Abstract

The upper surface of the upper plate supporting member is formed with a slot engaging protrusion along the longitudinal direction and a slot is formed in the lower surface of the upper plate member along a lateral direction of the upper plate member so as to be fitted into the slot engaging protrusion. And another slot is formed on the lower surface of the upper plate closing member along the lateral direction of the upper plate closing member so as to be fitted into the slot coupling protrusion.
Therefore, since the slots are formed in the upper plate member, the coupling force between the upper plate supporting member and the upper plate member is increased, and the coupling site is not easily broken even in the case of external impact. Since the upper plate member occupying the largest specific gravity of the parts is formed only in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped pipe having no protruding portions, the upper plate members are easily overlapped, and the whole package is accordingly reduced accordingly. When the slot of the upper plate member and the slot of the upper plate closing member are inserted into the slot coupling protrusion of the upper plate support member, the slots are not exposed to the outside, thereby improving the aesthetics of the product.

Description

Prefabricated desk {FABRICATED DESK}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a prefabricated desk, and more particularly, to a prefabricated desk which is easy to assemble, separate, move, and relocate a desk, minimizes volume, is easy to package and prevents parts from being damaged.

Generally, a desk is used for various purposes such as office or learning, and is usually composed of a top plate, a leg supporting the top plate, a side plate connecting the legs, and a reinforcing plate.

Most of these desks are supplied in factory assembled form. Therefore, a large space is required to store and store a bulky desk, and many logistical costs are incurred in carrying such a desk.

To solve this problem, a folding type desk has been developed.

That is, the "folding table" (Patent Document 1) of the Utility Model No. 20-1994-26028, the "folding table" of the Patent Publication No. 10-2005-95805 (Patent Document 2) "Folding table" of Patent No. 10-2012-100362 (Patent Document 3).

In the folding type desk of Patent Document 1, hinges are provided on both sides and the rear side of the bottom surface of the top plate of the desk without a separate desk leg, and the side plate and the back plate are combined and then the side plate and the back plate are joined together.

The folding type desk of Patent Document 2 is a desk having first and second side plate members and a thick plate member provided on the bottom surface of the top plate. The first and second side plate members are coupled to be folded on the bottom surface of the top plate by a side plate hinge and the back plate member is also foldably joined to the bottom plate of the top plate by a double plate hinge of a double folding structure, And is fixed to either one of the upper plate and the thick plate member on the plate material connecting port.

The folding type desk described in Patent Document 3 is composed of a main body composed of a top plate and two backing plates vertically erected on both sides of the bottom of the top plate and a reinforcing plate for interconnecting the two supporting side plates, an extending projection extending on both sides of the top plate, A pair of side plates which are vertically or horizontally rotatably connected to the extending projections of both sides of the upper plate, a thick plate which is vertically or horizontally rotatably connected to the extending projections of the rear side, A side leg portion for supporting the side plate selectively in a horizontal state when each side plate is kept horizontal, and a side leg portion for supporting the side plate in the horizontal plate And a rear leg portion supporting the rear leg portion.

Among these Patent Documents 1 to 3, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a side plate and a back plate are hingedly connected to both sides of a top plate and rear side, and the side plate and the back plate are vertically erected. And these are combined. Such Patent Document 1 is troublesome in folding and assembling, and a separate tool must be provided for assembling.

Patent Document 2 has a structure in which the side plate and the back plate are vertically erected and joined to the bottom surface of the top plate using a plate material attaching / detaching port, and the side plate and the back plate are supported on the bottom surface of the top plate. In Patent Document 2, the upper plate, the side plate, and the back plate are formed of plate materials, which is not only heavy but also has a problem in that the holding means using the plate material detachment port is weak.

In addition, in the case of Patent Document 3, the side plate and the back plate can be foldably extended on both sides of the upper plate, so that the utilization space of the upper plate can be expanded, if necessary. Therefore, disadvantages such as requiring a lot of space for transportation and storage still occur.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present applicant has developed a prefabricated desk (Patent Application No. 10-2014-0027115).

