Abstract
The present invention relates to a ballast apparatus using a watertight bag of a crude oil carrier which is provided with a watertight bag made of a flexible watertight material in a crude oil tank and capable of performing a ballast function by injecting clean water into a watertight bag. The ballast apparatus is installed in a crude oil tank filled with crude oil A watertight bag for regulating the ballast; a pipe connected to the watertight pouch for allowing fresh water to flow in and out to control the ballast; and a pump connected to the pipe for introducing and discharging fresh water into the watertight pouch through the pipe .
Description
The present invention relates to a ballast apparatus using a watertight bag of a crude oil carrier, and more particularly, to a ballast tank having a watertight bag made of a flexible watertight material in a crude oil tank, To a ballast apparatus using a watertight bag.
Generally, a ballast is a heavy material that is loaded on a ship to maintain the balance of the ship from the wind or waves when the amount of the cargo in the ship is small. Although the ballast uses a solid material or a solid material having a high specific gravity, The sea water that can be supplied to the sea is mainly used.
Therefore, a ballast tank capable of receiving seawater as a ballast system is installed between the cargo tank of the ship and the shell plating.
However, in the ballast system storing conventional seawater in the ballast tank, when a ship containing the seawater in the ballast tank is moved to the next loading port in the state of unloading the original cargo, the ballast tank There is a problem that marine pollution occurs due to the discharge port.
In other words, the seawater contained in the ballast tanks at the first loading port includes microbacteria, marine plants, fishes, and crustaceans alive in the first unloading port area. When these seawater is discharged to other loading port areas, the marine ecosystem changes There is a problem that occurs.
In order to solve this problem, the conventional ballast system requires an additional facility for an expensive ballast water treatment apparatus (Manipulation System) for preventing environmental pollution caused by the sea water movement described above. There has been a problem in that an additional increase in cost is incurred in ship manufacturing.
The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a watertight pouch having a watertight function and a flexible material in a crude oil tank for loading oil, It can be adjusted to the ballast by filling the water in the water-tight pouch after piping to remove the oil without taking up the space. Therefore, it is possible to control the ballast water-tightness of the crude oil tanker which can be exported to the environment- And a ballast apparatus using the bag and a vessel having the ballast apparatus.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a ballast apparatus for a crude oil carrier, comprising: a watertight bag provided in a crude oil tank filled with crude oil to adjust a ballast; A piping for allowing fresh water to flow in and out, and a pump connected to the piping to pump fresh water into and out of the watertight pouch through piping.
The watertight pouch may be provided with a flexible watertight material of a stretchable and watertight synthetic resin.
The watertight pouch may be provided in the form of a balloon with an inlet through which piping is connected and fresh water is introduced and discharged through the piping.
A valve for introducing and discharging fresh water into the watertight pouch by the operation of the pump may be installed in the pipe.
A filter may be installed inside the pipe to clean purified water flowing into the watertight pouch.
The piping may be installed in a double structure of internal and external so as to withstand the pressure generated in the crude oil tank.
The pipe may be provided with a pressure gauge for checking the pressure inside the watertight bag.
The pipe may be provided with a flow rate gauge to check the capacity of fresh water to be filled in the watertight pouch.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a watertight pouch made of flexible watertight material capable of expanding and contracting in a crude oil tank filled with the crude oil, and when the crude oil is filled in the crude oil tank, To provide a ship having a ballast device using a watertight bag of a crude oil carrier so as to be able to use fresh water after arriving at a destination (oil producing country).
As described above, according to the ballast apparatus using the watertight bag of the crude oil carrier of the present invention, the hydraulic watertight bag which is stretchable and watertight can be installed in the crude oil tank in which the crude oil is contained. Thus, fresh water is injected into the watertight bag and the crude oil carrier (VLCC) It is possible to prevent flooding of the ecosystem as the watertight pouch performs the ballast function while transporting the fresh water when the crude oil tank is vacant in order to maximize the operational efficiency of the crude oil carrier. It is possible to maximize the economical efficiency.
