Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a grease trap, and more particularly, to a grease trap that facilitates installation work.
The consumption of meat foods increases with the change of people's preference for food, which is used in food factories, gas stations, ships, etc. that cooks and produces hotels, department stores, supermarkets, restaurant kitchens, fisheries, Is increasing. As a result, the amount of lung maintenance is also increasing.
However, the wasted oil was discharged from the sewage without being subjected to a separate treatment process. Accordingly, there is a problem that the waste oil mixed with the general sewage adheres to the inner surface of the sewer pipe, grows while forming a film, and eventually clogs the sewer pipe. Also, waste oil discharged into natural water systems such as rivers and seas has little natural decomposition, polluting the environment and threatening the ecosystem.
To solve this problem, a grease trap was developed. Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2014-0071662 discloses an example of a conventional grease trap.
Hereinafter, a conventional grease trap will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a side sectional view showing a conventional grease trap.
Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional grease trap 1 includes a
On the other hand, the conventional grease trap 1 has a structure in which the tank
Therefore, there is a problem that the conventional operation of installing the grease trap 1 is troublesome. That is, the operation of installing the conventional grease trap 1 includes the operation of combining the tank
A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a grease trap that can be easily installed by an operator to solve the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a grease trap comprising: a tank body having a discharge pipe for providing a passage through which grease is discharged; A flexible exhaust pipe connected to the discharge pipe to provide a flow path through which the grease is discharged and having flexibility; A grease collecting tank capable of collecting, storing and transporting grease discharged from the flexible discharge pipe; And a support table provided with a tank main body seating portion on which the tank main body is seated and a grease collecting tank seating portion on which the grease collecting tank is seated.
Here, the support base includes: a plurality of vertical posts spaced apart from each other; A tank body seating plate having a rim portion coupled to an upper portion of the plurality of vertical posts to provide the tank body seating portion; And a grease collection tank seating plate coupled to a lower portion of the plurality of vertical posts to provide the grease collection tank seating.
Further, it may further include a valve installed in the discharge pipe or the flexible discharge pipe.
Further, it may further comprise a grease filling warning device for warning of the grease filling of the grease collecting tank.
At this time, the greedy filling warning device includes a filling sensor installed in the flexible discharge pipe to sense grease filling of the grease collecting tank and output a grease filling sensing signal; An alarm unit for warning the fullness of the grease; And a controller for receiving the greasy filling detection signal output from the fullness sensing unit and causing the warning unit to warn the full grease.
According to the grease trap according to the present invention as described above, there is no need to combine the tank main body with the grease collecting tank and the operation to combine the grease collecting tank and the zero pollution system, so that the operator can easily install the grease trap.

2 is a side sectional view showing a grease trap according to one embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a greedy filling warning device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. This does not mean that the technical ideas and categories of the present invention are limited.
Hereinafter, a grease trap according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Hereinafter, a method of installing the grease trap according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, a support table 140 is provided. Then, the tank
By the above process, unlike the conventional grease trap 1, there is no need to combine the tank main body and the grease collecting tank with the grease collecting tank and the zero pollution system.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. will be. Accordingly, the true scope of protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
