The present invention provides a curved bread knife to increase a cross section of bread. According to the present invention, the curved bread knife comprises: a grip (10) which a user can hold by hand and move vertically; a curved blade surface (20) connecting the grip (10) and an edge of a curved blade (21); the curved blade (21) formed in the front portion of the curved blade surface (20) to enable the user to hold the grip (10) and vertically move in order to cut bread; and a support (30) provided such that the curved blade (21) correctly cuts the bread along the shape of the bread. Comparing to common kitchen knives, the curved bread knife according to the present invention provides an advantageous effect in that: when jam is excessively spread on bread, the excessive jam does not flow down even when the bread is moving; when bread is cut and put on a dish, the cut bread does not slip off the dish even if the dish is tilted a little bit; the shape of the cut bread provides a unique feeling; the bread is vertically cut, and thus the user is prevented from being injured; various jam can be inserted between curves of the bread, and thus several tastes can be provided; when the bread knife is used by a kid, an accident is prevented unless the bread knife is stabbed forward; a blade part is partially sharpened, and thus the bread knife is less dangerous; and risk of injuring fingers due to incorrect use of the bread knife is also reduced.
