Abstract

The present invention relates to a milking management device, and it is possible to notify the milking person in advance whether milking quality milk can be milked from a milking wake before a milking operation, as well as to quickly treat milking milk, And furthermore, the body temperature value of the milking cow, such as a cow located in a long distance as well as the nearness, can be transmitted to the management server more easily.

Description

{Chakyuwoo managed devices}

The present invention can notify the milking person before milking whether or not milk having excellent quality can be milked from the milking ward in advance. In addition, treatment of the milking ward, such as milking that can not be milked, can be performed quickly, And more particularly, to a milking / drinking management device capable of more easily transmitting a body temperature value of a milking cow, such as a cow located in a long distance, to a management server.

In general, milking cows are dairy cows after breeding. In order to control the milking operation of dairy cows, the dairy cows are provided with milking information on the dairy cows, milking information on the milking process and information on the environmental conditions of the milking cows As a result, it is necessary to prepare a report on dairy cow milking by measuring and analyzing the harmful factors for milking at all times. Recently, milking information of milk cow with milking information is extracted immediately after cow milking, To a milking person, so that milking management system and method for milking milk can be more easily and easily managed by a milking person, and the method has been proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2010-0026243 .

However, in the case of Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2010-0026243, milking information is extracted together with milking information on the milking cow immediately after milking the milking cow, and the milking information is processed into a document conforming to a certain format, There is no way of informing the milker before the milking operation whether or not it is possible to milk quality milk from the milk cow in advance.

Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2010-0026243

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a milking machine capable of notifying milkers before milking whether or not milk having excellent quality can be milked from milking wicks, The present invention relates to a sowing management apparatus capable of easily transmitting a body temperature value of a milking cow, such as a cow located at a long distance, to a management server more easily.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a milking apparatus comprising a body temperature measuring unit attached to a milking wool and measuring a body temperature of the milking wool; A wireless transceiver for transmitting a temperature value of the milking wool measured by the body temperature measuring unit; And a management server for determining whether or not milking is possible from the milking based on the temperature value of the milking wool transmitted by the wireless transmitting / receiving unit.

The wireless transceiver may be a multi-band wireless transceiver.

The management server may determine whether or not the milking of the milking ward is sensed based on the number of walking times of the milking sensed by the walking distance sensing unit transmitted by the wireless transmitting / receiving unit desirable.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the amount of feed supplied to the milking cow through feeding to the management server and the amount of milk milked from the milking wool measured through the milking flow meter are stored.

In addition, when the management server determines that milking from the milking wool is impossible based on the temperature value of the milking wool, it is preferable that the notification unit informs the milking person that milking from the milking wool is impossible.

It is also preferable that a display unit for outputting the body temperature value of the milking ward stored in the management server, the number of walking times of the milking ward, the amount of feed supplied to the milking ward, and the amount of milk milked from the milking ward.

Then, the control unit transmits to the terminal of the milker a milking amount from milking determined by the management server and the milking amount of milk from the milking amount stored in the management server, the number of walking times of milking wastes, It is preferable that an SMS transmission unit is provided.

It is preferable that the body temperature measuring unit is provided with a pin member inserted into the skin tissue of the milking house at a predetermined depth.

Here, the body temperature measuring unit is attached to the leg portion of the milking womb via the attachment member, and the attachment member includes a side attachment member to which the other side is connected to one side of the body temperature measurement unit; And an other side attachment member having one side connected to the other side of the body temperature measurement unit and a non-conductive insertion member inserted into one side of the one side attachment member, the other side attachment member being inserted into one side of the one side attachment member And a sensing unit having a determination unit for sensing whether the body temperature measurement unit is worn by sensing the insertion member of the member and at the leg portion of the milking wrist, wherein the sensing unit includes a power supply unit; A controller receiving power from the power supply unit and having the determination unit; A power supply line for supplying power of the power supply unit to the control unit; A block member comprising an upper block provided in the power supply line and a lower block provided in a lower direction of the upper block; An elastic member elastically supporting the lower block; A first conductor provided at a lower portion of the upper block and connected to the power supply line, a second conductor provided at an upper portion of the lower block, and a second conductor provided at one side of the power supply portion in contact with the second conductor. And a conductor made of a third conductor and having the insertion member which is nonconductive between the first conductor and the second conductor.

The upper inclined surface and the lower inclined surface are respectively formed on one side lower portion of the upper block and one side upper portion of the lower block, and the upper inclined surface is inclined upward from the other side of the upper inclined surface toward one side of the upper inclined surface, And the lower inclined surface may be formed to be inclined downward from the other side of the lower inclined surface toward one side of the lower inclined surface toward the lower side of the lower block.

In the present invention, based on the body temperature value of the milking wool measured by the body temperature measuring unit attached to the milking cow such as a cow, it is possible to notify the milking person in advance of the milking operation whether or not the management server can milk milk of excellent quality In addition, the multi-band wireless transceiver constituting the wireless transmission / reception unit can be used to transmit the body temperature value of the milking cow, such as a cow located at a long distance, to the management server There is an effect that it can be transmitted more easily.
