Abstract

An intellectual property analysis system comprises: a search unit for searching intellectual property data according to a search formula received from a user terminal; and a detection unit for detecting a component and a finite element for restricting the component in a patent claim included in the intellectual property data detected by the search formula. Therefore, the intellectual property analysis system classifies the component and the finite element of the claim in the intellectual property searched by the user, and displaying the component and the finite element.

Description

{Intellectual Property Analysis System}

The present invention relates to techniques for analyzing intellectual property rights.

As the importance of intellectual property rights becomes more important, more and more individuals or organizations are in the process of securing intellectual property rights. Further, there is provided a system for providing intellectual property right data (hereinafter referred to as intellectual property right data) in a database, and for searching and browsing intellectual property right data.

However, as the number of intellectual property rights grows day by day, a lot of time and effort are required to analyze vast amounts of intellectual property rights. There is a growing demand for a system that automatically handles the analysis of intellectual property rights.

Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0123647 (Apr. 23, 2014)

Prior art researches are used to extract similar patents after deriving retrieval expressions through technical classification.

Since it is difficult to derive a search formula through technical classification,

- a reference keyword combination for each product or technology,

- Request that the names of competitors based on core technology be provided as references.

The technology trend survey method,

The similar patents derived from the prior art researches that have been conducted in the past are divided into technologies and products.

In pursuing this method, it takes a lot of time to match with the related product by the patent (or technology), which makes analysis difficult.

- I would like to be provided with a way to effectively judge the trends of technology and products.

Competitor analysis,

We are analyzing the competitor's intellectual property right application or registration trend for already well-known competitors (Well-Known).

Such a method has difficulties in understanding the status of intellectual property application and registration of new or small competitors,

We have a problem in forecasting countermeasures against infringement lawsuits that may occur in the future.

 - How to effectively identify new and small competitor information in the technology field,

 - We request that information on infringement cases and trends by sector be provided.

The new patent direction setting,

To derive a business model through future technology forecasting, to acquire the technology (new patent) required for product or service implementation,

Technology Commercialization We are carrying out the steps for each month.

Currently, today's KIFRIS provides information on the applicant companies by super citations and IPC sections, but there is no detailed technical classification other than those of the applicants.

- a method of confirming application information which is classified by technology or product industry field,

- subdivide the IPC section to request service.

The method of setting the avoiding patent direction,

The claim component of the prior patent literature is divided into core components and limiting factors to determine whether infringement has occurred.

Such a method has a problem that it takes much time to identify key components and limiting elements when there are a large number of prior patent documents.

 - Request that the preceding patent literature indicate key components and constraints so that they can be easily identified.

The method for supplementing the right-

We analyze and classify related core technologies based on products and services.

In such a case, when the products and services are composed of n products or more, detailed technical classification limitations make it difficult to supplement the whitening blank technology.

- According to the technical classification,

- Tech Tree uses CPC classification to ask users to provide detailed information.

The general domestic demand technology transfer flow is proceeding in the same way, and the effect is relatively low.

We predict that this method will be dependent on the companies that lack system analysis ability or product understanding.

In participating in the technology transfer, there was a difficulty in grasping the relevance of the technology of the institution with the company's product implementation.

- a method of retrieving the technology or product category list of the institutional possessions,

- We ask that you provide a way to easily search the portfolio or information on technology of foreign institutions and companies.

The model provided above is. It was derived by reinterpreting existing technology valuation models (profit approach, market approach, and cost approach) from a technical commercialization point of view,

The existing technology valuation method is problematic in deriving the result of the technical value evaluation that the company desires because it is dependent on the enterprise 's estimated financial statement or the evaluation of the technical rights,

In addition, since the technology life span reflects the median price provided by the USPTO, there is a limit to how long the technology commercialization period should be appropriate for the state of Korean technology commercialization.

- Providing information on the period required for technical commercialization,

- I would like to be provided with a percentage of the commercialization risk of the industry.
