Description

[0001] COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER FOR COOKING [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a folding type cooking vessel, and more particularly, to a folding type cooking vessel for heating and cooking food.

As the society becomes urbanized and life becomes more busy, the desire to enjoy nature is getting bigger, and the outdoor population that goes out to the suburbs in the leisure time is increasing. In response to this, various kinds of outdoor products have been released. Among them, various types of cooking vessels for cooking and eating food outdoors are being produced.

The use of disposable cooking vessels in cooking vessels is gradually increasing, which is mainly made of paper material, and is lightweight and disposable, so there is no need to clean and it is very convenient.

Disposable cooking vessels can be divided into non-folding cooking vessels and folding boil containers. Among them, the non-folding cooking vessel has a structure that can not be folded. Typically, the cup has a container. In addition, the folding type cooking container has a foldable structure to reduce the volume during carrying and storage. The folded cooking container is formed by spreading the folded wall, and the food is cooked by heating the food using the gas range or the like. .

However, according to the conventional folding type cooking container, only cooking using a flame such as a gas range can be used, and it can not be used for various heating mechanisms, which have recently appeared and are increasing in penetration rate. That is, it can not be used for a heating mechanism such as an induction range other than a gas range, a highlight range, and a hot coil range.

In addition, since it is made of paper, it has a disadvantage that the cooking time is delayed due to a slow heating rate as compared with a cooking device made of metal.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable cooking vessel which can be heated by various heating means.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a foldable cooking container which can shorten the cooking time.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a folding type cooking vessel which can lower the manufacturing cost even though metal is used.

A foldable cooking vessel according to the present invention comprises: a wall through which a through hole is formed; And a bottom plate coupled to the through hole so that the through hole is hermetically sealed. The wall extends from the bottom plate and is folded to open the upper part in a conventional paper folding manner, and the bottom plate can be made of metal.

Preferably, the metal may have magnetism.

Preferably, the metal may be anodized.

Preferably, the wall is laminated with two sheets, and the edge of the bottom plate can be joined between the walls.

Preferably, the bottom plate may have irregularities.

Preferably, the fixing device further includes a fixing clip for fixing the wall.

The foldable cooking container according to the present invention can be heated by various kinds of heating means such as an induction range, a highlight range, and a hot coarse range, as well as a gas range, so that the versatility is excellent. Further, there is an effect that the metal material is used, the heating area is enlarged, and the cooking time is shortened. In addition, since cheap metal can be used, the manufacturing cost is low even though the metal is used.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary terms, and the inventor should appropriately interpret the concepts of the terms appropriately It should be interpreted in accordance with the meaning and concept consistent with the technical idea of the present invention based on the principle that it can be defined. Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all the technical ideas of the present invention. Therefore, It is to be understood that equivalents and modifications are possible.

1 and 2 are views showing a folding type cooking vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of a folding type cooking vessel according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The foldable cooking vessel according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a wall 200 and a bottom plate 100.

The bottom plate 100 has a plate shape, and a through hole is formed through the center of the wall plate 200. The bottom plate 100 is coupled to the through hole so that the through hole can be hermetically sealed. Thus, the wall 200 is formed to extend from the bottom plate 100 in all directions. The wall 200 is partially folded and folded and connected to each other to form a wall surface of the container in which the food can be contained and to support the food. Further, the wall 200 may be folded toward the bottom plate 100 so as to reduce the volume. Since the folding structure of the folding type cooking container is merely a well-known conventional technique, further explanation will be omitted.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate 100 may be made of steel, but not limited thereto, and may be made of any material having magnetic properties such as stainless steel, anodized aluminum or copper, Materials are also possible. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced because a metal with a low price can be selectively used.

The wall 200 may be made of a paper material but is not limited thereto and may be any material capable of supporting food inside the cooking vessel and capable of withstanding high temperatures.

FIG. 4 is a view showing an example of using a foldable cooking vessel according to the present invention. In the case where an induction range is used, the bottom plate 100 is heated by induction heating principle so that food can be cooked. Further, in the case of using the gas range, since the flame directly contacts the bottom plate 100 of the metal, rapid heating is possible and the cooking time can be shortened. In particular, when used in the highlight range 10 and the hot-coil range, the bottom plate 100 can be heated in direct contact with these heat sources. That is, it can be widely used for various kinds of ranges.

FIG. 5 is a view showing a release sheet of a foldable cooking container according to another embodiment of the present invention. A release sheet 300 is bonded to a lower portion of a bottom plate 100, To prevent damage. In the case of using in the induction range, the release paper 300 may be used without being removed. However, when the paper is used in a gas range, a highlight range, a hot coil range, or the like, It is preferable to remove the release paper 300 for effective heating.

FIG. 6 is a view showing a bottom plate of a folding type cooking container according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the bottom plate 100 is formed to have irregularities 110, so that the surface area can be increased. Accordingly, since the heating area is increased and the contact area between the food and the bottom plate 100 is increased, the heating efficiency can be increased and the heating time can be shortened.

7 is a view illustrating a folding type cooking container according to another embodiment of the present invention. In another embodiment of the present invention, a fixing clip 400 is used to fix the wall 200 more firmly , So that the inner food can be supported more reliably.

8 is a side cross-sectional view of a prefabricated cooking vessel according to another embodiment of the present invention in which two walls 200 are stacked and the bottom plate 100 is joined between the walls 200 to increase durability have.

According to the conventional folding type cooking container, only cooking using a flame such as a gas range can be used, and it can not be used in various heating mechanisms which have appeared in recent years and have a high penetration rate. That is, it can not be used for a heating mechanism such as an induction range other than a gas range, a highlight range, and a hot coil range.

In addition, since it is made of paper, it has a disadvantage that the cooking time is delayed due to a slow heating rate as compared with a cooking device made of metal.

However, according to the present invention, since the gas range can be heated by various types of heating means such as an induction range, a highlight range, and a hot coil range, the gas range is advantageous in general versatility.

In addition, since the metal material is used, the heating area can be enlarged to shorten the cooking time, and cheap metal can be used.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. Various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the appended claims.
