Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a food packing machine using a conveyor belt.
In recent years, it is often the case that a meal is solved by using an outside restaurant rather than by cooking directly from a large number of households, or by food delivered from an outside caterer. Restaurants that deliver or pack food should be packed well so that they do not spill over in containers as food is being transported. To this end, most foodservice companies use food packaging machines recently.
As consumers increasingly focus on hygiene and design, the basic approach to packaging is changing. The products currently on the market are PSP (Styropor) series and lap (PVC series), and they are mainly used as packaging materials. The food packaging market is expected to increase annually.
In addition to food packing machines for restaurants, the use of food packing machines is more important for companies that manufacture and pack large quantities of food such as lunch boxes.
As a conventional packing machine, a belt-type packing machine is expensive, is heavy in weight, and has a very inconvenient function and appearance of the product itself. In addition, since the container is fixed in a mold type suited to the size of the container, many kinds of products must be replaced in order to package various products, which causes a large replacement cost for the facility replacement cost, It is becoming burdensome.
Also, the worker has to put the container in the correct position and work fatigue is high.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a food packing machine using a conveyor belt capable of reducing replacement costs and reducing fatigue of an operator.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a conveyor belt for conveying a food container placed on an upper side; A motor for rotating the conveyor belt; A container recognition sensor for sensing a food container placed on the conveyor belt as the conveyor belt is rotated by the motor; A packaging module for attaching a packaging material to an upper end of the food container; And a control module for temporarily stopping the driving of the motor when the food container is recognized by the container recognition sensor and driving the packaging module.

According to the present invention, since the food container is automatically transferred to the position for packaging to attach the packaging material, the worker has to perform only the operation of placing the food container on the top of the conveyor belt, thereby reducing the work fatigue.
In addition, according to the present invention, only the width of the fixed frame can be adjusted according to the size of the food container to be used, so that the replacement cost is very small even if various food containers are used.
