Abstract
A functional cork fabric having a multi-layer structure is disclosed. The upper shell layer is formed of a first design and made of cork material. The lower shell layer is formed of a second design and made of cork material. The endothelial layer is made of polyoxford material, one side of which is bonded to the upper shell layer, and the other side is joined to the lower shell layer.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a functional cork fabric having a multi-layer structure, and more particularly, to a multi-functional cork fabric composed of a plurality of layers.
Cork is a woody substance extracted from the tree's epidermis. It is extracted from evergreen trees belonging to the oak tree. It is superior to ordinary trees and has a carbon storage capacity. It does not release poisonous gas when burned as a natural ingredient. It is characterized by anti-mold and anti-decay properties. In addition, cork has 200 million cells per cubic inch, each cell is packed tightly so that it is in contact with 14 cells, wrapped in a resin film, and more than 50% of the external volume of the cork is filled with air It has elasticity that seems to breathe according to. Cork has 40 million cushion cells per cubic centimeter and has excellent sound insulation and insulation based on natural properties.
Some of the functional fabrics are used as fabrics to make tents. Recently, polyoxford fabrics have been widely used as fabrics for composing tents. Poly oxford fabric is a fabric woven with polyester using polyester, it can withstand water pressure, waterproofing and strong force, so it can be used as a fabric for tent flooring fabric and tarp fly. However, There is a limit to be utilized as a fabric constituting an inner tent or an inner tent which is a space where people live.
The tent is a simple structure that is usually installed for use as a resting space and accommodation space for outdoor activities. The tent is formed by covering a skeleton formed with a frame made of plastic, metal, and wood material. In recent years, demand for comfortable and luxurious tents has been increasing due to the trend of glamfing. In order to meet these trends, there is an increasing need to install tents in the long term as commercial tents are used as accommodation facilities. In addition, the tent can be used not only for leisure but also as temporary shelter for disaster, event tent, military accommodation, and in such a case, it may be required to install a large tent for long time to accommodate several people.
Conventionally, a double-membrane tent has been installed with a long-term large-size tent, or a tarp, a fly, and an inner tent have been installed together. The double-layered tent is constructed by inserting an inner skin and an outer skin into the inside and outside of the frame, respectively, and forming a heat insulating layer therebetween, thereby preventing outside air from penetrating into the interior space of the tent. This double-walled tent has difficulty in installing the inner and outer shells, and in the case of the outer shell, the brace supporting the outer shell is mounted, so that almost no sagging occurs due to close contact with the endothelium. There was a problem. When the fly and inner tents are installed together, there is a problem that the installation time and management are complicated.
The present invention provides a functional cork fabric having a multi-layered structure that is waterproof, waterproof and durable for outdoor use for a long period of time, and can be used even in a person's living room without harming the human body have.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a functional cork fabric having a multi-layer structure which can be mass-produced at low cost, and can be easily managed and utilized.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a functional cork fabric having a multi-layer structure that can provide aesthetic beauty because various designs can be applied.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a functional cork fabric having a multi-layered structure, the cork fabric having a first design, a top shell layer made of a cork material, a second design formed, And an endothelial layer made of a polyoxid material, wherein one surface is bonded to the upper surface layer and the other surface is bonded to the lower surface layer. Here, the upper shell layer and the lower shell layer may be adhesively bonded to the endothelial layer by an adhesive. The thickness of the endothelial layer may be between 1 mm and 1.2 mm. The thickness of the upper outer shell layer or the lower outer shell layer may be 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm.
The functional cork fabric having the multi-layer structure may further include a coating layer formed by coating polyurethane (PU) on the outer surface of at least one of the upper and lower shell layers.
The functional cork fabric having the multi-layer structure may further include a flame retardant film formed by coating a liquid ceramic liquid on the outer surface of at least one of the upper and lower outer shell layers.
The functional cork fabric having the multi-layer structure can be used for outdoor use or tent use.
According to the functional cork fabric having the multi-layered structure according to the present invention, since the cork material is used as the outer skin and the polyoxford material is used as the inner skin, it can be used for a long period of time outdoors because of its water pressure, waterproofness and durability, Since it is a raw material, it can be used in a room in which a person resides because the portion in contact with the human body is not harmful to the human body. Thus, the tent can be utilized simultaneously as the inner skin and the outer skin of the tent, It is easy to install and manage with tent fabric, fireproof of cork material and toxic gas does not occur when burned due to natural ingredients, so it is possible to manufacture fire-safe tent, and color of cork material is applied. It is possible to provide aesthetically beautiful fabric, It is expected that the effect of maintaining the cooling and heating can be expected due to the nature of the cork fabric to maintain the temperature of 22 ° C to 22 ° C.
