Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a temperature sensor, and more particularly, to a temperature sensor in which a cable for temperature sensing is easily connected and an external housing is provided.
The temperature sensor related to the present invention is a sensor that detects heat or temperature in a field such as a household appliance or a freezing facility where moisture or moisture is distributed around the device such as a refrigerator or a humidifier.
The conventional temperature sensor has a plastic injection method in which a device is continuously injected with synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polybutylene terephthalate or the like in order to prevent penetration of moisture and protect the sensor from external impact, There is a malting type in which the element and the wire are first coated with silicone and then coated (molded) two or three times with an epoxy resin, and a device is inserted into an expensive case such as copper or stainless steel And a case type in which an epoxy resin is filled in the housing.
These plastic injection type, epoxy molding type, and case type temperature sensors have a problem in that the manufacturing process is very complicated, the production cost is high, and the defect occurrence rate is high.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1162301 discloses a 'temperature sensor having a silicon housing and a manufacturing method thereof'.
Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1162301 discloses a temperature sensor in which a device and a portion of a wire covering are coated to form a primer layer so as to firmly bond the device and the wire covering to the silicon housing. Type in that it is a molding type in which the element and the wire covering are bonded to the housing.
The temperature sensor in the form of a housing consists of a wire and a housing electrically connected to the sensor, the sensor PCB, and the sensor PCB, and the housing is molded while the sensor, the PCB and the wires are connected.
When the temperature sensor is manufactured in the molding form in this way, the workability in the electronic product becomes very low if the length of the wiring is long when wiring the wire.
In addition, when a fault occurs due to an abnormality such as a sensor, a PCB, and a wire, the entirety can not be used, resulting in a problem of inefficiency in terms of recycling.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensor having an assembled housing.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensor having a housing in which a cable can be connected after a temperature sensor with a housing is installed in advance to electrically connect a PCB to which a sensor is mounted and a cable is finally set.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a temperature sensor capable of reusing a cable by cutting a cable when the temperature sensor is defective and mounting it on a normal temperature sensor.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temperature sensor including a housing, a PCB having a pair of conductors, a PCB electrically connected to the pair of conductors, A body cover having a conductor of the base and a PCB, a base having an insulating wall formed at a center thereof for insulating the pair of conductors, a cylindrical body cover to which a part of the base is inserted and connected, And a head cover covering a portion not covered by the body cover.
Each of the pair of conductors is formed by bending a cable connecting portion coupled to a cable at a tip end thereof in a direction perpendicular to the cable connecting portion. The cable connecting portion includes a cable covering skin that can peel off the cable covering the cable, The cable conductor inserting portion can be formed in which the cable conductor stripped by the cable conductor is inserted and contacted.
The base is formed with a body cover locking part to be engaged with the body cover, a head cover self-locking part to be coupled with the head cover is formed, and the head cover and the head cover self- The locking portion preferably has a curved shape with a predetermined radius of curvature.
Here, before the head cover is engaged, a cable is seated on the base, and the head cover is engaged with the base, and at the same time, the cable can be contacted with the conductor while being pushed downward by the head cover.
Here, an insulating separator is formed at the tip side of the insulating wall, and the PCB is Y-shaped, and the branched portion can be coupled with the insulating separator as the center.
Here, the temperature sensor provided with the housing may be mounted inside the electronic product in a state where the body cover is coupled, and a cable for transmitting a temperature sensing signal may be connected in a state of being mounted on the electronic product, have.
The body cover may have a cylindrical body portion and a semicircular head portion integrally formed thereon, and a lower end surface of the head portion may be formed with an insulating wall coupling groove to which the insulating wall of the base is inserted and coupled.
According to the configuration of the present invention described above, it is possible to provide a temperature sensor having an assembled housing. Firstly, when a PCB mounted with a sensor and a cable are electrically connected to each other, a temperature sensor equipped with a housing is installed in advance. The cable can be connected after the completion, so that the wiring process of the temperature sensor can be facilitated in the electronic product. Secondly, when the failure of the temperature sensor occurs, it is possible to cut the cable and mount it on the normal temperature sensor again, .

The temperature sensor of the present invention can work in an electronic product or the like while the temperature sensor portion and the cable portion are separated.
That is, the position where the temperature sensor can be mounted is determined in the inside of the electronic product. If the temperature sensor is set only in the correct position, the temperature sensor is finally set in the correct position, (14) can be connected to the base (11).
In the conventional molding type temperature sensor, since the electric wiring works in a state that the cable and the temperature sensor are formed as one body, there is a disadvantage that the cable wiring work such as a long cable length is not easy.
In the temperature sensor according to the present invention, when the cable and the temperature sensor are finally assembled and assembled, if the cable or the temperature sensor is abnormal, However, in the conventional molding mode, there is no way to newly connect the cable or the temperature sensor part if the part is defective, so that the entire cable and the temperature sensor become defective and there is no room for recycling.
While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, As will be understood by those skilled in the art. Therefore, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments are to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than the foregoing description, It is intended that all changes and modifications derived from the equivalent concept be included within the scope of the present invention.
