Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an endoscope tube configured to mount a driving wire therein to adjust a photographing position of a camera.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] Endoscopes in the medical field can be checked by observing the inside of the human body (stomach, bronchus, esophagus, large intestine, small intestine, etc.) using a small camera without using a surgical procedure or autopsy, Current endoscopes are being extended to various industrial fields such as not only in the medical field but also in observing the inside of the pipe without disassembling the precision machine or observing the abnormality inside the pipe.
A typical endoscope apparatus has a shape in which a camera is mounted at the tip of a tube. Inside the tube, a wire for transmitting image data for transmitting the image captured by the camera and a power supply wire for supplying power to the camera do. In order to adjust the photographing angle of the camera, the driving wire may be mounted on the inner surface of the tube through a separate coupling means.
On the other hand, in the conventional endoscope apparatus, since the driving wire is mounted in the circular tube through the separate coupling means, the assembly is inconvenient and the number of operations is increased. In addition, since it is important to minimize the diameter of the tube because a part of the tube is directly inserted into the body of the examinee, there is a problem that the diameter of the tube is increased because the driving wire is mounted on the inner surface of the tube through separate coupling means.
An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope tube having a minimized diameter by improving the structure so that a driving wire can be directly inserted into a joint body.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an endoscope tube having a camera for capturing an inside of a human body, the tube being wound in a spiral manner so that a plurality of joints are stacked; And a plurality of first guide groove portions formed in the same pattern on the outer circumferential surfaces of the odd-numbered joint portions.
According to the present invention, since the first and second guide groove portions are formed in the joint body and then the drive wires are respectively inserted into the first and second guide groove portions, a separate coupling means for fixing the drive wire is not required.
Therefore, the inner space is wider than the conventional endoscope tube, and the diameter of the endoscope tube can be minimized. That is, in the related art, since the driving wire is inserted into the tube and then the tube and the driving wire are coupled using separate coupling means, the space in the tube is narrowed to increase the diameter of the tube. It is possible to minimize the diameter of the endoscope tube. Accordingly, it is possible to minimize the pain of the examinees during the examination using the endoscope.
In addition, since the endoscope tube and the driving wire are assembled by inserting the driving wire into the first and second guide groove portions in the endoscope tube, there is an advantage that the number of the operation holes is reduced and assembly is easy.
