Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing a gas immediately before use of a cosmetic product by bringing the contact between the gas generating part and the content of the cosmetic product into contact with each other immediately before using the cosmetic product in a cosmetic container containing a gas generating substance, Which can increase the service life of the cosmetic container. Although gases such as hydrogen and oxygen have been developed for various uses such as antioxidation and cleanness enhancement, cosmetics using them have been developed. However, these gases have not been satisfactorily satisfied because they contain these gases. Accordingly, the present invention is characterized in that a gas generating part filled with a gas generating substance is mounted at the entrance of a cosmetic container, and the cosmetic container is simply turned upside down just before use to bring the contents of the cosmetic product and the gas generating substance into contact with each other to instantly generate gas, And the development of cosmetic containers and methods to dramatically increase the period of use of cosmetics.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a gas immediately before use of a cosmetic product by bringing the contact between the gas generating part and the content of the cosmetic product into contact with each other immediately before using the cosmetic product in a cosmetic container containing a gas generating substance, Which can increase the service life of the cosmetic container.

It is known that gas such as hydrogen or oxygen can be applied to the skin of human body to inhibit oxidation, play a useful role in skin health and beauty, increase skin cleansing, and so on. Accordingly, the development of cosmetics using these gases has been actively promoted, and inventions for producing and storing these gases have been developed.
Methods for generating hydrogen or oxygen gas have been developed in two broad respects: a method through electrolysis of water, a method for storing gas through the development of a substance capable of occluding these gases, and a method for generating gas through contact with a solution .
The method of electrolytic decomposition of water requires energy because it requires energy, and due to the economic burden, the use of water is limited in the cosmetics field requiring personalization and portability. On the other hand, the method of storing gas after releasing gas has solved the portability, but it is about 3 months since the gaseous substance is in contact with the solution, and the general usage period is one year to three years. I have.
Therefore, the present invention has developed a cosmetic container for gas-generating cosmetics that conforms to the use period of general cosmetics, and ensures the portability of gas-generating cosmetics and limits the use of gas generating materials.
As shown in FIG. 2, a basket containing a gas generating material was prepared and the gas generating material was filled in the basket.
The basket filled with the gas generating material is mounted to the upper part of the cosmetic container as shown in FIG. 2, specifically to the neck part of the container over the mouth, and does not contact the cosmetic contents unless tilted or turned upside down.
It is only a certain time before the use of cosmetics, that is, a time in which a gas is generated and a sufficient effect can be exhibited. In general, the cosmetics container containing the contents is simply turned upside down for 10 to 30 minutes, Of the gas generating substance starts the reaction and immediately generates gas.
When the cosmetic is turned over again after use, the contact between the gas generating material in the gas generating part and the contents of the cosmetic product is interrupted and the gas generating reaction is stopped. Through such simple operation, generation and blocking of gas can be instantly performed. The use period of gas generators of about 3 months is dramatically increased, so that it can be used for one to three years, which is the period of validity of general cosmetics.
By using the cosmetic container developed through the present invention, the time for generating the gas through the reaction with the contents can be controlled by using the substance generating the useful gas. Therefore, only when the cosmetic is used, the gas generating substance is reacted with the cosmetic contents, It is possible to increase the use period of the gas generating substance.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a gas-generating unit basket in which a gas generating material is filled; FIG.
FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional diagram of a gas generating basket to which a gas generating material is charged.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a gas generating apparatus by manipulating a cosmetic container to generate gas
The use of water electrolysis in the generation of gas requires energy and electrolysis equipment, which is inefficient in terms of portability and economy. Considering the portability and economical efficiency, the gas generating container was devised by using the gas storage material or the gas generating material that has been developed, not the electrolysis method.
Gas storage materials or gaseous materials react with the solution to generate gas in the solution, but the duration of use in solution is usually around 3 months. Therefore, it was devised that the gas generating substance and the contents of the cosmetic material come into contact and react only when necessary to generate gas.
As shown in FIG. 2, the gas generating material was filled in a plastic basket having a plurality of reaction windows, and the shape was designed to be attached to a portion extending from the container inlet to the neck. In the basket, a large number of reaction windows were made so as to react with the contents of the cosmetic product, and a pump part was installed in the middle part.
Just by turning the cosmetic container upside down for 10 to 30 minutes just before using the cosmetic product, the gas generating material inside the gas generating part contacts with the cosmetic contents and reacts to generate gas, The contact between the gas generating substance and the contents of the cosmetic product is cut off, and the use period of the gas generating substance can be increased. FIG. 3 (A) is a perspective view of a cosmetic container when not in use, and FIG. 3 (B) is a perspective view of a cosmetic container in which the container is turned upside down 10 to 30 minutes before use, Fig.