The prefabricated desk comprises a first horizontal support and a second horizontal support arranged in parallel; A first upper plate member orthogonally coupled to the first horizontal support and the second horizontal support; A second upper plate member orthogonally coupled to the first horizontal support bar and the second horizontal support bar so as to be in parallel with the first upper plate member; And third upper plate members that are seated on the upper surfaces of the first and second horizontal support rods and arranged between the first upper plate member and the second upper plate member so as to be parallel to the first upper plate member and the second upper plate member do.

The first horizontal supporting base has a first fitting groove formed along the longitudinal direction thereof. The second horizontal supporting base has a second fitting groove along the longitudinal direction. The third upper plate members are provided with fitting protrusions Respectively.

The conventional assembled desk has the most number of members for the third upper plate. In the third upper plate members, second fitting protrusions are formed respectively. Accordingly, the plurality of third upper plate members can not be brought into close contact with each other by the second fitting projections, thereby occupying the packaging space.

Also, since the second fitting protrusions have a very weak structure, they are easily broken when they are subjected to external impact. Therefore, when the second fitting protrusion is broken, the third upper plate members can not be coupled to the first horizontal support and the second horizontal support.

Specific features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a prefabricated desk of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of FIG.

The prefabricated desk of the present invention comprises a support leg 10, an upper plate support member 20, a top plate closing member 30, and a top plate member 40.

The support leg 10 supports the top of the desk. Four support legs 10 are usually provided to support the four sides of the prefabricated desk. The support legs 10 may be formed in a rectangular column shape, or may have a cylindrical shape, and fastening holes 11 are formed at the upper end thereof.

In this case, the upper plate supporting member 20 and the upper plate member 40 are extended along the upper plate supporting member 20 and the upper plate member 40, A separate support leg 10 may be further provided in the middle.

Both ends of the upper plate supporting member 20 are fixed to the upper end of the support leg 10, and a pair of the upper plate supporting members 20 are arranged in parallel. The upper plate support member 20 is formed with a coupling hole 21 and the fastening screw 23 passes through the fastening hole 11 of the support leg 10 after passing through the fastening hole 21 of the upper plate support member 20 . On the upper surface of the upper plate supporting member 20, a slot engaging protrusion 22 protrudes along the longitudinal direction. The slot engaging projections 22 protrude in the form of a horizontally arranged rod of a rectangular parallelepiped and the slots 31 and 41 of the upper plate closing member 30 and the upper plate member 40 are fitted.

The upper plate closing member 30 is arranged on the upper surface of the upper plate supporting members 20 at right angles to the upper surface thereof and is attached to and detached from the upper plate supporting members 20 to close both sides of the upper portion of the table.

Another slot 31 is formed on the lower surface of the top plate closing member 30 along the lateral direction of the top plate closing member 30 so as to be fitted in the slot coupling protrusion 22. This slot 31 is formed only in a part of the transverse direction of the top plate member 40 so that the slot 31 is prevented from being exposed outside when the top plate closing member 30 is engaged with the top plate supporting member 20 .

A plurality of the upper plate members 40 are arranged between the upper plate closing members 30 in parallel with the upper plate closing member 30 and are attached to and detached from the upper plate supporting members 20. A slot 41 is formed in the lower surface of the upper plate member 40 along the lateral direction of the upper plate member 40 so as to be fitted into the slot engaging protrusion 22. This slot 41 is formed in the entire transverse direction of the upper plate member 40. [

The assembled desk of the present invention having such a configuration is assembled as follows.

First, after the upper ends of the support legs 10 are respectively abutted to both ends of the upper plate support member 20, the fastening holes 11 of the upper leg support member 20 and the support legs 10 are fastened with fastening screws 23).

When the upper plate supporting member 20 and the supporting leg 10 are engaged, the upper plate closing members 30 and the upper plate members 40 are engaged with the upper plate supporting member 20. First, the slot 31 of the top plate closing member 30 is pushed into the slot coupling protrusion 22 of the top plate supporting member 20 and inserted. The slots 41 of the upper plate member 40 are pressed into the slot engaging projections 22 of the upper plate supporting member 20 and the upper plate supporting members 20 are fitted into the upper plate members 40 in this manner. Finally, the slot 31 of another top board closing member 30 is pushed into the slot engaging protrusion 22 of the upper plate supporting member 20.

