Abstract
Description
An embodiment according to the concept of the present invention relates to an online-based smoking cessation clinic service method and system, and more particularly, to an online-based smoking cessation clinic service method and system that can be conveniently used by a general public.
Recently, there has been growing concern about diseases caused by direct and indirect smoking, and the need for smoking cessation has been emphasized. According to this trend, a lot of smoking cessation aids such as a smoking cessation patch, a smoking cigarette, and an electronic cigarette have been released, and some are helping to quit smoking.
However, most smoking cessation aids are harmful to the human body or have little effect. Smoking habits are classified as strong nicotine addiction, and it is difficult for smokers to succeed in quitting smoking only by their will. Therefore, the introduction of various medical systems to help quit smoking is required.
On the other hand, in order to help smoking cessation, we provide smoking cessation clinic service in hospital or public health center. However, in order to use such a smoking cessation clinic service, a smoker has to use a clinic service by visiting a specific hospital or a public health center, so that there is a limitation due to time and space restrictions.
An object of the present invention is to provide an on-line smoking cessation clinic service method and system for providing a smoking cessation clinic service through a user terminal on an on-line basis, thereby improving the convenience of use and the probability of success of cessation of smoking.
An on-line smoking cessation clinic service method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method of providing an on-line smoking cessation clinic service in a smoking cessation clinic service server communicating with a user terminal through a communication network. Storing; Transmitting a plurality of contents lists to the user terminal based on at least one of the user information and the environment information; Sending the selected content to the user terminal in response to an execution request for the selected one of the plurality of content listings; Receiving an execution result of the selected content from the user terminal; And storing the execution result, and transmitting the evaluation data to the user terminal based on the execution result.
Each of the plurality of contents may include image and sound data corresponding to a situation of stimulating a smoking desire.
Wherein the step of receiving the execution result of the selected content comprises the steps of outputting a video or a menu capable of measuring the user's smoking need during execution of the selected content or when execution of the content is completed; And receiving data on a smoking need determined according to the input of the user.
The evaluation data may include diagnosis contents, trends of smoking needs, and behavioral strategies, and the trend of the smoking needs may include data indicating changes in the smoking need values according to the utilization degree.
According to the online-based smoking cessation clinic service method according to the embodiment of the present invention, the convenience of the user can be enhanced by providing the smoking cessation clinic service through the user's personal terminal using the communication network. Thus, by increasing the utilization rate of the user, the probability of success in smoking cessation can be increased.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an operation method of the smoking cessation clinic system using the virtual reality shown in FIG. FIGS. 6 to 9 are views for explaining some of the steps shown in FIG. 5. FIG.
5 to 9, the user starts a smoking cessation clinic program in his / her terminal 100-1 (S105) and requests a login to the server 200 (S110).
The non-smoking clinic program may be an application program for a desktop or a mobile application program (hereinafter referred to as a " mobile application ").
As shown in FIG. 5, the user can access the
The
After the smoking cessation clinic program is started, as shown in Fig. 6, a screen in which a user can newly sign up or log in can be executed.
After login, the user terminal 100-1 requests a content list to the server 200 (S120), and the
7 shows an example of a content list output to the user terminal 100-1. With reference to this, the content list may include a list of contents corresponding to various places and situations such as a mart, a house, a restaurant, a bus stop, and the like.
If any one of the contents list is selected by the user (S130), the user terminal 100-1 makes a content download request to the server 200 (S135) The
Each of the contents may include image and sound data corresponding to a situation of stimulating a smoking desire.
8 shows an example of a screen for downloading or executing one of the contents list. It is assumed that a mart is selected from the contents list of Fig. In this case, detailed information (e.g., update content, update date, one or more screenshots, etc.) about the mart is displayed and the user can download or execute the content by selecting the download or execution menu.
Referring again to FIG. 5, the user terminal 100-1 can execute the content downloaded from the server 200 (S145). During execution of the content or when the execution of the content is completed, a video or a menu capable of measuring the user's smoking need can be output, and data on the smoking need determined according to the user's input can be stored as a content execution result (S150) .
In addition, the content execution result may be transmitted to the server 200 (S155) and stored in the server 200 (S160).
The
9 is a diagram showing one embodiment of evaluation data for a user named " Hong Gil Dong ". Referring to this, the evaluation data may include diagnostic content, smoking needs trends, and behavioral strategies.
The diagnosis may include whether or not the subject is in a nicotine dependent state, the degree of a nicotine dependency, and the like. The smoking need trend is data indicating a change in the smoking need value according to the order of using the no-smoking click service, and may be displayed graphically or as a table as shown in FIG. In addition, the change of the smoking needs can also indicate the increase / decrease rate of the smoking needs.
Behavioral strategies can include things that help reduce smoking needs.
The evaluation data as described above depends on the user input information and the user detection information, as described above. Therefore, the change of the user's smoking cessation efficacy, the change of the nicotine dependency, the withdrawal symptom, the stress change, the smoking impulse (desire) change according to the user's smoking desire degree before and after the execution of the content, And the like, and provides it to the user so that the status of the user himself or herself can be accurately grasped.
In addition, it is possible to further increase the willingness to perform smoking cessation by providing a code of conduct suitable for each user along with diagnosis content, trends in smoking needs, and the like.
The
For example, even though the user has used the smoking cessation clinic program using the smartphone several times, when the smoking cessation effect is increased or the smoking cessation effect is small, the HMD 140-2, , And an electroencephalograph (150-2).
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a user can use a variety of terminals (for example, a portable terminal such as a smart phone, a desktop terminal such as a PC, a terminal for smoking cessation clinics in a hospital or a public health center, .
Therefore, by using the smoking cessation clinic program conveniently anytime and anywhere, the effect of smoking cessation can be enhanced.
Also, no matter what terminal the user uses, the content execution result can be transmitted to the
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a code of behavior most suitable for the user based on the user-use information and the evaluation data managed in the
Examples of the computer-readable recording medium include a ROM, a RAM, a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. (E.g., transmission over the Internet).
The computer readable recording medium may also be distributed over a networked computer system so that computer readable code can be stored and executed in a distributed manner. And functional programs, codes, and code segments for implementing the present invention can be easily inferred by programmers skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Accordingly, the true scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
