Description

[0001] Cosmetics Container Having Screen [0002]

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a screen, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a screen that can be used for cosmetics of an edge portion since the size of an eye can be adjusted by molding.

Generally, in cosmetic containers, most of the fact products are mostly press formulations which are made by pressing the contents of the powder, so there is no need for a separate intermediate structure. However, in case of loose powder which uses the contents of the powder powder instead of the press form, You need a network screen to let you use it.

It is preferable that the mesh screen has a size of about 3 to 5 mm in order to allow the cosmetic powder on the puff to be put on the puff and the cosmetic powder on the powder to flow out.

On the other hand, there is a kind of cosmetics containing ultraviolet ray shielding function recently absorbed by absorbent materials such as sponge. Here, the degree of absorption of the contents to the absorber depends on the viscosity of the contents, the material of the absorber, the pore size and hardness of the absorber, and the like.

This can be varied depending on the amount of cosmetics that can be used by the consumer when the final cosmetics are produced. Some products use less amount compared to the amount of the contents of the absorbent material, and some products use a relatively large amount of the input content.

However, when an excessive amount of the contents is impregnated into the absorbent material, the ability to control the contents of the absorbent material is lost, and when the absorbent material is used in which the amount of the input material is small, the consumed amount of the contents is small, do.

In addition, depending on the absorbent material, there is a problem that the absorbent material reacts with the contents and is swelled so as to expand in volume, so that it is not fit to the container.

Therefore, a screen structure having a capacity to control the deformation of the cosmetic material containing the liquid content by widening the range of use of the absorbent material containing the content and by reaction of the contents is required.

A cosmetic container having a screen developed according to such necessity is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0116194 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art Document 1").

FIG. 1 is a view showing a conventional screen disclosed in the prior art document 1, and FIG. 2 is a view showing a woven shape of a conventional screen disclosed in the prior art document 1.

The conventional cosmetic container having a screen disclosed in the prior art document 1 comprises a frame 20 and a screen 10 fixed to the frame as shown in Fig. Wherein the screen 10 is fabricated by weaving and Fig. 2 discloses the shape of various types of woven screens.

However, since the conventional cosmetic container having a screen is manufactured in a woven form, the shape of the surface is not smooth, and the discharged cosmetic material flows down and contaminates the surface.

In addition, since the conventional cosmetic container having a screen is manufactured in a woven form, the size of the eye can not be partially controlled, and cosmetic materials of the edge portion can not be used up, thereby wasting the cosmetic material.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[First Embodiment]

A cosmetic container having a screen according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a recess portion 110 for receiving a carrier carrying a cosmetic material and a plurality of eye-shaped screens (not shown) disposed on the recess portion 110 120).

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a screen of a cosmetic container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and 5 is a perspective view of a cosmetic container according to the first embodiment of the present invention Sectional view showing a screen of the container.

3, the recess portion 110 is formed as a hollow body having an open top, and a lid 130 is rotatably provided so as to block an open upper side. A carrier (not shown) for carrying a cosmetic material is accommodated in the recess portion 110. The carrier may be a receiver made of a resilient material such as hygroscopic sponge or polyurethane to support a powder or liquid cosmetic material. In addition, the carrier may be a cake formulation in which the powder is solidified. The cosmetic may be in various forms such as liquid or powder. Between the lid 130 and the recess portion 110, a puff receiving portion 150 for receiving a puff (not shown) is provided. A mirror may be formed on the inner side of the cover 130 to allow the user to observe the appearance.

The screen 120 is fixed to the upper portion of the recess portion 110. The screen 120 has a plurality of eyes 122 for discharging the cosmetics contained in the carrier. Since the screen 120 is manufactured by molding, the upper surface is smoothly provided. Therefore, the cosmetics discharged through the screen 120 can be prevented from being contaminated on one side and contaminated on the surface. In addition, since the screen 120 according to the present invention can be manufactured by molding and the size of eyes can be arbitrarily adjusted, the cosmetic can be easily screened regardless of the type of the cosmetic.

Also, as shown in FIG. 9, the screen 420 may have a downwardly convex shape. In this way, when the screen 420 is convex upward, the contents can be easily discharged by the tension of the screen 420 when the screen 420 is pressed.

