Description

{Identifier using sound and identifier having the same set}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an identifier and a set of identifiers for identifying an article using sound, and more particularly to identifying an article by a sound generated by rubbing a pattern.

An identifier is a means of identifying an object to the user so that the object can be used for its intended purpose. Typically, an identifier is attached to a power cord, and an identifier indicating a code used in a product is used.

These identifiers are usually recognized and judged through time. To do this, colors or letters are used as indications for identification. However, it is difficult to use visually impaired people, and it is difficult to use them in dark places.

To solve these problems, recently, an identifier for providing information to the visually impaired has been developed. In this case, braille is used as an indication for identification, but blind people who have not learned Braille have a problem of not receiving information. Other identifiers may also provide information using electronic sounds. However, in this case, exposure to electricity can be dangerous, and there is a problem of wasting energy due to high power consumption.

Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0358997

It is an object of the present invention to provide an identifier and a set of identifiers capable of identifying an article by mechanical sound without using electricity.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a set of identifiers and identifiers that enable the same pattern to always sound the same.

The identifier using sound according to the present invention includes a body portion, a pattern portion, and a friction portion. The body portion has a first forming portion and a second forming portion. The first forming portion and the second forming portion are opposed to each other. The pattern portion is attached to the inner surface of the first forming portion and a pattern is formed. The friction portion is attached to the inner surface of the second forming portion, and makes a sound when rubbing against the pattern portion.

In the identifier using the sound according to the embodiment of the present invention, the main body unit may include a connection unit. The connecting portion connects the first forming portion and the second forming portion. The connecting portion may be formed of a material having a higher elastic modulus than the first forming portion and the second forming portion. In another embodiment, the connecting portion may be formed in a ring shape.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sound may be formed in the outer surface of the first and second forming parts. The groove is formed at a position corresponding to the pattern portion and the friction portion.

The set of identifiers using sound according to the present invention includes a plurality of identifiers. The plurality of identifiers have pattern portions in which the same pattern is formed, and are attached at different positions.

The present invention is distinguishable from a sound generated by friction between the pattern portion and the friction portion. Since this fricative is not an electrical signal, there is no need for a separate power supply. In addition, the sound generated by changing the pattern formed on the pattern portion can be made different.

In the present invention, the first forming portion and the second forming portion are connected to each other through a connecting portion. Since the connecting portion is formed of a material having a high elastic modulus, the positions of the pattern portion and the friction portion are not easily changed by elasticity. In addition, by forming grooves on the outer surfaces of the first forming portion and the second forming portion, it is possible to induce the user to grasp and rub the same position when rubbing, so that the same sound can be produced in the same pattern.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that, in the drawings, the same components are denoted by the same reference symbols as possible. Further, the detailed description of known functions and configurations that may obscure the gist of the present invention will be omitted. For the same reason, some of the components in the drawings are exaggerated, omitted, or schematically illustrated.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an identifier using sound according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of a sounding identifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of a sounding identifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a method of using a sounding identifier according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating various patterns according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1 to 4, the sound identifier 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a body part 1100, a pattern part 1200, and a friction part 1300. [ The body portion includes a first forming portion 1110 and a second forming portion 1120. The first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120 are plate-shaped and coupled to each other in a mutually facing manner. The first forming part 1110 and the second forming part 1120 may be connected through a connecting part 1130.

The pattern portion 1200 is attached to the inner surface of the first forming portion 1110. A pattern is formed in the pattern portion 1200. The friction portion 1300 is attached to the inner surface of the second forming portion 1120. If the pattern portion 1200 and the friction portion 1300 are attached so as to face each other, the attached positions may be mutually interchanged.

When the friction portion 1300 and the pattern portion 1200 are rubbed against each other, a sound is produced. That is, the friction portion 1300 functions as the bow of the musical instrument, and the friction portion 1300 rubs the pattern portion 1200 to make a sound. 5, when the user grasps the outer surface of the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120, the rubbing portion 1300 and the pattern portion 1200 rub against each other to generate sound And the user can be identified through the sound. The sound generated when rubbing can be adjusted by changing the shape of the pattern. The shape of this pattern is shown in Fig. In this case, since the friction portion 1300 rubs only the rubbing portion 1300, it is not necessary to change the shape of the friction portion 1300 according to the pattern. As described above, the identifier 1000 according to the present invention generates sound through mechanical friction without using electricity. Therefore, no separate power source is required, and there is no trouble and can be used semi-permanently.