The supporting leg 10, the upper plate supporting member 20, the upper plate closing member 30, and the upper plate member 40 may be made of aluminum.

The upper plate closing member 30 and the upper plate member 40 may be coated with an intermediate layer made of a metallic material and a ceramic coating layer.

The intermediate layer is preferably formed of a metal material composed of any one of Ti, Cr, Zr and Cu, more preferably 0.1 to 1.0 탆 in thickness.

The intermediate layer of the metal material formed on the surface of the product made of aluminum material is an intermediate medium in which a coating layer made of high hardness ceramic is adhered well, and its thickness is thin.

More specifically, when the thickness of the intermediate layer is less than 0.1 占 퐉, bonding of the ceramic coating layer is not satisfactorily achieved, and therefore, the intermediate layer must be formed to be 0.1 占 퐉 or more. In addition, when the thickness of the intermediate layer is not less than 1.0 탆, no particular characteristics are exhibited, so that the thickness is limited to 1.0 탆.

The coating layer is preferably formed of a high hardness ceramic composed of any one of TiN, TiAlN, CrN and ZrN, more preferably 0.5 to 5.0 탆 in thickness.

Such a ceramic coating layer is intended to improve the characteristics of a product made of an aluminum material and to improve corrosion resistance and impact resistance. For this purpose, the ceramic coating layer should have a thickness of at least 0.5 탆. Further, when the thickness of the coating layer is 5.0 mu m or more, no particular characteristics are exhibited, so that the thickness is limited to 5.0 mu m.

Here, the intermediate layer of the metal material or the coating layer of the hard ceramic is vacuum deposited using a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process using sputtering or cathodic arc discharge. With this configuration, the surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the aluminum product can be improved.

A rubber packing (not shown) may be coupled between the support leg 10 and the upper plate supporting member 20, and a polymerized trimethyl dihydroquinoline (RD) is added to the packing to increase the oxidation resistance. These RDs increase the ozone resistance and oxidation resistance and prevent the corrosion and oxidation of the packing.

The present invention preferably includes 0.4 to 1.2 parts by weight of RD in the rubber material. This is because if the addition amount of RD is less than the above-mentioned range, it is difficult to obtain oxidation resistance, and if it exceeds the above-mentioned range, the density and firmness of the tissue are affected. In the present invention, the RD is further added to the packing of the rubber material, so that the oxidation resistance is greatly improved, thereby maximizing the service life of the product.

9 is an assembled cross-sectional view showing a reverse rotation brake washer 70 used in the prefabricated desk of the present invention. In the present invention, a reverse rotation brake washer 70 is provided between the upper plate supporting member 20 and the fastening screw 23 to prevent loosening. The reverse rotation brake washer 70 is coupled to the lower portion of the bolt head to prevent the tightening screw 23 from being loosened and includes the upper reverse rotation brake washer 71 and the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74.

The upper reverse rotation braking washer 71 is provided with an upper tooth 72 which is in contact with the bottom surface of the head of the fastening screw 23 on the upper surface and a lower tooth 72 which is larger than the thread inclination angle of the fastening screw 23 on the lower surface. And a cam surface 73 is formed.

The upper reverse surface of the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74 is formed with a lower tooth 75. The lower surface of the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74 is formed with a lower tooth 75, And the upper cam surface 76 having a large angle is formed.

The lower teeth 75 of the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74 are brought into close contact with the upper plate support member 20 and the upper reverse rotation brake washers 71 are stacked on the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74, The upper cam face 76 of the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74 and the lower cam face 73 of the upper reverse rotation brake washer 71 are laminated to each other and then the fastening screw 23 is fastened to the upper reverse rotation brake washer 71 and the lower reverse rotation brake washer 74 and the mounting surface.

This allows the upper thread 72 of the upper reverse rotation brake washer 71 to be brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the head portion of the fastening screw 23 so that the fastening screw 23 can be prevented from being loosened, 20 are firmly coupled to the support leg 10.
