Abstract

The present invention relates to a silicone puff, which prevents cosmetics from being impregnated in a puff when a liquid cosmetic is applied to a surface of the skin, is not mixed with cosmetics remaining on the puff when reused, and uses silicone which is a non-absorbent material to easily wash the same and, more specifically, to a silicone puff manufacturing method, which prevents the excessive consumption of a cosmetic material because the cosmetic material is not absorbed due to waterproofing properties according to characteristics of the silicon material and can supply the puff capable of being easily washed with water.

Description

Silicone Puff {SILICONE PUFF}

The present invention relates to silicone puffs, and more particularly, to the use of a non-absorbable silicone fabric to impregnate the puff with the cosmetic product when applied to a skin surface. And is not mixed with cosmetics remaining on the puff when reused, and is easy to clean.

In general, when you want to naturally cover the spots or stains of the skin exposed to the face or the outside, or to have a clean, bright skin or a clear and wobbly skin, foundation, skin cover, twin cake, and cosmetic powder ).

The above-mentioned cosmetics are applied to make-up puffs so as to satisfy the emotional feeling of use as well as to spread the uniformly and uniformly on the desired area.

However, since the general shape of the puff as described above is formed into a circular shape, a square shape, an elliptical shape, etc., and is made of a porous material such as a cloth or a sponge in which a fabric is polymerized, The cosmetic material of the same liquid type is excessively excessively impregnated into the inside of the puff, so unnecessary consumption of the cosmetic material is unnecessarily large, and since only one color cosmetic material can be used only for one puff, it is troublesome to use a large number of puffs .

Further, when the liquid cosmetic material is over-applied, only a part of the absorbed liquid cosmetic material is applied to the skin, and a considerable amount of the cosmetic material remains in the sponge, or when the amount thereof is excessive, .

Therefore, cosmetics left on the puff are hardened when stored, so that the soft touch will be lowered in subsequent use. Therefore, the used puff should be washed and used. However, since the washing water is left in the sponge again when washing, Bacterial growth is caused by washing water and cosmetic materials, causing skin troubles, resulting in repeated washing and drying, resulting in loss of softness of the puff or loss of original physical properties, resulting in poor durability and reduced skin feel.

1 to 3 show a preferred embodiment of a silicon puff according to the present invention.

1 to 3, the silicone puff 100 according to the present invention is a liquid makeup puff in which a pair of upper and lower surfaces 111 and 112 are made of a non-absorbent fabric 110 ); A cushioning material 120 provided inside the non-absorbent fabric 110; And a sealing member 130 for sealing the non-absorbent raw fabric 110 provided with the buffer material 120.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the non-absorbent fabric 110 corresponds to an outer shell of the puff 100 and is manufactured by injection molding.

3, the non-absorbent fabric 110 is formed by injecting a pair of upper and lower surfaces 111 and 112 to form the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112, respectively, ) Can be sealed.

The surface of the non-absorbent fabric 110 may be coated with a photocatalytic material. The photocatalyst material is partially applied to sterilize the microorganisms generated by the skin tissue remaining on the surface of the silicon fabric. Generally, the photocatalyst material can utilize titanium oxide (TiO 2 ), preferably N-doped TiO 2 , which is active in visible light.

The cushioning material 120 is preferably inserted into the non-absorbent raw fabric 110 and is preferably made of a magnetic shape memory material capable of providing cushion and resilience of the puff 100 itself.

The cushioning material 120 may be formed by foam molding nitrile rubber or by foam molding a common material such as a general sponge or latex.

In addition, the cushioning member 120 may be formed by performing a molding process in which a foam member made of a large size is cut to a predetermined size and produced.

It is preferable that the size and shape of the cushioning material 120 correspond to the inner shape of the non-absorbent fabric 110.

The upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 of the non-absorbent raw fabric 100 in which the buffer material 120 is inserted are sealed to complete the puff.

The sealing operation of the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 is preferably performed by applying a sealing member 130 through a fixed amount discharger, but is not limited thereto.

The structure of the silicon puff of the present invention having the above-described structure will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.

3, the non-absorbent fabric 110 for forming the outer shape of the puff 100 is made of a silicone material.

The silicone material of the nonabsorbable fabric 110 preferably uses medical silicone to minimize the harmful components that contact the skin surface.

That is, the non-absorbent fabric 110 is injection-molded with medical silicone, and it is preferable that the non-absorbent fabric 110 is provided with various molds so that the size and shape of the non-absorbent fabric 110 can be modified as needed.

