상기 열교환판(60) 테두리에 온수와 냉수가 외부로 배출되지 않도록 차단하고, 상기 온수유입수로공(30) 냉수유입수로공(30'), 온수배출수로공(30"), 냉수배출수로공(30'")의 테두리(29)를 개방하거나 차단하여 열교환판(60)의 전면과 이면으로 온수와 냉수가 구분되어 흐르도록 상기 열교환판(60) 사이 사이에 위치시킨 고무패킹(65)이 포함된 복수의 열교환기(73)에 있어서,

상기 냉수유입수로공(30')으로 유입된 냉수가 필요에 따라 선택적으로 온수배출수로공(30")과 온수가 경유하는 열교환판(60)의 전면과 온수유입수로공(30)을 지나 후방 고정판(51)방향으로 배출되도록 냉수경로배관(70)의 일측(70')을 후방 고정판(51)의 냉수배출수로공(30"')과 수로가 형성되도록 연결하되 상기 냉수경로배관(70)에 냉수를 개폐하는 제6개폐밸브(86)가 장착되고

상기 냉수경로배관(70)의 타측(70")은 상측에 있는 온수배출수로공(30") 의 후방과 수로가 형성되도록 상기 후방 고정판(51)의 상단과 연결되며,
