The present invention relates to a mover identification apparatus and a mover identification server, and more particularly to a mover identification apparatus in which identification information of a mover and direction information of the mover are displayed in an image recognizable by a video image pickup apparatus, The present invention relates to a mobile identification server for receiving identification identification information and movement direction information.
In a ship or an offshore plant, the identity, moving direction, or current position of a moving worker (hereinafter referred to as a mover) are computerized and managed. This enables more efficient placement of personnel and management of work, and emergency personnel can be identified by quickly identifying the personnel in case of a safety accident.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a technique that can grasp the identity and moving direction of a mover at a more accurate and low cost in a ship or an offshore plant.
