Description

[0001] Mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery with a headband [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery having a headband, and more particularly, to an endoscope tube having a headband, which is configured to be easily inserted into a body through a mouth of a patient, And can be closely attached to the endoscope tube, thereby preventing the patient from exhaling and interfering with the needle during surgery.

In general, a conventional mouthpiece used in endoscopic surgery has an opening formed to allow insertion of an endoscope tube. When the endoscope tube is inserted through the opening, the inner diameter of the opening is larger than the outer diameter of the endoscope tube, A space is formed.

When such a space is formed, the patient may breathe during the endoscopic surgery, causing the problem that the saliva passes through the space while the saliva and the air come out together from the mouth. During the endoscopic surgery, saliva and air are constantly being counted, which interferes with a precise surgical operation, and a mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is needed to solve this problem.

An example of a conventional mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is disclosed in U.S. Published Patent Application No. 2010-0262033. U.S. Patent Publication No. 2010-0262033 is configured to allow a patient to breathe easily during endoscopic surgery, and air can be supplied and discharged through a separate channel. However, such a configuration has a limitation that it can not be used as an alternative to the phenomenon of acupuncture, only considering the patient's breathing.

Another example of a conventional dental mouthpiece for endoscopic surgery is United States Patent No. 8,684,919. U.S. Patent No. 8,684,919 also discloses a configuration in which air can be injected through a separate channel. However, it is not provided with a separate structure in which the air can be easily discharged, and still has a limitation that can not prevent disturbance by patient's saliva and exhalation during endoscopic surgery.

Therefore, as a different structure from the above-described conventional techniques, there is a need for a mouthpiece which is configured not to interfere with the endoscopic surgery process by discharging saliva and air as well as smooth breathing of the patient.
