Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for unlocking a door lock in case of a fire, and a method therefore. The present invention provides the apparatus for unlocking a door lock, which includes an electronic door lock, a fire sensor which transmits a fire sensing signal if the fire is sensed, and a controller which unlocks the door lock if the fire sensing signal is received from the fire sensor; and the method therefor. Accordingly, the present invention can automatically unlock the door lock for easy evacuation when the fire breaks out.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a door lock unlocking device,

The present invention relates to a door lock releasing device, and more particularly, to an apparatus and method for automatically releasing a door lock when a fire occurs.

The front door lock is one of the most important things in the home, but it is easy to secure without big cost. The front door locking system has advantages such as convenience and completeness, but if it is locked in fire, it can be an obstacle for the firemen who are sent out for fire suppression or those who are trapped inside.

Korean Registered Patent No. 10-0996594 November 19, 2010 Registered (Name: Deadbolt Electronic Locking Device with Forced Release Device)

It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for automatically unlocking a door lock to facilitate evacuation in the event of a fire.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door lock unlocking apparatus comprising: an electronic door lock; a fire detection sensor for transmitting a subject detection signal when a fire detection is detected; And a controller for unlocking the door lock upon receiving the signal.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for unlocking a door lock, the method comprising the steps of: detecting a fire and transmitting a fire detection signal; Transmitting a control signal to cause the door lock to unlock; and unlocking the door lock.

According to the present invention as described above, the lock of the door lock is automatically released in the event of a fire, thereby facilitating the evacuation in the event of a fire escape.

Prior to the detailed description of the present invention, the terms or words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or preliminary meaning, and the inventor may designate his own invention in the best way It should be construed in accordance with the technical idea of the present invention based on the principle that it can be appropriately defined as a concept of a term to describe it. Therefore, the embodiments described in the present specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention. Therefore, various equivalents It should be understood that water and variations may be present.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that, in the drawings, the same components are denoted by the same reference symbols as possible. Further, the detailed description of known functions and configurations that may obscure the gist of the present invention will be omitted. For the same reason, some of the elements in the accompanying drawings are exaggerated, omitted, or schematically shown, and the size of each element does not entirely reflect the actual size.

First, a door lock unlocking device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of a door lock apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, a door lock unlocking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a door lock 100, a fire detection sensor 200, and a controller 300.

The door lock 100 has a function of electrically locking and unlocking the door through an internal circuit.

The fire detection sensor 200 may be various kinds of sensors, and it senses the occurrence of fire by detecting heat, smoke, and the like. At this time, the fire detection sensor transmits a fire detection signal when a fire is detected.

The controller 300 is installed inside the door lock and automatically releases the lock of the door lock 100 upon receiving a fire detection signal from the fire detection sensor 200.

Next, a door lock unlocking method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for unlocking a door lock of a door lock apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, the fire detection sensor 200 detects a fire in step S110. Then, the fire detection sensor 200 transmits a fire detection signal to the controller 300 in step S120.

In step S130, the controller 300 receiving the fire detection signal transmits a control signal for releasing the door lock to the circuit for performing the door lock and unlock functions inside the door lock. Then, the door lock 100 releases the lock of the door lock in step S140.

Meanwhile, the door lock unlocking method according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention can be implemented in a form of a program readable by various computer means and recorded on a computer-readable recording medium. Here, the recording medium may include program commands, data files, data structures, and the like, alone or in combination. Program instructions to be recorded on a recording medium may be those specially designed and constructed for the present invention or may be available to those skilled in the art of computer software. For example, the recording medium may be a magnetic medium such as a hard disk, a floppy disk and a magnetic tape, an optical medium such as a CD-ROM or a DVD, a magneto-optical medium such as a floppy disk magneto-optical media, and hardware devices that are specially configured to store and execute program instructions such as ROM, RAM, flash memory, and the like. Examples of program instructions may include machine language wires such as those produced by a compiler, as well as high-level language wires that may be executed by a computer using an interpreter or the like. Such a hardware device may be configured to operate as one or more software modules to perform the operations of the present invention, and vice versa.

While the present invention has been described with reference to several preferred embodiments, these embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention and the scope of the appended claims.
