FIG. 2 shows the results of measuring the absorbance at 560 nm by decolorizing with 10% cetylpyridinium chloride after staining with Alizarin Red S, and comparing the increased differentiation level compared to the control group by setting the negative control as the baseline. At the concentration of 100 ㎍ / ml, the degree of differentiation was similar to that of the control group, but at the concentration of 200 ㎍ / ml or more, it showed 1.5 times or more differentiation.
