Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery having a headband, and more particularly, to an endoscope tube having a headband, which is configured to be easily inserted into a body through a mouth of a patient, And can be closely attached to the endoscope tube, thereby preventing the patient from exhaling and interfering with the needle during surgery.
In general, a conventional mouthpiece used in endoscopic surgery has an opening formed to allow insertion of an endoscope tube. When the endoscope tube is inserted through the opening, the inner diameter of the opening is larger than the outer diameter of the endoscope tube, A space is formed.
When such a space is formed, the patient may breathe during the endoscopic surgery, causing the problem that the saliva passes through the space while the saliva and the air come out together from the mouth. During the endoscopic surgery, saliva and air are constantly being counted, which interferes with a precise surgical operation, and a mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is needed to solve this problem.
An example of a conventional mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is disclosed in U.S. Published Patent Application No. 2010-0262033. U.S. Patent Publication No. 2010-0262033 is configured to allow a patient to breathe easily during endoscopic surgery, and air can be supplied and discharged through a separate channel. However, such a configuration has a limitation that it can not be used as an alternative to the phenomenon of acupuncture, only considering the patient's breathing.
Another example of a conventional dental mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is United States Patent No. 8,684,919. U.S. Patent No. 8,684,919 also discloses a configuration in which air can be injected through a separate channel. However, it is not provided with a separate structure in which the air can be easily discharged, and still has a limitation that can not prevent disturbance by patient's saliva and exhalation during endoscopic surgery.
Therefore, as a different structure from the above-described conventional techniques, there is a need for a mouthpiece which is configured not to interfere with the endoscopic surgery process by discharging saliva and air as well as smooth breathing of the patient.

With the above-described endoscope surgical mouthpiece having the sealing part according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent disturbance caused by saliva and salivation of a patient during surgery.
Further, the endoscope tube can be more stably fixed by the mouthpiece, and unintentional departure of the endoscope tube can be prevented.
FIG. 1 is a front perspective view for explaining a surgical endoscope mouthpiece according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view.
FIG. 3 is a front exploded perspective view illustrating a surgical endoscope mouthpiece according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an exploded bottom perspective view of the endoscope.
5 is a longitudinal sectional view for explaining a surgical endoscope mouthpiece according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The constituent elements of the present invention can be used integrally or individually as needed. In addition, some components may be omitted depending on the usage form.
The following terms are defined in consideration of the functions of the present invention, and this may vary depending on the intention or custom of the user, the operator. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be described based on the contents throughout this specification.
In particular, the term "mouthpiece" used below refers to a mouthpiece used for endoscopic surgery. Further, it should be understood that the term "endoscope tube T" refers to a tube portion extending from a known endoscope tool, and is not limited to any kind of endoscope tool.
The mouthpiece according to the invention is also used with a "headband ". The headband is a band of flexible material formed to be worn along a predetermined circumference of the face and head around the mouth of the human body into which the mouthpiece is inserted. A general headband can be used, and the main feature is in the mouthpiece itself, and the illustration of the headband is omitted in the drawing.

Since the mouthpiece having the above-described structure is provided, it is possible to prevent the saliva and air from the patient from interfering with the operation during the endoscopic surgery, and the endoscope tube can be easily and stably fixed with the sealing part.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, a facial contact part (not shown) may be further provided.
By forming a face-tight portion (not shown), it can be more completely sealed so that saliva and air can not be spilled out of the space between the patient's face and the mouthpiece after the patient wears the mouthpiece.
