Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
When the rain reaches the surface, part of it flows to the surface, some fill the pores of the soil, and penetrate into the ground to form groundwater. Underground water forms an affirmation according to the underground terrain, flows along the slope over the impervious layer, and when the earth reaches the surface, it elongates again to form the surface water. Surface water flows into the river system and into nearby lakes and seas.
Most of the land surface is covered with soil, but in cities, roads are covered with impervious surfaces such as asphalt, cement and blocks, and the densities of the buildings are high, so that the surface area where the soil is exposed is reduced. Therefore, a considerable amount of rainwater can not penetrate into the soil and flows along the inclination of the surface.
Surface water flowing along the slope of the surface can interfere with the traffic of people or vehicles. In the case of heavy rain, partly a lot of rainwater may flow and erode surface roads, or it may cause adverse effects such as flooding in some lowlands have.
Therefore, it is common in the modern city to collect such surface water and discharge it to the surrounding rivers through an excellent pipe or sewer pipe, or to have a drainage pipe system of good quality which is sent to the lagoon.
1 is a conceptual diagram schematically showing a part of a conventional drainage pipe system of an existing urban road.
The rainwater that has fallen on the road flows along the road slope to a catch or rain gutters (10) formed at regular intervals on the edge of the road. The rainwater that has entered the
Therefore, the sewer pipe or the gut pipe is constructed according to the basic plan when the road is made according to the urban construction plan, and the construction of the pipe, the treatment capacity, and the lagoon are carried out in consideration of the climate, precipitation, do.
However, in recent years, many phenomena appearing as fluctuations of climate due to global warming and the like have appeared, and there are many cases where the predicted rainfall amount and rainfall intensity at the time of city construction are not realistic in reality.
Therefore, if the intensity of rainfall increases and the frequency of heavy rain increases, the system can not cope with the existing sewage or drainage pipes installed on the road, and local flooding often occurs.
This local flooding in the city can be a huge blow to the roads and electricity systems in the area, even for a short time, and the problems with roads and electrical systems are not only local, It can also cause great confusion.
In addition, flooding in the history of vehicles and subways, houses, etc. can cause a great deal of material loss, and flooding can be a big problem because passengers can fall into sewage manholes or even death due to electric shock.
In this case, it is very difficult to change the processing capacity of the system from existing urban roads to sewage or stormwater drainage, although newly installed roads or cigars can make the system with sewage or storm drainage pipes. For example, in recent years, the frequency of local sewage increases more than the design frequency of sewage pipes in Seoul, and the sewer pipe design frequency is increased from 10 years (rainfall intensity is about 75mm / hr) to 30 years (rainfall intensity is about 90mm / hr) However, it is difficult to excavate an existing channel and replace it with a large one because it takes a huge social cost such as traffic congestion. In addition to replacing these sewer pipes, as a countermeasure against the local rainfall, the existing rainwater pumping station capacity is increased, a rainwater pumping station is newly installed, and an excellent storeroom is installed. However, these facilities have difficulty in securing an effective installation space in an overcrowded urban area. It should not be a complete countermeasure to prevent flooding in urban areas.
On the other hand, local flooding of the city center can be caused by the problem of not only the system design but also the facility management. For example, accumulation of sediment or waste in the sewer pipe or infiltration of the roots of the roadside water can result in narrowing the water passage space in the pipeline and decreasing the capacity for treatment. The wet soil sedimentary environment existing in the rainwater basin Ito-sil room is a good environment for the tree roots of the tree-line to find moisture and penetrate. The zelkova and elm trees have strong intrusion of tree roots. Is not removed by the dredge, which causes poor drainage during rainfall.
In addition, the old sewer pipe between the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problem of insufficient design capacity of the existing excellent drainage pipe system, deterioration of facility and deterioration of the facility and management problems, resulting in insufficient drainage capacity during localized heavy rains, To solve this problem,
It is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent drainage pipe system capable of enhancing the capacity to be treated by supplementing the system with existing drainage pipes and preventing flood damage caused by heavy rain in the city center.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an excellent drainage pipe system which can reduce the necessity of excavating and replacing the existing sewage or storm drainage of the urban roads and thereby preventing social costs such as traffic congestion.

In this embodiment, the
Since the
In the
The bottom
The
The
However, in order to stably install and maintain the
For example, grooves are formed on one side of the hole on both sides of the circulation block in parallel with one another in the direction parallel to one another, and grooves are formed on the other side of the circulation block by fastening and protruding the grooves. You can stack up and down, left and right, and back and forth.
