Abstract
The present invention relates to a catheter, comprising: a first cap part having a first inlet formed on one side thereof and a first needle part including a filter therein; And a second cap portion to which the second needle portion is detached, wherein the first cap includes a first hub including the needle cap and a filter disposed therein, and a second hub disposed at one end of the first hub A first needle portion including a needle; A second needle including a second hub and a second needle disposed at one end of the second hub; A syringe body formed with a neck which is detached from the other end of the first hub or the second hub; There is provided a syringe including a plunger disposed at one end in close contact with an inner circumferential surface of the syringe body, and a piston portion linearly moving within the syringe body.
Description
The present invention relates to a needle cap and a syringe including the needle cap which can be arranged with two needle portions and include a dual safety structure.
A syringe is for injecting a drug into the body of a person or an animal, and includes a syringe body, a needle portion fastened to the syringe body, and a cap for opening and closing the needle portion.
A container for accommodating a drug in such a syringe body can be broadly divided into an ampoule and a vial.
The vial is made of glass or a plastic container and the opening is sealed with a rubber cap. The ampule is sealed in a glass container.
Rubber debris may be generated when the needle is inserted into the container through the rubber cap of the vial to collect the drug from the vial into the syringe body and breaks the neck of the ampule to collect the drug from the ampoule into the syringe body May result in fine glass debris.
Such rubber debris or glass debris is formed as very fine particles, so that it can flow into the syringe through the needle if it enters the drug inside the container.
If these micro-fragments are introduced into the human body or animal, they can cause not only necrosis of body tissue but also lung granuloma, phlebitis and thrombosis, and if left untreated, it causes catastrophic paralysis, general paralysis, heart attack, .
On the other hand, the syringe may include a syringe body, a needle portion attached to and detached from the syringe body, and a needle cap covering the needle of the needle portion.
Therefore, in order to remove the inflow of the micro-debris, a first needle portion including a filter is coupled to the syringe body to collect the drug from the ampoule or vial, the first needle portion including the filter is removed, The second needle portion is inserted into the syringe body and then injected into the human body.
However, the syringe packed in one pack has the first needle portion fitted in the syringe body, and the second needle portion is contained in the pack separately from the syringe body in the pack.
That is, since the second needle portion is separated from the pack, the process of peeling off the cap of the first needle portion, taking the solution, putting the cap on the first needle portion, removing the first needle portion, The operation of replacing the first needle portion and the second needle portion such as the process of taking out the second needle portion having the second needle portion and the process of coupling the second needle portion to the syringe body is increased.
In this case, when the syringe user opens the pack, there is a possibility that the second needle part may fall out of the pack. This has the problem that the second needle portion injected directly into the human body may become contaminated.
Further, when the manufacturer packs the syringe, there is a possibility that a defective product such as the second needle portion not being packed may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a needle cap which is easy to replace in a syringe body and which is hygienic and in which a defective rate at which a second needle portion is omitted during manufacturing can be reduced, To provide a syringe.
To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a cap assembly comprising: a first cap part formed with a first inlet part on one side and a first needle part including a filter therein; And a second cap portion into which the second needle portion is detached.
The first cap part may include a first coupling part detachably attached to a hub of the first needle part; A receiving portion rotatably attached to the first fastening portion and receiving the needle of the first needle portion; And a connection part having one end and the other end connected to the first engagement part and the accommodation part to rotate the accommodation part.
The first fastening portion includes a body having both sides thereof opened and a flange extending outwardly from one end of the body. The receiving portion has a seating groove formed at one end thereof to be detachably attached to the flange, And a surface facing the surface on which the other end of the connection portion is disposed may be opened.
The first cap portion and the second cap portion may be integrally formed by injection molding.
The second cap part may include a seating part disposed on one side of the first cap part; And a main cap detachably disposed on the seating portion, the main cap having a second inlet portion formed on one side thereof and disposed in a direction opposite to the first inlet portion, the second needle portion being received in the second inlet portion.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprising: a first needle including a first hub having a filter disposed therein; and a first needle disposed at one end of the first hub; A second needle including a second hub and a second needle disposed at one end of the second hub; A syringe body formed with a neck which is detached from the other end of the first hub or the second hub; A plunger disposed at one end in close contact with an inner circumferential surface of the syringe body, the piston portion linearly moving within the syringe body; And a needle cap including a first cap portion on which a first inlet portion is formed and on which the first needle portion is detached, and a second cap portion on which a second needle portion is detached.
In addition, the syringe may include the technical idea of the needle cap described above.
In the present invention, two needle portions can be mounted on the needle cap, thereby reducing the defective rate when packing the syringe.
Further, the present invention assures safety and hygiene in replacement of needles after taking drugs in ampoules or vials, and facilitates replacement of needle parts.
