Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging box.
In general, a packaging paper box is used for protecting, storing, moving, and transporting a product, and is manufactured using a sheet-like material molded from cardboard or corrugated cardboard having a certain thickness.
The process of making such a packaging paper box involves first determining a certain box form according to the contents to be packed and then printing the necessary items on the cardboard or corrugated cardboard surface, And is bonded with a tape.
On the other hand, the advantage of the paper box for packing using cardboard or corrugated paper is that it is light in weight, easy to stack, convenient for transportation and storage, can be folded, and is not easily damaged by external impact.
Such packaging paper boxes are mainly used for packaging a wide variety of products such as foods, electrical appliances, machine parts, miscellaneous goods, fruits, vegetables and meat.
Among the paper boxes for packaging using such cardboard or corrugated paper, the most commonly seen paper boxes are packaging paper boxes that are easily purchased by consumers for receiving drinks and the like. In connection with such paper boxes, 10-1288354 discloses a ' packaging paper box '.
However, since the disclosed packing paper box has to be separately provided with a carrying handle, the manufacturing cost is increased, and when the packing paper box is stored in the inside of the packing paper box, the handle is frequently broken or separated, There is a problem that it inconveniences the user.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box which can simplify an assembling process and can lower a product cost because a separate handle is unnecessary and a handle can be easily formed at the time of assembly .
Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box which can hold a relatively heavy commodity because the handle is formed with the handle plate being stacked upon assembly.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box which secures a space between the lid portion and the handle plate by folding the handle plate at the time of assembly so that a design aesthetic feeling is secured.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a packaging box in which lids are fastened together at the time of assembly so that the stored merchandise can be stored stably without being released to the outside.
The objects of the present invention are not limited thereto, and other objects not mentioned may be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a first handle barrel frame is formed by connecting a first fold line to an upper side of a first face portion, the first handle barrel including a part of a first fold line, A first handle plate having a second handle barrel spaced apart from the upper side of the workpiece by a predetermined distance; A first side plate including a first side portion formed on one side of the first surface portion by a second folding line and a first lid portion formed on the upper side of the first side portion by a third folding line; A first reinforcing plate passing through the first handle barrel and folded and folded by a fifth folding line on an upper side of a second face portion formed by a fourth fold line on one side of the first side face portion, A second handle plate having a second reinforcing plate folded to pass through; And a second side plate including a second side surface portion formed by being connected to one side of the second surface portion by a sixth folding line and a second side surface portion formed by connecting the second side surface portion by a seventh folding line, Lt; / RTI >
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coupling hole is formed in either the upper side of the first lid part and the upper side of the second lid part so that the first lid part and the second lid part are coupled with each other, A protruding portion is formed in the packaging box.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a packaging box in which a binding protrusion is formed on an upper side of a second handle plate, and a binding hole into which a binding protrusion is inserted is formed at a boundary portion between the first face portion and the first handle barrel pocket.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a packing box in which a fixing protrusion connected to the first surface is formed on the lower side of the first handle barrel and a fixing protrusion insertion hole for fixing protrusion is formed on the lower side of the coupling protrusion do.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a packaging box in which a coupling blade plate protruding outward is formed on either the first surface portion or the second side surface portion so that the first surface portion and the second side surface portion are coupled to each other.
In addition, one embodiment of the present invention is a packaging method for a packaging machine in which several pull tab folding lines are formed on a first pull tab and a plurality of pull tab fold lines corresponding to the pull tab folding lines of the first pull tab are formed on the second pull tab, Box.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a separate handle is unnecessary and the handle can be easily formed at the time of assembly, so that the assembling process can be simplified and the product cost can be reduced.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the handle is formed while the handle plate is superimposed at the time of assembly, relatively heavy products can be stored.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the assembly is assembled, the handle plate is folded to secure a space between the lid and the handle plate, thereby providing a design aesthetic feeling.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the lids are fastened together at the time of assembling, so that the stored commodity can be stored stably without being released to the outside.
