Description

[Apparatus for attaching goods]

The present invention relates to a product attaching apparatus, and more particularly, to a product attaching apparatus that significantly reduces a mounting distance error between products when a product is attached to a film, and minimizes defects such as creasing or bubble generation.

Products such as bar codes and merchandise labels are attached to the film at regular intervals. These labels must be attached at precise locations on the film at regular intervals.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a labeling apparatus according to the prior art.

The conventional labeling apparatus comprises a label supply roll 10, a label separation plate 20, a film roll 30, a feeding roller 40, and a product collection roller 50.

The label supply roll 10 is wound with a release paper having a label attached thereto. In addition, the releasing paper wound around the label supply roll is turned by the guide rollers 12 and 14 and is drawn out to the label separating plate 20. [

At the end of the label separating plate 20, the releasing paper is bent to the opposite side, and the label is separated from the releasing paper and attached to the film. The release paper from which the label has been separated is rewound by the release paper collection roll 15.

On the other hand, the film wound on the film roll 30 is conveyed to the lower portion of the label separating plate 20, and the label separated from the end of the label separating plate is attached to the film by the labeling roller 25.

The film is pulled and conveyed by the feeding roller 40 by a predetermined distance, and the film with the label is wound again by the film collecting roll 50.

However, such a label attaching apparatus has the following problems.

First, since the tension pulling from the feeding roller does not work on the film, the label is not attached to the correct position due to the change of the tension applied to the film, and the error of the attachment distance is more than ± 1 mm.

Second, if the film is transported quickly, the label or the film is damaged, and the probability of a defective product is increased.

Third, bubbles, wrinkles, and trunks often occur when the label is attached.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a product attaching apparatus which can maintain a constant tension on a film to attach the product to an accurate position,

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a product dispenser comprising: a product supply unit wound with a release paper on which a product is attached; A product separator for separating the product supplied from the product supply unit from the release paper; A product supply unit for supplying a film to which the product is attached; A feeding unit for feeding the film at predetermined intervals; A conveyor belt provided under the film to support and move the film; A product mounting panel provided inside the conveyor belt for supporting the conveyor belt and the film; And a film rejection unit for collecting the film to which the product is attached.

A pair of supply guide portions provided between the adhesive supply portion and the feeding portion for guiding the direction of the film drawn out from the product supply portion to be changed; And a supply moving tension unit capable of moving the film upward and downward is provided between the supply guide units.

The conveyor belt and the feeding part may be connected to and driven by an interlocking timing belt.

According to the present invention, since the product adheres to the precise position of the film, the mounting distance error is greatly reduced and the tension of the film is kept constant, so that defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, and tears are remarkably reduced.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a conventional labeling apparatus; FIG.
Fig. 2 is a configuration diagram showing the configuration of a product attaching apparatus according to the present invention; Fig.
Figure 3 is a partial enlarged view of Figure 2;
4 is a film plan view showing the shape of a film according to the present invention.

The configuration and operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2, the apparatus for attaching products according to the present invention includes a film supply unit 100, a supply guide unit 210, a supply movement unit 200, a product supply unit 300, a feeding unit 400, a conveyor belt 500, a product attaching panel 510, an interlocking timing belt 550, a discharge guide portion 610, a discharge moving tension portion 600, and a film rejection portion 800.

The film supply unit 100 is provided in the form of a rotating roller so that the film 150 is wound and the film is drawn out by the pulling force from the feeding unit 400.

The film is fed into the feeding part through the feeding guide part 210 and the feeding movement tension part 200.

The supply guide unit 210 is provided as a pair of upper and lower rollers at a predetermined position so that the film passes between the upper and lower rollers. The supply movement tension unit 200 is provided in a roller form between the pair of supply guide units and is vertically movable to maintain the tension of the film.

Referring to FIG. 3, a product is wound on a releasing paper on the product supplying part 300, and the product is conveyed to a product separating part 350 through a guide roller. The transfer of this product is precisely controlled by the product supply motor 310. The product may be a graphite film, a polar film, a label, or the like, which is installed in a mobile phone or the like, and is attached to the release paper with an adhesive provided on the product itself.

The product separator 350 may be formed of a flat plate or a roller, and the release sheet is bent to the opposite side at the end of the product separator and is wound on the release sheet collection roll 320. The product attached to the release sheet is separated from the release sheet And is attached to the film 150. At this time, the product is instantaneously pressed and attached by the product attaching roller 410. The product attaching roller may be provided with a belt-shaped roller to cover a large area, and the belt may be provided with an elastic member such as a sponge or a latex.

On the other hand, the feeding unit 400 includes a pair of feeding rollers on the upper and lower sides of the film. The feeding roller serves to fix and feed the film, and a servo motor (not shown) for precisely feeding the feeding roller at a predetermined distance is coupled to the feeding roller.

A conveyor belt 500 is provided at the lower end of the product separator 350. The conveyor belt may be made of urethane or rubber. The conveyor belt is provided at the bottom of the film to support the film to maintain the tension, and to prevent damage to the film such as scratches.

The feeding roller and the conveyor belt are connected to the interlocking timing belt 550 so that the driving of the feeding roller and the driving of the conveyor belt are exactly the same. The conveyor belt is preferably provided with a timing belt type conveyor belt to prevent the feeding roller from being pushed when the feeding roller stops.

And a product mounting panel 510 for supporting the conveyor belt and the film is provided inside the conveyor belt. The panel for attaching the product may be provided with steel, and it holds the tension of the film and keeps it flat to prevent the occurrence of twisting or bubbling when the product is attached to the film.

The start sensor 160 is provided on the film to determine whether the film is in the correct position for attaching the product. 4, position detection holes 152 are formed on both sides of the film at regular intervals, and the start sensor 160 senses the position detection holes and transmits them to the control unit.

The discharge moving tension unit 600 is provided in a roller form between the pair of discharge guide units, and is movable up and down to maintain the tension of the film.

The film having passed through the discharge guide portion 610 is once again subjected to pressure by the contact roller 700 to completely adhere to the film. Thereafter, the film to which the product is attached is wound by the film rejection 800.

Next, the process of attaching the product according to the present invention will be described.

When the start button (not shown) is pressed, the control unit (not shown) drives the feeding unit 400 to start feeding the film.

When the position detection hole of the film is detected by the start sensor 160, the control unit drives the product supply motor 310. Then, the product is detached from the releasing paper at the end of the product separator and attached to the film. The product can be attached to the correct position of the film by the start sensor.

The conveyor belt connected to the interlocking timing belt is driven at the same speed as the film, thereby protecting the film from damage. Further, the tension and the flatness of the film are maintained by the product attaching panel 510, so that the product is attached to the correct position without any change.

When the feeding part is operated to pull the film, the feeder moving tension part 200 rises upward and the discharge moving tension part 600 descends down to maintain the tension of the entire film. In addition, when the feeding unit stops, the supply moving tension unit 200 descends and the discharge moving tension unit 600 rises upward to maintain a constant tension to prevent wrinkles in the film.

Thereafter, the product is closely adhered to the film on the adhesion roller 700, and the film on which the product is adhered is wound by the film rejection 800.

Meanwhile, the height adjustment handle 330 serves to adjust the height of the product when the product is attached, and the left and right adjustment handle 340 serves to adjust the right and left position when attaching the product.
