Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pouch packing machine, in which a sterilizing device is mounted on a conventional spout pouch packaging machine for hygienic spout pouch packaging to enable hygienic packaging.
The spout pouch is a pouch with a lid. It is lighter than a plastic bottle, it has a smaller space, lower logistics cost and environment, and it is growing rapidly as a packaging material for pet foods, beverages, cosmetics (including toiletries) products. While the environmental problem measures have been emphasized, the market for the standing pouch continues to expand in Japan, and the market has been attracting attention as a future packaging material. In particular, spout-mounted pouches for retort are used in the field of liquid and enteral nutrients. The pouch is filled with liquid by the liquid filling device through the spout sealed in the opening end of the pouch container to the receiving space of the pouch container and the cap is coupled to seal it. The conventional pouch liquid filling apparatus has a rotary structure, and is filled with liquid, and the cap of the pouch is coupled at the next step, and is then taken out to the outside. However, conventional pouch devices are not sanitized in liquids and pouches, which may cause hygiene and safety hazards. The present invention reduces sanitary and safe packaging by mounting a sterilizing device on a spout pouch device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems as described above, and has the following objectives. The present invention aims at developing hygienic and safe packaging technology by developing a sterilization treatment device at the last stage of a filling machine in order to secure hygiene and safety generated in a system in which the contents are filled in a pouch and capped, .
As a solution for solving the above problems, it is possible to produce a sanitary and safe pouch by developing a sterilization treatment device at the final stage of the pouch packaging machine. The present invention relates to a pouch for a pouch comprising a supply part for supplying a pouch formed with a spout, a transfer part provided at an end of the supply part for transferring the pouch, a filling part for filling the pouch with liquid at one end of the transfer part, A capping part for capping the cap on the spout, a sterilizing part for sterilizing the pouch for one second at ultra-high temperature, and a carry-in part for carrying it to the outside.
According to the present invention, since the invention of a device for securing hygiene and safety of an existing pouch packaging device secures hygiene and safety of various products such as food, cosmetics, medicines and the like, the utilization rate will be higher than that of conventional devices.
