Abstract

When a downtown is redeveloped, it is necessary to expand a narrow road in the downtown area. According to the present invention, when a railroad is constructed in the vicinity of the downtown area thereof and a subway runs therearound, a part of the same site is expropriated and only a building cost is compensated to a building owner whose building is included in the road during road expansion. And the site of the expropriated building is compensated by the railway site which is left after elevating. The method of the same can be used in redeveloping a station area in the downtown whose land value is high.

Description

The road expansion utilizing a railway grounds}  The road expansion using a railway site (a railway grounds)

The present invention relates to road expansion in a complicated urban area, and shows a method of incorporating a railway site into a road that traverses a ground railway.

In order to utilize existing railway facilities at high cost and railroad sites to be used for road expansion, the concept of common railroad must be introduced. Public land is a system that compensates landowners who have been accommodated to use land for public purposes by changing land to another land.

The construction of the underground section of national railway in the underground has the following problems.

1. Underground construction costs more than expensive.

2. The biggest problem is that it is dangerous to build underground.

There is a station in the middle of the subway, but the next train station is far away from the national railway, so it is defenseless against the gas and other terrorists. If a long section is constructed underground, heavy rainfall is likely to cause the ground to collapse.

3. Construction of the national railway underground eliminates the romance of train travel. During the train trip, you can feel the chills because you can not see the surrounding scenery.

There should be close cooperation between KORAIL and local governments.

Local governments from railway corporations only build low-cost railway sites by constructing them at high prices.

Fig. 1 is a view showing a state where only the national railway of the double line goes to the urban area.

It is a way to build up a railway on one side of a railway line in the city center where the national railway is passing by a double-row on the ground, and to use it as a road site by receiving local railway grounds that remain on the ground.

This method has the disadvantage that there is no railway line in the vicinity and it can be used in the section where only the national railway passes.

In order to overcome these drawbacks, in the section where the train and the national railway are together,

In this method, railway is used as the ground route section, and the national railway is used as the highway, and the high-priced railway section is constructed as the double railway. The reason why I took the train to the ground and took the national railway is because the train is complicated when it is built at an expensive price

The present invention can be applied to the area around the history of redeveloping the underdeveloped urban area by extending the road.

Fig. 1 depicts the inner-city section of the National Railway, which is a double line around history, coming in a single line.
FIG. 2 shows that, even if the railway portion of the single railway is secured, the railway portion of the railroad railway can be doubled as shown in FIG. 2, if the upper railway is high and the downward railway is the ground.
Figure 3 depicts the area around the history as a subdivision.
FIG. 4 shows a method of constructing a national railway with a double track by passing a train section of FIG. 3 through the ground and constructing a high price thereon.

When the railroad site is built at a high price through the method of FIG. 2 or the method of FIG. 4, if the railroad site is secured, the owner of the building incorporated into the road expansion site compensates the building price only and compensates the railroad site for land. At this time, the land which is compensated by the railroad site is compensated by the land, and the use is commercial land.

Existing railway sites where the landlord has received a lot of noise are not suitable for residential use due to high noise and vibration.

And is represented by a legend in the figure.
