amalgamation of microbial toxicity using ozone Processing technology, but there is a problem that the energy requirement is excessive and the effect is very localized.

On the other hand, the chemical control technology includes chemical spraying technology that destroys microbes by destroying cells of red tide microorganisms such as copper sulphate and organic compounds, technology to spray precipitating chemicals with microorganisms such as chilled salt and surfactant, colloid particles of loess or clay (Korean Patent Application No. 10-2008-109306), which uses a property of coagulating / adsorbing with red tide microorganisms (Korean Patent Application No. 10-2008-109306). However, there are problems such as secondary contamination due to precipitated chemicals and microorganisms.

In addition, biological control technology is a technology for controlling harmful tidal organisms by using microorganisms predisposed to red tide microorganisms or microorganisms capable of decomposing red tide organisms, and it is a very environmentally friendly technique, There is a long problem.

Therefore, it is urgently required to develop a control technology capable of effectively and effectively removing red tide.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a red tide controlling apparatus capable of removing red tide plankton most effectively in a narrow area of red tide generating regions and a red tide controlling method using the same.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a red tide controlling apparatus comprising: a moving line for moving an aquarium; An elevating shaft installed on a deck of the moving line; A horizontal installation frame coupled to an upper end of the lifting shaft and horizontally installed to protrude outside the moving line; A mounting part coupled to the end of the horizontal mounting frame and having a filtering net fixing part; A filter net installed in the filter net fixing part; And a filter net tilting unit installed at the end of the frame for changing the installation angle of the filter net.

Further, the filter net of the present invention may include: a bag-shaped net having an inlet fixed to the filter net fixing portion; A filtering cloth installed on the front surface of the net for filtering red tide; And a Velcro detachably attaching the filter cloth to the net.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the diameter of the inlet of the bag-shaped net is 1.5 m.

The present invention also provides a process for preparing a red tide controlling apparatus, 2) flooding the red tide control device in the red tide occurrence area; 3) running the moving line through the red tide generating area in a state where the lower end of the filtering net is locked at a depth of 1 m or more and the upper end is exposed to the outside of the water surface while the angle of the filtering net fixing portion is adjusted; 4) horizontally adjusting the angle of the filter net fixing part and lifting up the filter net fixing part to the upper side of the water surface to suspend water;

According to the present invention, it is possible to completely and effectively separate and remove red tide plankton from the corresponding waters in a very narrow part of the red tide occurrence area or in a nearby area where the facility is installed, such as a farm site.

1 is a view showing a structure of a red tide controlling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
2 is a diagram illustrating a structure of a filtering network according to an embodiment of the present invention.
3 to 6 are process diagrams of a red tide control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1, the red tide control apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment includes a moving line 10, an elevation shaft 20, a horizontal installation frame 30, an installation unit 40, a filtering net 50, And a tilting portion 60 as shown in FIG.

Here, the moving line 10 is a ship capable of moving on the water surface, and a vessel of various structures can be utilized. Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the lifting shaft 20 is installed on a deck of the moving line 10 and has a structure capable of moving up and down in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the installation frame 30 is connected to an upper end of the lifting shaft 20, and protrudes outwardly from the moving line 10 to be installed horizontally. At this time, the installation length of the horizontal installation frame 30 is set to have a length sufficient for the filtering net 50, which will be described later, to operate without interfering with the moving line 10.

1, the installation unit 40 is a component that is coupled to the end of the horizontal installation frame 30 and has a filter net fixing unit 70 installed therein. That is, the installation section 40 connects both the horizontal installation frame 30 and the filter net fixing section 70, and the filter net fixing section 70 has a length sufficient to install the filter net fixing section 70 in a state of being sufficiently submerged below the water surface .

1, the filter net fixing unit 70 has a rectangular ring shape as a whole and provides a frame on which the filter net 50 is installed. 4, the filter net fixing portion 70 has a structure in which the width of the upper and lower ends is greater than the red tide distribution depth h and has a sufficient strength to withstand the trough filtration process desirable.

As shown in FIG. 1, the filter net 50 is installed in the filter net fixing part 70, and filters water only through red tide generated plankton in the area where red tide is generated.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the filter net 50 may have a structure in which a filter cloth 90 is attached to a front surface of a general fishing net bag net 80. At this time, the bag-shaped net 80 may be a net having various structures.

Further, it is preferable that the filter cloth 90 is made of a non-woven material that allows water to pass through but does not allow plankton causing red tide to pass through. In this embodiment, the filter cloth 90 is attached by a velcro 92 at the back of the net 80 as shown in FIG. 1, so that the filter cloth 90 can be easily detached and attached desirable.

The filter net 50 according to the present embodiment is advantageous in that only the filter cloth 90 is removed from the net after one use and then a new filter cloth can be attached and reused. The filter cloth 90 is easily detached from the net 80 when the velcro 92 is removed after use. The filter cloth 90 is easily attached by the Velcro 92.

Next, the filter network tilting unit 60 is installed at the end of the frame 30 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, and is a component for changing the installation angle of the filter net 50. That is, the filter network tilting unit 60 can vary the installation angles of the installation unit 40 and the filter net fixing unit 70 between the horizontal state and the vertical state as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 Structure.

Hereinafter, a method of controlling red tide using the red tide controlling apparatus 100 having such a structure will be described in detail.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a step of flooding the red tide control apparatus 100 having the above-described structure in the red tide occurrence water zone is proceeded. 4, when the angle of the filter net fixing part 70 is adjusted so that the lower end of the filter net 50 is locked at a depth of 1 m or more and the upper end thereof is exposed outside the water surface, A step of running through the red tide occurrence area is performed. At this time, the area where the moving line 10 is operated is overlapped and a new area is included so that the control area is operated so as to be gradually enlarged.

When a sufficient amount of red tide generated plankton P is collected as shown in FIG. 4, the angle of the filter net fixing portion 70 is adjusted horizontally as shown in FIG. 5, and the collected red tide generated plankton P) does not come out again. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the step of lifting the filter net fixing part 70 to the upper side of the water surface and hanging water is proceeded. This leaves the water back to the original water body, leaving only red tide plankton (P) in the filter net 50.

In this state, the moving line 10 is moved to the land, and the red tide plankton P remaining in the filter net 50 is taken out to the land and removed by a method such as incineration.
