Abstract

Disclosed are a fetus sculpture printing service system and a fetus sculpture printing service method thereof, which provide a fetus sculpture by receiving, from an external ultrasonic system, information about fetus-related images. A receiving unit receives the fetus-related images from the ultrasonic system and a control unit pre-processes the fetus-related images received from the image receiving unit. In addition, the control unit matches the fetus-related images with one another using magnification information and index information of the fetus-related images, and fills a data shortfall in the matched image. Thereafter, the control unit couples the images processed in a matching unit and an interpolation unit and generates three-dimensional data while repeating the matching step and the data shortfall-filling step. By forming a three-dimensional sculpture after reconstruction into whole-body data on the basis of the three-dimensional data obtained from information of each part of the body, a father, rather than a mother having an unborn baby, is relatively provided with an emotional effect of directly meeting the baby and thus can be encouraged to participate actively in prenatal education. Simultaneously, the father′s voice, which has a relatively low frequency and thus is well delivered to a deeper area, is delivered to the fetus, and thus can lead to successful prenatal education.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a printing service system,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fetal sculpture printing service system and method. And more particularly, to a system and method for printing a fetal sculpture printing service that provides a three-dimensional fetal sculpture using information generated from an ultrasonic scanner or the like of a hospital or the like.

Generally, an ultrasound system transmits an ultrasound signal from a body surface of a human body toward a predetermined site in the body (i.e., an object such as a fetus or an organ), and uses information of an ultrasound signal reflected from the tissue in the body, Is an apparatus for acquiring an image of a subject.

Such an ultrasonic system is small, inexpensive, can display in real time, has no advantage of X-ray exposure and has a high stability, and can be used as an X-ray diagnostic apparatus, a CT (computerized tomography) scanner, an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Image) , Nuclear medicine diagnostic devices, and the like.

The ultrasound system acquires an image of an object in the body using an ultrasound signal, and transmits the image to a doctor to provide medical data.

With this ultrasound system, the size of the fetus is small at the beginning of pregnancy and it is possible to identify the entire fetus with one screen.

As the size of the fetus grows with the passage of time, the fetus becomes more clear and easy to identify, but the fetus can not be identified on a single screen.

In other words, conventionally, the fetal facial expression of a certain fetus, the appearance of a hand or a foot is obtained, and the valid information of the diagnosis is collected and shown for each part of the body such as the thigh, abdomen, and head circumference. In the case of a fetus more than 30 weeks, which is easy to obtain facial expression, the acquisition of the whole body image and three-dimensional data at the same time by the diagnostic ultrasound can be carried out in a wide range Area, it is impossible to obtain three-dimensional body information by acquiring one data with the present ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.

On the other hand, parents sometimes want to take photographs of the fetus as memorials. Especially, the number of parents who want the fetus is increasing.

However, there is no existing service to fully embody and provide such a fetus.

It is important to communicate with the child through the voice of mother and father in the case of 24 ~ 36 weeks, which is said to be the most important in preaching, because it is known that the fetus can hear the sound and feel the light again. Unfortunately, It is not easy to obtain dimensional whole body data.

FIGS. 4 to 8 illustrate an example of a fetus artifact completed according to each step in the fetal printing service method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.

Referring to FIG. 3, the receiving unit 110 receives image information about a part of the whole body of the fetus from the ultrasound system 400.

At this time, the receiving unit 110 or the control unit 130 transforms the data format of the image information of each ultrasonic system 400 manufactured by different manufacturers into general three-dimensional rectangular coordinate data (S310). The photographed magnification information of the partial image and the index of the image of the partial image are also received (S320). Depending on the type of ultrasound system, data modification may not be necessary.

Then, the preprocessing unit 131 of the control unit 130 calibrates the distortion of the image information with reference to the photographing angle and magnification at the time of acquisition of the obtained three-dimensional data, and performs a pre-processing process (S330 ).

Then, the matching unit 332 determines a connecting region having one or more overlapping points in the reference and target three-dimensional data, and matches the partial images of the fetus at the same angle as the reference magnification (S340).

Referring to FIG. 4, the arms and hands of the fetus are matched and the rest of the body parts are matched in this manner.

Then, the interpolator 333 fills in the shortage of the determined three-dimensional data of the connection area using interpolation (S350).

Next, the three-dimensional whole fetal information generating unit 134 secures expansion and connectivity through information estimation. At this time, the estimation uses an open algorithm such as Random Sample Consensus. Referring to FIG. 5, although a portion is missing at the time of connecting the hands and arms, this portion is filled by the interpolation method, and information estimation, extension and connectivity are ensured by the three-dimensional whole fetal information generating unit 134, (S360).

Then, the 3D general fetal information generating unit 134 smoothes the surface and the connecting part using a mathematical filter as shown in FIG. 6 (S370).

Then, the procedure (S320 to S370) is repeated with reference to the index for each body part (S380), and final fusion finalized whole fetal three-dimensional data is obtained as shown in FIG. 7 (S390).

Then, when the three-dimensional whole body fetal information generating unit 134 transmits the three-dimensional fetal three-dimensional data to the three-dimensional printer 200, a three-dimensional pictorial object is finally printed to obtain a fetal object as shown in FIG.

The generated three-dimensional sculpture can be delivered to parents by mail or courier.

In the process described above, reconstructing the three-dimensional data based on the three-dimensional data obtained from the information of each part of the body, and then constructing the stereoscopic sculpture, provides a sensibility effect of meeting the child directly with the father in comparison with the mother having the child in the womb In addition, it is possible to induce active participation of preachers, and at the same time, the voice of the father whose relatively low frequency is transmitted to a deeper place can be transmitted to the fetus, thereby leading to successful preaching.

The embodiment of the present invention can be variously modified, and it is also possible to generate a three-dimensional sculpture by receiving a partial image through the storage unit 150 instead of the receiving unit 110.

And if necessary, it can be applied as a service to receive a 3D sculpture creation request from parents through a network, receive a partial image of the body from the ultrasound system, generate a 3D fetal sculpture, and deliver it to a place desired by the parents This is possible.

The embodiments of the present invention described above are not only implemented by the apparatus and method but may be implemented through a program for realizing the function corresponding to the configuration of the embodiment of the present invention or a recording medium on which the program is recorded, The embodiments can be easily implemented by those skilled in the art from the description of the embodiments described above.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, It belongs to the scope of right.
