The present invention relates to a cleaning air chamber of a filtration type dust collector and a pulse device installed therein. More particularly, the present invention is an improvement of the inconvenience that a cleaning air chamber and a pulse air pipe are separated from each other when a filter bag of a conventional dust collector is replaced. And the nozzle and the compressed air can be integrated with the lid portion of the upper portion of the air box to be easily and quickly separated from the cleaning air box, thereby easily replacing the filter cloth.

The general dust collector is configured such that the compressed air enters the dust collector through the lower air inlet 1-12 and the air cleaned through the filter cloth 1-1 of the dust collecting chamber 1-10 is discharged to the upper air outlet 1-14, As shown in FIG. At this time, the dust accumulates on the filter cloth 1-1, the dust layer becomes thick, and the pressure loss becomes large. Therefore, the dust collector is equipped with a pulse device that periodically shakes dust to maintain the performance of the system. The pulse system consists of a compression chamber (2-3), a diaphragm valve (2-4), a compressed air pipe (3-3), and a nozzle (1-7). In the general filter dust collector, a cleaning air reservoir (1-11) and a pulse system are located above the filter cloth.

Although there is a difference depending on the type and amount of dust, in general, after a certain period of time, dust can not be recovered even if the dust covers the gap of the filter cloth and the pulse can not be recovered. Replacing the filter cloth in the conventional dust collector requires a lot of time and manpower because it needs to disassemble the cleaning air box and pulse system at the top of the dust collector. To replace the filter cloth in the existing dust collector, open the upper lid fixing bolts (1-3, 2-1) and open the upper lids (1-2, 2-2). Next, the compressed air pipe 3-3 can be taken out and removed between the upper lid fixing molds 3-2. The above process is necessary for the maintenance of the dust collector filter bag, but there are many parts to be separated, and the time and labor are consumed.

The cleaning air cylinder and the pulse system are integrally formed so that they can be easily separated from the dust collector in a hatch form.

It saves more than 70% of the time compared to the operation time of filter bag of conventional dust collector.
