Abstract
The present invention relates to an octopus trap, and more particularly, to an octopus trap which is easily assembled and used by attaching and detaching an entry guide formed by injection molding with a synthetic resin on both sides of a shot.
The octopus spout of the present invention includes a body including a catching passage having a catching space formed therein and having a square opening at one side thereof, a cap coupled to the other opened side of the catching cylinder and having a rectangular second opening, A weight member of a concrete material accommodated in the trapping cylinder and exposed to the trapping space, an injection passage formed by injection molding with a synthetic resin and installed in the first and second openings and gradually narrowing from the outside to the inside, And opening and closing means for coupling and separating the entry inducing portion to and from the first and second openings.
Description
The present invention relates to an octopus trap, and more particularly, to an octopus trap which is easily assembled and used by attaching and detaching an entry guide formed by injection molding with a synthetic resin on both sides of a shot.
Normally, octopus is a coastal fish species, which is deeply caught in a depth of 100 to 200 m, and has a habit of eating crustaceans, fishes, Fishermen, using these habits of octopus, put the octopus trap which only octopus can breathe in, hanging several tens to several hundred of them on the tow line, and let it sink to the sea floor, do.
Korean Utility Model Registration No. 0396305 discloses a structure of an octopus spout.
The disclosed octopus pipe is made in the form of a hollow barrel having an inlet formed on one side through a blow molding, and is filled with concrete on the bottom and is made to be seated on the bottom of the sea due to its weight.
Such a conventional octopus trap has a structure in which an inlet is opened, so that there is a problem that an octopus that has flowed into the trap is easily escaped.
In order to solve this problem, Korea Patent No. 1143597 discloses that an entry port of a foreign-light-trapping type entrance is provided at the entrance of the catch to prevent the octopus from escaping. However, such trapping is very difficult and time-consuming to install and remove the entrance.
It is an object of the present invention, which is created to solve the above-mentioned problems, to provide an entry guiding part injection-molded with a synthetic resin so as to be detachably attachable to both sides of a manhole so as to provide an octopus manhole which is very easy to assemble and use.
In order to achieve the above object, the octopus plug of the present invention includes a catch passage having a trapping space formed therein and a rectangular first opening formed on one side thereof, a second opening coupled to the other opened side of the catching cylinder, A body including a cap formed therein; A weight member of a concrete material received in the trapping cylinder and exposed to the trapping space; An entrance guide formed by injection molding with a synthetic resin and provided in the first and second openings and having an entrance passage gradually becoming narrower from the outside to the inside; And opening and closing means for coupling and separating the entry inducing portion to and from the first and second openings.
The opening and closing means is hingedly attached to a mounting portion formed around the front and rear sides of the first and second openings.
Wherein the opening and closing means includes a holder portion including a pair of ribs formed to be curved in an arc shape and capable of being elastically deformed by being engaged with an entrance side edge of the entrance guide portion to fix the entrance guide portion, And a hinge portion protruding from an end of the holder portion.
Wherein the entry inducing portion includes a passage portion formed with an entrance passage on the inside thereof and formed with a plurality of through holes, a skirt portion bent to one side of the passage portion at one side end of the passage portion, and a plate portion extending from the other end of the passage portion in a plate- And an extension portion formed so as to form a slit-shaped outlet.
Wherein the catching jaw is formed at the first and second opening edges to be inserted into a gap between the skirt portion and the passage portion when the entry guide portion is inserted into the first and second openings, A housing having a plurality of reinforcing bars arranged in parallel on an inner surface of the housing and provided with the first opening and a base portion integrally formed at a lower portion of the housing and having a receiving space in which the weight member is accommodated, The cap includes a main cover coupled to an open side of the housing and having the second opening, and a sub cover integrally formed at a lower portion of the main cover and coupled to an open side of the base portion. .
The present invention is advantageous in that the entrance guide provided at the entrance of the pilot is injection-molded by synthetic resin and is rigid, and at the same time, the entrance guide is easily assembled and detached and attached.
Further, the weight member of the concrete material is exposed to the inside of the trap, thereby enhancing the attracting effect of the octopus.