In the meantime, the embodiment of the present invention shows a circular puff 100 configuration.

When the non-absorbent raw fabric 110 is injected, it may further include a step of applying a photocatalyst material. The photocatalyst material is partially applied to the surface of the silicon fabric using glycerin which does not cause skin troubles. Glycerin is biologically harmless and biodegradable, and it can be applied directly to human body. When the photocatalyst material is applied using glycerin as described above, the photocatalyst material applied to the surface of the silicon fabric can react with ultraviolet rays and visible rays to suppress or eliminate the generation of microorganisms.

Since the glycerin used for attaching the photocatalyst material is in a gel state at room temperature, the photocatalyst material may be mixed and dissolved in glycerin, and then applied to the silicone fabric by a point spraying method or may be applied to the silicone fabric by a spraying method.

After the glycerin containing the photocatalyst material is applied to the non-absorbent fabric 110 as described above, the photocatalyst material is fixed to the non-absorbent fabric 110 by keeping the low temperature state for a predetermined period of time. When the photocatalyst material is fixed to the non-absorbent fabric 110 at a low temperature, the photocatalyst material may remain on the non-absorbent fabric 110 by removing only glycerin through ultrasonic cleaning or the like.

When the photocatalyst material is applied to the non-absorbent material 110 as described above, the puff can be maintained clean by preventing the growth of microorganisms caused by the skin tissue even if the puff is used for a long period of time.

The puff 100 is configured to inject the cushioning material 120 between the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 by injecting the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 of the non-absorbable raw fabric 110, respectively, And these edges may be sealed.

The sealing operation of the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 is performed by applying a seal member 130 heated to a molten state to the edge where the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 are in contact with each other through the fixed amount discharger .

The sealing member 130 sealing the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 may be the same as the raw material of the non-absorbent raw fabric 110, so that the adhesion between the upper surface and the lower surface can be improved.

The sealing member 130 can be more firmly pressed through the process of pressing the sealing member 130 before the sealing member 130 is cured in the sealing operation of the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 as described above.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The silicone puff 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention may be injected into an integral non-absorbent fabric 110 including a predetermined opening 113. [

As shown in FIG. 4, the opening 113 may include a stepped portion whose end is bent inward, and may be configured to seat and seal the lid member 113A corresponding to the stepped portion.

However, the non-absorbent fabric 110 preferably further includes a cover member 113A of a shape corresponding to the opening 113 to prevent the opening 113 from being closed.

That is, when the cushioning material 120 is inserted through the opening 113 of the non-absorbent raw fabric 110, after the opening 113 is closed by using the lid member 113A, the opening 113 and the lid member 113A And the puff 100 is completed by sealing the surface.

An operation for sealing the opening 113 is to apply a sealing member 130 which is heated to a molten state by heating the silicon raw material to a face where the opening 113 and the lid member 113A come into contact with each other through a fixed quantity discharger. However, it is needless to say that the edge of the lid member 113A inserted into the opening 113 can be sealed.

The sealing member 130 for sealing the opening 113 is made of the same material as that of the non-absorbent raw fabric 110, so that the adhesiveness between the upper surface and the lower surface can be improved.

The lid member 113A can be more firmly pressed through the process of pressing the lid member 113A before the sealing member 130 is cured in the state where the sealing operation of the opening 113 is performed.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the silicone puff 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention is configured to further form a handle strap 140 on the upper surface of the non-absorbent raw fabric 110.

That is, it is preferable that the pull string 140 is positioned on the upper surface 111 of the non-absorbent fabric 110. When the non-absorbent fabric 110 is injected or after the cushion material 120 is inserted, And is preferably sealed to the side of the non-absorbent fabric 110.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the pull string 140 injects a non-absorbent raw fabric 110 having a protruding piece 114 on the side surface thereof when the non-absorbent raw fabric 110 is injected, ).

However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the handle strap 140 may be inserted before the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112 are sealed even when the non-absorbent raw fabric 110 is separated into the upper surface 111 and the lower surface 112, It is of course possible to provide the handle strap 140 by sealing it together.

As described above, the silicone puff 100 according to the present invention is advantageous in that when using a liquid type cosmetic material using a fabric sheet made of a non-absorbent silicone material, the puff 100 can be easily washed So that it can be used hygienically and cleanly.

The embodiments and the accompanying drawings described in the present specification are merely illustrative of some of the technical ideas included in the present invention. Therefore, it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed herein are not for purposes of limiting the technical idea of the present invention, but rather are not intended to limit the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