The
The lower
As shown in the front sectional view and the plan view of FIG. 7, the
Fig. 8 shows an example of a combined form of the
The
Referring to the configuration diagram of FIG. 9 and the flowchart of FIG. 10, the system of the present invention as shown in FIG. 4,
First, the process of removing the rainwater collector and the rainwater collector connector from the existing road is preceded. The rainwater harbor connection pipe is connected to the sewer pipe such as the sewer. It is not necessary to remove the connection pipe simply by blocking the sewer pipe from the sewer pipe side, but here, the case of eliminating it to prevent the road sinking problem due to the connection pipe deformation damage is exemplified.
The construction space is located below the rainwater harbor connector space connecting the rainwater harbor to the existing sewer. The construction procedure includes a road (1) for exposing the existing rainwater harbors and the rainwater harbor connection pipe on the existing road, securing a space for forming a stormwater line, a step (S10) for the soil layer below the road, A removal step S20 is performed. At this time, the step of removing the perforated part for connection with the connection pipe of the existing sewer pipe is performed together with the step of removing the connection pipe (S30).
Next, an order sheet installing step (S40) for installing the auction sheet (125) by order means is performed at the bottom of the fine line space of the system of the present invention. Since the stormwater flows into the surrounding ground in the stormwater line, it may cause problems such as drainage of soil and sinkholes, so that the
A bottom block (bottom member) (not shown) is formed on the
The distribution block or the bottom storage part serves to support the load of the part of the road covered on the road and the transportation means passing over the road. Therefore, its material, shape and structure are made to withstand the expected loads. At the same time, the individual shape and the combination shape and the structure should be made so that the movement and dispersion of the goodness can be easily performed in the excellent line space even in the assembled state of the distribution block and the lower storage part.
Next, the order and
Next, a rainwater receiver is installed (S70) in order to connect the distribution block and the rainwater receiver for the double water removal system.
Next, as mentioned above, the covering or finishing step S80 is performed to separate the odd line from the side and the upper side. This water receiving sheet may be integrally connected to the water receiving sheet on the bottom of the excellent line, and the connecting portion is finely formed so as to have a degree. Of course, the water receiving sheet is constructed so that the rain gutters and the connecting portions thereof are opened. This constitutes a good line of the system of the present invention.
Next, as a matter of course, a pavement step (S90) for packing the road (1) with packing materials such as asphalt or cement is carried out to fill the space around the excellent line for road use with the earth stone (3) or the like.
As described above, the construction of the connection line connecting the storm line and the periphery, for example, the connection pipe connecting the sewer pipe or the sewer pipe manhole, the construction of the storm line manhole constituting a part of the storm line and the connection with the other storm line section are not described in detail, , The order and the structural reinforcement panel can be maintained in order between the excellent line and the peripheral part in consideration of the connection part.
In this case, it is not necessary to perform the trenching step, the removal of the rainwater drainage connection pipe on the existing road, and the back drainage step of the existing sewer pipe connection hole, and the construction of the sewer and sewer manhole Installation, excellent line manhole, and manhole connection pipe installation are required.
As shown in FIG. 4 of the present invention, an example of the process of adjusting the storm drainage amount of the storm sewer system is as follows.
First, (1) When the critical water level of the existing sewer pipe or the sewage pipe manhole becomes higher as the amount of the flow to the sewage pipe increases due to the surge of the rainfall intensity in the surrounding area during abnormal storms, The check valve
(2) When concentrated rainfall is also applied to the corresponding area in the state where the check valve is closed as in (1), the rainfall discharge amount in the corresponding area of the present invention system flows into the excellent line manhole through the rainwater catcher line, And a substantial portion of the excellent line space. When the water level becomes higher than the water level of the sewer manhole, the check valve is opened and the water flows into the sewer pipe through the manhole connection pipe.
When the height of the manhole connection pipe is more than the installation position of the upper connection pipe, it flows through the upper connection pipe to the sewage pipe.
Of course, I think that the sewer network maintains the water level below the upper connection pipe by discharging rainwater through the rainwater reservoir or the surrounding river.
(3) If the rainfall intensity is reduced in the area where the system is installed as a whole, the water level of the existing sewer manhole is changed from the overload state to the normal water level by the operation of the rainwater reservoir or the drain pump. In the closed state, When the water level of the sewer pipe (sewage pipe manhole) is lower than the water level of the excellent line manhole, the backflow prevention valve which is kept closed by the pressure difference is opened, The rainwater runoff in the space is discharged to the sewer.
