Abstract

Disclosed is a water sampler which easily collects a sample without an additional power source. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water sampler comprises: a body having a first opening part formed on a lower surface thereof to allow a sample to flow thereinto; and a lower cover wherein one end thereof is hinge-mounted on the first opening part to rotate an other end thereof upwards from the first opening part by an inflow of the sample to open the first opening part.

Description

WATER SAMPLER

The present invention relates to a sowing machine.

The sampler is used to investigate pollution of lakes, sea, etc., bacteria, and organisms. In order to know the water quality, a certain amount of contaminated seawater or fresh water is sampled and the pollution degree is measured through various experiments. In order to do this, the contaminated sample in the area is sampled.

Sampling is the initial step for measuring the degree of contamination. The experimenter or the operator goes to the area directly at the desired time to collect the sample and measures the degree of contamination.

For such sampling, a manual sifter can be used to drop the messenger from the observation vessel and close the automatic sifter lid, or a semi-automatic sifter to send the sifting signal through the controller on the line connected to the automatic sifter.

The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0566541 (Mar. 31, 2006, Automatic Sewage Machine).

Embodiments of the present invention are intended to provide a sowing machine capable of easily collecting samples even without a separate power source.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, comprising: a body having a first opening formed on a lower surface thereof so as to allow a sample to flow therein; And a lower cover to which the other end is hinged.

Here, the first opening may be formed with a first stopper protruding in the bottom direction of the lower cover to prevent one end of the lower cover from rotating downward.

The water collector may further include a second opening formed on an upper surface of the body and an upper cover hinged to the second opening through one end of the second opening so that the second opening rotates from the second opening toward the upper side as the sample flows in. have.

The second opening may be formed with a second stopper protruding in the bottom direction of the top cover to prevent one end of the top cover from rotating downward.

According to the embodiments of the present invention, since the cover hinged to the body rotates by the inflow of the sample and the opening can be opened, it is possible to implement a sowing machine capable of easily collecting the sample even without a separate power source.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present invention is capable of various modifications and various embodiments, and specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the detailed description. It is to be understood, however, that the invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments, but includes all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The terms first, second, etc. may be used to describe various components, but the components should not be limited by the terms. The terms are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another.

The terminology used in this application is used only to describe a specific embodiment and is not intended to limit the invention. The singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. In the present application, the terms "comprises" or "having" and the like are used to specify that there is a feature, a number, a step, an operation, an element, a component or a combination thereof described in the specification, But do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, or combinations thereof.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Hereinafter, an embodiment of a sowing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to the accompanying drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, It will be omitted.

1 is a perspective view schematically showing a sowing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are cross-sectional views illustrating an operating state of a water collector according to an embodiment of the present invention.

1 to 3, a water collector 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a body 100 and a lower cover 200, and may further include an upper cover 300.

The body 100 is a body in which a sample to be collected is received. The body 100 may have a cylindrical shape, but the shape of the body 100 is not limited. The body 100 may be made of a material that sinks into the sample to be sampled. Also, the body 100 may be connected to the wire 10, and the wire 10 may serve as a handle for the convenience of the user.

The body 100 may have openings formed in its upper and lower surfaces. That is, the first opening 110 may be formed on the lower surface, and the second opening 120 may be formed on the upper surface. When the body 100 is submerged in the sample, the sample may flow into the body 100 through the first opening 110 and the second opening 120.

1 to 3, openings are formed in both the upper and lower portions, but openings may be formed only in the lower portion. That is, even if only the first opening 110 is formed, the sample can be collected.

The other end of the lower cover 200 may be hinged to the first opening 110 to perform opening and closing of the first opening 110 in the lower portion of the body 100. 3, one end of the lower cover 200 may be rotated from the first opening 110 by water pressure or the like so that the first opening 110 may be opened.

2, the lower cover 200 is closed by its own weight to close the first opening 110, as shown in FIG.

In this way, since the cover hinged to the body 100 rotates by the inflow of the sample and the opening can be opened, the water collector 1000 according to the present embodiment can be easily sampled without a separate power source.

The first opening 110 of the water purifier 1000 according to the present embodiment includes a first stopper 111 protruding in the lower direction of the lower cover 200 to prevent one end of the lower cover 200 from rotating downward, May be formed.

In order to allow the sample to flow into the body 100 through the first opening 110 as described above, it is necessary to prevent the lower end of the lower cover 200 from rotating downward.

Therefore, the first stopper 111 protruded from the first opening 110 contacts the lower surface of the lower cover 200, thereby effectively preventing the lower end of the lower cover 200 from rotating downward.

The upper cover 300 is a portion where the other end of the second opening 120 is hinged to open the second opening 120 by rotating one end upward from the second opening 120 as the sample flows.

Since the sample introduced into the first opening 110 passes through the second opening 120 during the process of sinking the body 100 through the upper cover 300, the resistance between the body 100 and the sample So that the body 100 can easily sink to the target point.

2, the upper cover 300 may also be closed by its own weight to close the second opening 120 to facilitate sampling of the sample, as shown in FIG. 2 .

The second opening part 120 of the water purifier 1000 according to the present embodiment may also include a second stopper 121 protruding in the bottom direction of the upper cover 300 to prevent one end of the upper cover 300 from rotating downward May be formed.

Since the second cover 120 has a second stopper 121 protruding from the second opening 120 to prevent the upper cover 300 from rotating in the downward direction, It is possible to effectively prevent one end of the upper cover 300 from rotating downward.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
