Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a magazine equipped with a blister-type capsule for sampling animal products. [0002] MAGAZINE WITH BULLET SHAPED CAPSULE FOR SAMPLING LIVESTOCK PRODUCT [0003]

The present invention relates to a magazine equipped with a capsule for collecting animal products, and more particularly, to a magazine having a bullet shaped capsule for cutting and storing a carcass of livestock products in a magazine for hygienic collection and storage of the sample, To a magazine equipped with a capsule for a livestock sample collection.

Livestock traceability currently in operation can track all history from the production of livestock to distribution. The Livestock traceability system for the operation of beef traceability as one of the livestock traceability records records and manages information from the birth of the cattle to the slaughtering / processing / sale, If a problem occurs, it can track its history and respond quickly.

In order to operate this livestock traceability system, animal identification numbers are assigned to cattle and pigs, and livestock which are difficult to identify are prohibited from transferring, pumping or exporting. Such an animal product traceability system is disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 8,315,440 entitled " System and method for animal identification using iris images ", and U.S. Patent No. 7,400,742 entitled "Animal Identification and Safety System identification and security system ".

On the other hand, identification of livestock is carried out by ear tags, followed by ear notching and DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) identity test. For DNA identity testing, samples are taken from conductors, for example, all cattle slaughtered in our country. Afterwards, the identity of the beef sold and the DNA of the sample are checked for traceability. The livestock product quality evaluator directly samples the conductors by using a sampling tool such as a sterilized scissors or a pinsette.

However, as described above, there is a problem that a sample for the DNA identity test of the livestock products requires a lot of time and effort to collect the sample because the livestock quality assessor must pick up the conductor directly by aseptically cutting it using the sampling tool. In particular, the sampling instruments must be used individually for each conductor, and the sampled specimens should be stored in sterile plastic bags. Therefore, there is a problem in that the process of preparing and using the sample collecting tool and the sterilized plastic bag is very troublesome and the workability is poor. In addition, since the livestock product quality evaluator cuts the conductor by hand and collects and records the sample, it is difficult to level the sample and it is difficult to record and manage the history information.

DISCLOSURE Technical Problem The present invention is intended to solve various problems occurring in the above-mentioned conventional sampling of animal products. Further, the magazine of the present invention further includes a tag attached to an outer surface of the magazine, the plurality of through holes being formed to identify each through hole.

Further, the present invention further includes an NFC tag including information of the magazine. As described above, the NFC tag attached to the magazine records the sample information stored in the blister-type capsule, so that the history of the trouble can be tracked in case of hygiene and safety problems.

Also, the blister-type capsule of the present invention is hollow and has a reduced cross-sectional area toward the distal end so that the conductor of the livestock product can be pierced, and an oval jaw having an inlet hole for introducing a sample cut from the conductor, A cylinder container extending from a rear side of the ojive and having a chamber communicating with the inlet hole for storing the sample and having an engaging groove at an end thereof, a blade formed at the edge of the inlet hole for cutting the conductor, And a water absorbent contained in the chamber for absorbing and removing water from the sample.

Further, in the blister-type capsule of the present invention, a vent hole is provided at the bottom of the cylinder container so as to communicate with the chamber for discharging water.

Further, the cap of the present invention includes a groove formed along the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface so as to be releasably mounted on the through hole.

A magazine equipped with a plurality of blister-type capsules for sampling animal products according to the present invention is obtained by separating a blister-shaped capsule mounted on a magazine using a power tool, rotating the blister capsule to hygienically cut the conductor, Can be stored. Therefore, the conductor of the livestock product can be cut and the sample can be easily collected and stored, and can be conveniently used. In addition, it has an effect of improving the sanitary property, workability and storage of the sample.

In addition, by using an NFC tag attached to a magazine equipped with a wiped capsule, it is possible to promptly confirm accurate history information of a sample stored in a plurality of wiped capsules mounted on a magazine. In addition, since it uses short-range wireless communication such as an NFC tag, transmission / reception of the history information is facilitated.

In the magazine, a tag for identifying the order or position of the through-hole is attached to one end of the through-hole, and the tags attached to the camera are recognized to confirm the order of the blister-type capsules provided in the through-holes. Therefore, it is possible to record the history information of the blister-type capsules in which the samples are stored in the correct order and precisely mount the blister-type capsules in the through holes corresponding to the order so that the blister capsule and the history information of the sample can be prevented from being reversed .
