Abstract
이에 따라, 셰일층의 셰일가스로 합성원유(Syncrude)를 생산함에 있어서 이동이 용이한 GTL모듈을 기반으로 하고 파쇄용 물을 자급하는 방식으로 수평수압파쇄법을 적용하여 경제성을 제고하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)
- 셰일층(10)에서 채굴된 원료 셰일가스로 합성원유를 생산하기 위한 장치에 있어서:
상기 원료 셰일가스에 대한 개질과 F-T합성 공정을 거쳐 합성오일을 생성하는 GTL 생산시스템(20); 및
상기 GTL 생산시스템(20)에 응축수관(42)을 개재하여 연결되고, 공정에서 생성되는 응축수를 셰일층(10)에 고압으로 분사하는 수압파쇄기시스템(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 GTL 생산시스템(20)는 3상분리부(31), 황제거부(32), 예비개질부(33), 개질부(34), 합성가스조절부(35), F-T합성부(36), 미반응가스분리부(37), 합성원유개선부(38)를 하나의 이동 가능한 프레임 상에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 GTL 생산시스템(20)는 혼합물 분리부(24)를 통하여 모래나 불순물을 분리하고, 3상분리부(31)를 통하여 분리된 셰일오일을 이송하여 합성원유와 함께 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수압파쇄기시스템(40)은 GTL 공정에서 발생하는 물을 파쇄용수로 처리하는 수처리부와, 파쇄용수를 분사관(45)을 통하여 송출하는 펌프(55)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 GTL 생산시스템(20)은 공정에서 생성되는 스팀 또는 미반응가스를 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 발전부(54)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 발전부(54)는 생산된 전기를 GTL 생산시스템(20)와 수압파쇄기시스템(40)을 포함한 주변 시스템에 공급하도록 결선되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셰일가스 개발을 위한 GTL모듈.