In another embodiment, the material of the pattern unit 1200 and the friction unit 1300 can be changed to make various sounds. The material of the pattern unit 1200 and the friction unit 1300 may be wood or plastic.

When the same pattern is formed on the pattern unit 1200, it is necessary to always generate the same sound. Depending on which portion the user holds when the user holds the outer surface of the first forming unit 1110 and the second forming unit 1120, The portion where the portion 1200 and the friction portion 1300 contact with each other may be different, and thus the sound generated may vary. In order to prevent this, the identifier 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention may have grooves 1111 and 1121 formed on the outer surfaces of the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120, respectively. The groove 1111 formed on the outer surface of the first forming portion 1110 is formed at a position corresponding to the pattern portion 1200 and the groove 1121 formed at the outer surface of the second forming portion 1120 is formed by the friction portion 1300). Since the grooves 1111 and 1121 are grasped by the user when the grooves 1111 and 1121 are formed, the pattern portion 1200 and the friction portion 1300 are accurately frictioned and friction occurs at the same position all the time, .

Color display areas 1112 and 1122 may be formed in the grooves 1111 and 1121. [ In the present embodiment, the color display stations 1112 and 1122 are formed in circular shapes on the inclined surfaces of the grooves 1111 and 1121, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The color display areas 1112 and 1122 are colored. A person who is not a blind person may identify by using a sound, but may also be identified by using a color displayed in the color display areas 1112 and 1122. [ When the color display areas 1112 and 1122 are formed in the grooves 1111 and 1121, the contact with the outside is reduced and the color can be longer.

The connecting portion 1130 connecting the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120 allows the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120 to be opposed to each other with a predetermined gap therebetween. The connecting portion 1130 may be made of a material having a higher elastic modulus than the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120. When the connecting portion 1130 is formed of a material having a high elastic modulus, the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120 can be firmly fixed. Also, when the user tries to rub the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120, the pattern portion 1200 and the friction portion 1300 meet exactly. In the present embodiment, the first forming portion 1110 and the second forming portion 1120 are formed of a silicon material, and the connecting portion 1130 may be formed of a plastic having a higher elastic modulus than that of silicon, but the present invention is not limited thereto .

In the embodiment of the present invention, the connection part 1130 is formed in a ring shape to connect the first forming part 1110 and the second forming part 1120, as shown in FIG. 2, Can be fixed at a desired position. Here, the ring shape means that a part of the side surface is formed in an open form in a cylindrical shape. When the connection portion 1130 is formed in a ring shape, it can be conveniently fixed by being inserted into electric wires, wires, ropes or the like. The elasticity of the open portion also makes it easy to fit and secure the ring even if it does not exactly coincide with the portion to which the ring is to be fitted.

Figures 7 and 8 are diagrams illustrating the use of an identifier set according to an embodiment of the present invention.

7 and 8, the identifier set A according to the embodiment of the present invention includes identifiers A-1 and A-2 using a plurality of sounds. The identifiers (A-1, A-2) included in the identifier set A are attached at different positions. For example, one identifier A-1 is attached close to the code plugged into the multi-tap 100, and the other identifier A-2 is attached close to the appliance 200.

Identifiers (A-1, A-2) included in one identifier set A have the same pattern formed in the pattern portion, so that the sound generated when rubbing and rubbing the pattern portion and the friction portion are the same. The user can scrub the respective identifiers A-1 and A-2 and confirm which code is the code of the household appliance 200 through the generated sound.

It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention disclosed in the present specification and drawings are only illustrative of the present invention in order to facilitate description of the present invention and to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other modifications based on the technical idea of the present invention are possible in addition to the embodiments disclosed herein.