Also, as shown in FIG. 10, the screen 520 may have a thinner center portion than an edge portion. When the thickness of the center portion is thin, the contents can be easily discharged.

In addition, the screen 120 includes an antimicrobial material. When the user presses the screen 120 using the puff, the cosmetic material is discharged to the upper portion of the screen 120. The discharged cosmetic material is rubbed on the puff and the cosmetic material is applied to the face. At this time, organic matter existing in the face is buried in the puff. Organics on the puff penetrate into the cosmetics through the puff. At this time, the antimicrobial material contained in the screen 120 prevents the decay of the organic material, so that the cosmetic can be used for a long time. The antimicrobial material is preferably applied to the surface of the screen 120. In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the antibacterial material is made of an actovial which is easy to apply the screen 120 and has a reliable antibacterial function.

In addition, it is preferable that the screen 120 is made of resin and the filler is a carbon-based powder during molding. The carbon-based powder has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. Since the carbon-based powder has excellent electric conductivity, residual static electricity is grounded and flows to the outside, so that static electricity can be prevented from being generated in use. In addition, the carbon-based powder has excellent thermal conductivity and excellent heat dissipation. Therefore, heat is prevented from accumulating in the cosmetic material and released to the outside to prevent the cosmetic material from being corrupted. In the present embodiment, the carbon-based powder is a graphene and has excellent thermal conductivity in the plane direction, so that the heat of the surface of the screen 120 is easily released to the outside.

[Second Embodiment]

A cosmetic container having a screen according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a recess portion 110 for receiving a carrier bearing a cosmetic material and a plurality of eyes 220 formed on the recess portion do.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention, FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a screen of a cosmetic container according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross- Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing another form of the screen of the cosmetic container according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Fig.

As shown in FIG. 3, the recess portion 110 is formed as a hollow body having an open top, and a lid 130 is rotatably provided to block an open upper side. A carrier for carrying a cosmetic material is accommodated in the recess portion 110 and a puff receiving portion 150 for receiving the puff is provided between the lid 130 and the recess portion 110. Here, the configuration of the recess 120 is similar to that of the recess 120 of the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The screen 220 is fixed to the recess portion 110. The screen 220 has a plurality of eyes 222 for discharging the cosmetics contained in the carrier. Since the screen 220 is manufactured by molding, the top surface is smoothly provided. Accordingly, the cosmetics discharged through the screen 220 can be prevented from being contaminated on one side and contaminated on the surface. In addition, since the screen 220 according to the present invention is manufactured by molding, the size of the eyes 222 can be arbitrarily adjusted, so that the cosmetic can be screened regardless of the type of the cosmetic.

In addition, the screen 220 may include an antimicrobial material, and the antimicrobial material may be formed of an actosil applied to the surface of the screen 220. The characteristics of the liquid chamber, which is an antibacterial substance, are described in the first embodiment, and thus will not be described here.

In addition, the screen 220 is made of a binder resin and a filler is a carbon-based powder. In the present embodiment, the carbon-based powder is graphene, and its characteristics are described in the first embodiment. Omit it.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the screen 220 has a thicker center portion than an edge portion. Accordingly, the cosmetic material flows out more quickly through the eye 222 formed at the edge portion, so not only the center portion but also the cosmetic material of the edge portion can be used.

As shown in FIG. 8, it is needless to say that the plurality of eyes 322 of the screen 320 may have a larger cross-sectional area as it goes downward. Therefore, once the outflowed cosmetic material does not flow into the inside of the carrier, it is possible to prevent the organic matter transferred from the skin from being corrupted inside the cosmetic material.

Since the plurality of eyes 222 of the screen 220 are hexagonal in cross section as shown in FIG. 6, when the cosmetic container falls down to the floor and impact is applied, the impact is dispersed in the planar direction, So that breakage of the carrier can be prevented in advance. Particularly, when the carrier body is a powdery cake form, it is prevented from being broken, so that breakage is prevented.

In addition, since the number of eyes 222 of the screen 220 is larger than that of the central portion and more cosmetic material flows out through the edge portion, all the cosmetics of the edge portions that do not flow relatively well can be used.
