Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a colored steel plate and a colored steel plate. In the case of color steel plate, demand for building materials and household appliances, and for automobiles in advanced countries, is increasing day by day. However, the steel sheet has a vulnerability to easily corrode, and zinc and aluminum are plated on the surface of the steel sheet and the corrosion resistance is improved by chromate treatment. In addition, steel plates used for interior and exterior materials of buildings and exterior cases of household appliances such as TVs, audio, computers, and the like are particularly required to have aesthetics of appearance such as the beauty of color and the giving of three-dimensional texture.
In order to cope with such a demand, a colored steel plate having a three-dimensional texture has been used. As a method for imparting a three-dimensional texture to the surface of a steel plate product, FLM (fill laminate material) and PCM (precoated material) . However, such methods have a high defect ratio at the time of producing PET backing, AL deposition, and hair line, and have problems in that they cause marks due to surface deterioration during foaming. Accordingly, there is a need for a color steel sheet having a three-dimensional texture on the surface thereof without generating a defective rate and surface deterioration phenomenon when the hair line is generated, and a method of manufacturing the same. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a hair line by physically realizing a metal pattern layer in the longitudinal direction of a metal backed steel sheet and forming a coat layer via a CCL To provide a colored steel sheet having a low defect rate and imparting a three-dimensional texture to the surface without causing a surface deterioration phenomenon, and a method of manufacturing the same.
