Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a screen, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a screen that can be used for cosmetics of an edge portion since the size of the eyes can be adjusted by molding.
The present invention provides a cosmetic comprising a recessed portion for receiving a carrier carrying a cosmetic material; And a screen which is disposed on the recess portion and is manufactured by molding and has a smooth upper surface and has a plurality of eyes.
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a screen, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a screen that can be used for cosmetics of an edge portion since the size of an eye can be adjusted by molding.
Generally, in cosmetic containers, most of the fact products are mostly press formulations which are made by pressing the contents of the powder, so there is no need for a separate intermediate structure. However, in case of loose powder which uses the contents of the powder powder instead of the press form, You need a network screen to let you use it.
It is preferable that the mesh screen has a size of about 3 to 5 mm in order to allow the cosmetic powder on the puff to be put on the puff and the cosmetic powder on the powder to flow out.
On the other hand, there is a kind of cosmetics containing ultraviolet ray shielding function recently absorbed by absorbent materials such as sponge. Here, the degree of absorption of the contents to the absorber depends on the viscosity of the contents, the material of the absorber, the pore size and hardness of the absorber, and the like.
This can be varied depending on the amount of cosmetics that can be used by the consumer when the final cosmetics are produced. Some products use less amount compared to the amount of the contents of the absorbent material, and some products use a relatively large amount of the input content.
However, when an excessive amount of the contents is impregnated into the absorbent material, the ability to control the contents of the absorbent material is lost, and when the absorbent material is used in which the amount of the input material is small, the consumed amount of the contents is small, do.
In addition, depending on the absorbent material, there is a problem that the absorbent material reacts with the contents and is swelled so as to expand in volume, so that it is not fit to the container.
Therefore, a screen structure having a capacity to control the deformation of the cosmetic material containing the liquid content by widening the range of use of the absorbent material containing the content and by reaction of the contents is required.
A cosmetic container having a screen developed according to such necessity is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2013-0116194 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art Document 1").
FIG. 1 is a view showing a conventional screen disclosed in the prior art document 1, and FIG. 2 is a view showing a woven shape of a conventional screen disclosed in the prior art document 1.
The conventional cosmetic container having a screen disclosed in the prior art document 1 comprises a
However, since the conventional cosmetic container having a screen is manufactured in a woven form, the shape of the surface is not smooth, and the discharged cosmetic material flows down and contaminates the surface.
In addition, since the conventional cosmetic container having a screen is manufactured in a woven form, the size of the eye can not be partially controlled, and cosmetic materials of the edge portion can not be used up, thereby wasting the cosmetic material.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic container having a screen which is smoothly formed on a surface of a screen to prevent the surface of the cosmetic from being contaminated.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic container having a screen provided with a screen for minimizing the waste of cosmetic materials by arbitrarily adjusting the size of eyes through molding.
The present invention provides a cosmetic comprising a recessed portion for receiving a carrier carrying a cosmetic material; And a screen which is disposed on the recess portion and is manufactured by molding and has a smooth upper surface and has a plurality of eyes.
Wherein the screen preferably comprises an antimicrobial material.
It is more preferable that the antimicrobial substance of the screen is an acetosil.
Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the binder is a resin and the filler is a carbon-based powder when forming a screen.
It is more preferable that the carbon-based powder is graphene.
Further, it is preferable that the screen of the present invention is provided with a thicker center part than the edge part.
In addition, it is preferable that the screen of the present invention is provided so that the cross-sectional area becomes larger as the plurality of eyes go downward.
In addition, the screen of the present invention preferably has a hexagonal cross section of a plurality of eyes.
In the screen of the present invention, it is preferable that the frequency of the plurality of eyes is larger at the edge portion than at the center portion.
In the screen of the present invention, it is preferable that the cross-sectional area of the plurality of eyes is larger than the center portion.
Further, it is preferable that the screen of the present invention is convex upward.
Therefore, the cosmetic container having the screen according to the present invention is smoothly provided on the upper surface, so that the cosmetic can be prevented from being stuck and contaminated on the surface.
In addition, the cosmetic container having the screen according to the present invention can arbitrarily adjust the size of eyes through molding, thereby minimizing the waste of cosmetic materials.
In addition, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention can prevent the cosmetic from being corrupted because the screen contains an antibacterial substance.
In the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention, since the antimicrobial substance of the screen is made of an actosyl, the surface coating of the antimicrobial substance is easy.
In addition, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention is excellent in electrical conductivity and prevents the generation of static electricity because the binder is a resin and the filler is a carbon-based powder when molding a screen.
Also, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention is provided with graphene as the carbon-based powder, so that it is excellent in heat radiation performance to further prevent the decay of the cosmetic.
Further, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention is provided with a thicker center portion than the edge portion of the screen, and facilitates the outflow of the cosmetic material through the edge portion, so that the cosmetic material of the edge portion can be easily discharged.
Further, since the cosmetic container having the screen according to the present invention is provided such that the cross-sectional area of the plurality of eyes of the screen increases toward the downward direction, the cosmetic material once flowing out is prevented from flowing into the interior of the carrier, .
In addition, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention has a cross-section of a plurality of eyes of the screen formed in a hexagonal shape, so that when the cosmetic container is dropped, the impact load is uniformly dispersed.
Further, in the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention, the frequency of the plurality of eyes of the screen is larger than that of the center portion, so that the cosmetic material flows easily through the edge portion, so that the cosmetic material of the edge portion can easily flow out.
In addition, since the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention has a plurality of eyes having a larger cross-sectional area than the center portion, the cosmetic material of the edge portion can be more easily discharged and used.
Further, the cosmetic container having a screen according to the present invention has a screen which is convex upward, so that the contents can be easily discharged by the tension of the screen.
