Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dental model, and more particularly, to a tooth model for dental practice in which dental-related students shape a portion of a bone surrounding the implant to be used for receiving an implant peripheral treatment during an implant treatment.
The implants are intended to provide a function similar to that of a tooth when the tooth is removed due to gum disease or tooth decay. An artificial tooth made of titanium is placed in the jawbone, and an artificial tooth is connected to the tooth. Implants are as comfortable as natural teeth, have good strength and sense of chewing, and have no dentures like dentures. It also keeps the jaw healthy without grinding and damaging the teeth before and after the missing teeth.
However, in the implant prosthesis, there is a space between the implant and the abutment, and bacteria may accumulate in the space, resulting in inflammation of the surrounding tissue of the implant. Bacterial leakage is inevitably a problem only in quantity at the connection between the implant fixture and the abutment, and when it is neglected, inflammation is induced in the surrounding tissue.
Implant periostitis is a reversible inflammatory process involving the loss of a functioning implant support bone with a soft tissue inflammatory response. Poor oral hygiene around the implant is closely related to bacterial plaque deposition. Peripheral implantitis is a very frequent problem, but it is easy to overlook and is a very important issue that can lead to the removal of the implant itself if not managed properly in the early days.
The major cause of implant failure during long-term functioning, except for the failure of the implant in the early stages of surgery or function, is the loss of marginal cartilage due to overload and long-term gingivitis. Gingivitis is a direct cause of gingivitis, May cause peri-implantitis and may result in loss of cartilage.
In dental therapy curriculum, the model reproduces inflammation and osteolysis of the surrounding bone around the implant clinically so that practitioners can practice on peri-implantitis.
Korea Patent Publication No. 2012-0003581 discloses a technique relating to a functional tooth model. However, the above-described invention is a functional tooth model for explaining a dental treatment method to a patient, and there is a problem that the shape of the soft tissue and the hard tissue is not fully reflected in the soft tissue training.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a tooth model to reproduce the inflammation and the bone loss region in the model, while realizing the shape of the soft tissue and hard tissue, while the surrounding bone around the implant is implanted.
In order to solve the problems of the related art as described above, it is necessary to form not only the bone disappeared portion around the implant placement but also the soft tissue material such as the gingival portion and the hard tissue material of the implant and bone portion in accordance with the actual anatomical shape Tooth model.
The present invention relates to a tooth model for treatment of peripheral periodontal disease in an implant, the model having a U-shaped protrusion corresponding to the alveolar bone structure of the human body, a plurality of tooth areas formed on the upper surface of the U-shaped protrusion, A portion of the U-shaped portion facing the inside of the U-shaped portion includes an alveolar bone portion extending through the bottom surface; A tooth portion having a predetermined number of teeth on the plurality of tooth portions; And a gingival portion that covers the alveolar bone portion in correspondence with the gingival structure of the human body and in which an upper portion of the teeth of the tooth portion is exposed. A predetermined number of implants are placed in the alveolar bone portion, and bone surrounding the implant, The present invention provides a tooth model for the treatment of peripheral periodontal disease in which the shape, the shape of the infiltration of the inflammatory tissue, or the shape in which the bone loss and inflammatory tissue infiltration simultaneously appear.
The present invention also provides a tooth model for treatment of peripheral periodontal disease in which the alveolar bone part and the tooth part are integrally formed.
The present invention also provides a tooth model for the treatment of peripheral periodontal disease in which the material of the alveolar bone part and the tooth part is a hardening plastic and the material of the gingival part is silicone.
The present invention also relates to a method of treating a bone defect, an inflammatory tissue infiltration shape, or a shape in which bone loss and inflammatory tissue infiltration simultaneously occur, such as a buccal defect, a buccal dehiscence, an intrabony defect, Or horizontal bone defect (Suprabony defect).
The model of the present invention shapes the bone loss part around the implant placement part similar to the actual shape so that it is possible to directly perform regerative surgery, resective surgery, and non-surgical therapy before surgery It is possible to practice.

It is essential that the shape of the soft tissue silicon part such as the gingival part and the shape of the plastic part of the implant and the bone part are made along the actual anatomical shape for the training of the soft tissue related treatment such as the implant periostitis. A bone model can be created by shaping the lost bone and providing a tooth model that can be used to practice regerative surgery (resection surgery), non-surgical therapy (non-surgical treatment) directly before surgery.
1 shows a configuration in which a tooth portion is placed on an alveolar bone portion according to an embodiment of the present invention. Implants were implanted in the actual teeth and the bone was disappeared. In other words, it is made by shaping the bone loss around the implant. In FIG. 1, circles denote the technical features of the present invention, which are distinguished from the prior art, in that the clinical symptoms of implant periostitis are embodied around the implanted implant. That is, the clinical symptoms of bone loss, inflammatory tissue infiltration, and gingival tissue overgrowth are specifically embodied. 2 shows a gingival portion according to an embodiment of the present invention. The tooth portion of Fig. 1 protrudes from the hole formed in the gingival portion of Fig. 2 to show an actual tooth shape.
The tooth model for the treatment of peripheral periodontal disease according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that a U-shaped protrusion is formed corresponding to the alveolar bone structure of the human body, a plurality of tooth areas are formed on the upper surface of the U-shaped protrusion, A portion of the protrusion opposed to the inside of the U-shape includes an alveolar bone portion extending through the bottom surface; A tooth portion having a predetermined number of teeth on the plurality of tooth portions; And a gingival portion that covers the alveolar bone portion in correspondence with the gingival structure of the human body and exposes an upper portion of teeth of the tooth portion.
