Description

Separable Cosmetic Vessel [0002]

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a detachable cosmetic container that can be used as an integral type and can be easily carried and separated when necessary.

If you go out for a long time, such as traveling, take your travel cosmetics or samples, or if you can not afford it, you will pack a large volume of cosmetics.

In the case of cosmetics for travel, since it is necessary to purchase separately, there is a burden on cost, and it is difficult to follow-up management because it is used only when traveling. In the case of the sample, there is a limitation in utilization because it is not always possessed. In the case of conventional cosmetics, the weight is heavy and bulky, which is inconvenient to carry.

On the other hand, an example of a cosmetic container which can be carried around is disclosed in Korean Patent Application Publication No. 2009-0004531 (hereinafter referred to as "prior art") under the name of "cosmetic multi-stage container".

The cosmetic multi-stage container according to the prior art comprises a main container in which cream type cosmetics are accommodated, a lid screwed into the main container, and at least two intermediate containers provided between the main container and the lid. With this configuration, the cosmetic multi-stage containers of the prior art carry different kinds of cosmetics at a time and use the containers separately when necessary.

However, since cosmetic containers according to the prior art are specialized only for portable use, they are inconvenient for use at home. That is, when a plurality of containers are coupled to each other, since the inner spaces of the containers are not connected to each other, the containers must be separated from each other, and the amount of contents that can be contained in one container is small and is not suitable for everyday use at home .

In addition to the prior literature, some cosmetic containers specialized for portable use have been developed, but cosmetic containers that can be used not only for portable use but also for home use have not been developed at present.

Korean Public Utility Model Publication No. 2009-0004531 (Published on May 13, 2009)

It is an object of the present invention to provide a detachable cosmetic container that can be easily separated and carried while being used for home use.

Disclosed is a separable cosmetic container comprising: a lower container having a space for containing cosmetics therein and opened to the top; An upper container formed with a space for containing cosmetics therein and opened at an upper end and a lower end and detachably coupled to an upper end of the lower container so that inner spaces are connected to each other; A lid coupled to open and close the upper opening of the upper container when the lower container and the upper container are coupled to each other and to open or close some or all of the upper openings of the lower container and the upper container when the lower container is separated from the upper container; And a sealing member that seals the remainder of the open portion when the lower container and the upper container are separated, except for being opened and closed by the lid.

A lower end of the upper container is provided with a coupling hole at the lower end thereof, and a hollow coupling protrusion detachably engaged with the coupling hole of the upper container is formed to protrude from the upper end of the lower container. The internal spaces are connected to each other.

The upper end of the upper container is formed with a hollow discharge projection portion through which the contents are discharged.

Another upper container is coupled to the upper opening portion of the upper container, and the upper discharging protrusion of the lower upper container is inserted into the lower binding hole of the upper container.

According to the separable cosmetic container of the present invention, since a plurality of containers are normally constructed integrally so that the inner spaces are connected to each other, the containers can be separated from each other if necessary, no need. That is, since it is possible to use the same container as well as when traveling, it is possible to reduce the cost of purchasing a separate cosmetic container.

7 is an exploded perspective view showing the entire configuration of a detachable cosmetic container according to a second embodiment of the present invention;

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the separable cosmetic container of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing the entire configuration of a detachable cosmetic container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of FIG. 1.

The separable cosmetic container according to the present invention includes a lower container 10, an upper container 20, a sealing member 30 (40), and a lid 50.

The lower container 10 has a space in which cosmetics such as milk lotion, skin lotion, hand cream, and the like are formed, and is opened to the top. A hollow coupling protrusion 11 protruding upward is formed in the upper opening of the lower container 10 and is coupled to the upper container 20 through the coupling protrusion 11.

In the upper container 20, a space for storing the same cosmetics as the lower container 10 is formed and opened to the upper and lower ends. The upper end of the lower vessel 10 is coupled to the lower open end of the upper vessel 20. When the upper container 20 and the lower container 10 are coupled to each other, the inner spaces are connected to each other, thereby functioning as a single container. On the other hand, a hollow discharging protrusion 21 protruding upward to discharge cosmetics is formed in the upper opening of the upper container 20.

The sealing members 30 and 40 are provided at the openings of the separated portions when the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are separated from each other, that is, the upper openings of the lower container 10 and the lower openings of the upper container 20 Each of which is made of a material having elasticity such as rubber or silicone. The sealing members 30 and 40 include fitting portions 31 and 41 which are detachably fitted in the opening portions of the opening portion, integrally extending into the fitting portions 31 and 41, And engaging portions 32 and 42 that are engaged with the entrance of the hole.

The lid 50 is used to open and close the upper opening of the upper container 20 through which the cosmetics are discharged but the present invention is not limited thereto and when the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are used separately, And may be used in the form of opening and closing the upper opening portion. The lid 50 may be fitted to the outer side of the discharge projection 21 when it is engaged with the upper container 20 or may be engaged with the upper edge of the upper container 20.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which a lower container and an upper container are connected to each other, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view of FIG.

3 and 4 show a state in which the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are connected to each other and used as one container.

At the lower open end of the upper container 20, a coupling hole 22 into which the coupling protrusion 11 of the lower container 10 is detachably inserted is formed. The lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are coupled to each other through the coupling protrusions 11 and the coupling holes 22 so that the inner spaces are connected to each other.

When the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are combined and used as one container, the sealing members 30 and 40 are separated and stored in a separate place.

In the drawings, the coupling protrusions 11 and the coupling holes 22 are coupled by an interference fit method, but they are not limited thereto and may be coupled to each other by a screw coupling method or the like. The lid 50 can also be coupled to the upper container 20 by a forced fit or a screwed manner.

5 and 6 are perspective views showing a state in which the lower container and the upper container are used separately from each other.

3 and 4, when the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are used in a state where they are coupled to each other, when the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are separated from each other Only one can carry around. That is, when the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are carried in a combined state, they are bulky and heavy and inconvenient. Therefore, it is convenient to carry only one after separating the two containers 10 and 20, since it is small in volume and light in weight.

When the lower container 10 and the upper container 20 are separated from each other, a combination of the lid 50 and the sealing members 30 and 40 can be formed as shown in Figs.

5, the lid 50 is coupled to the upper opening of the upper container 20, and the lower end of the upper container 20 and the upper opening of the lower container 10 are provided with sealing members 50, (30) and (40), respectively. 6, the upper and lower openings of the upper container 20 are sealed by the sealing members 30 and 40, respectively, and the lid 50 is coupled to the upper opening of the lower container 10 It can also be used as a form.

In addition to the modes of use shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the present invention can be used in various forms. For example, two lids 50 may be provided to be coupled to the upper open end of the upper container 20 and the upper open end of the lower container 10, respectively.

7 is an exploded perspective view showing the entire configuration of a detachable cosmetic container according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

It is possible to provide only one lower container 10 and one upper container 20 as in the first embodiment of the present invention. However, as shown in FIG. 7, only one lower container 10 is provided, 20 may be connected and connected.

When each of the containers 10 and 20 is connected to each other, the lid 50 is engaged only to the upper opening of the upper container 20 located at the uppermost position. When the containers 10 and 20 are separated, they may be all separated or only partially separated. By adjusting the number of the lid 50 and the sealing members 30, 40 in accordance with the separated form of the containers 10 and 20, various types of combinations can be obtained.

On the other hand, when the upper containers 20 are connected to each other, the discharge protrusions 21 are inserted into the coupling holes 22.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but many variations and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention. .
