의료용 봉합사(10)의 원재료를 금형 홈부(M1)와 슬라이드 금형 삽입부(M2)로 구성되며 의료용 봉합사(10)의 단면이 삼각형이 되도록 하는 금형(M)에 투입하는 제 1단계(S10);와
상기의 슬라이드 금형 삽입부(M2)에 슬라이드 금형 돌기(S1)가 삽입되도록 슬라이드 금형(S)을 결합하는 제 2단계(S20);와
상기의 제 1단계(S10) 및 제 2단계(S20)를 통하여 표면에 홈부(11)와 돌기부(12)를 갖는 의료용 봉합사(10)를 사출 성형하는 제 3단계(S30);와
상기의 의료용 봉합사(10)의 원재료의 녹는점 이하 유리전이온도 이상, 녹는점 이하의 온도 조건에서 연신하는 제 4단계(S40); 및
상기의 연신된 의료용 봉합사(10)를 질소 또는 아르곤 가스를 사용하여 의료용 봉합사(10) 내부의 잔여 습기를 제거하는 열처리를 수행하는 제 5단계(S50);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 봉합사의 제조 방법.A method for manufacturing a medical suture having a triangular cross section,
