FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a greedy filling warning device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. This does not mean that the technical ideas and categories of the present invention are limited.

Hereinafter, a grease trap according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing a grease trap according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a grease filling warning device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2, the grease trap 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a tank body 110 having a discharge tube 111 for providing a passage through which grease is discharged, A flexible discharge pipe 120 providing a discharge channel and flexibility, a grease discharged from the flexible discharge pipe 120 is collected and stored, and a transportable grease collecting tank 130 and a tank main body 110 are provided. And a support table 140 provided with a tank main body seating portion 143 on which the grease collecting tank 130 is mounted and a grease collecting tank mounting portion 145 on which the grease collecting tank 130 is seated.

The tank body 110 may be a tank body generally known in the art to which the present invention belongs, as disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2014-0071662. Therefore, the detailed configuration and operation of the tank body 110 will not be described.

The flexible discharge tube 120 may be embodied as a tube having a solubility such as a plastic hose or a corrugated tube. Therefore, the discharge end 121 of the flexible discharge pipe 120 can be easily inserted into the inlet 131 of the grease collecting tank 130.

The support base 140 includes a plurality of vertical posts 141 spaced apart from each other, a tank body mount plate 142 having a rim portion coupled to an upper portion of the plurality of vertical posts 141 to provide a tank body mount portion 143, And a grease collection tank seating plate 144 coupled to a lower portion of the plurality of vertical posts 141 to provide a grease collection tank seating portion 145.

The height of the upper end of the grease collecting tank 130 is lower than the height of the lower end of the tank main body 110 by the support member 140. Therefore, the grease in the upper portion of the fluid flowing inside the tank main body 110 is easily moved to the grease collecting tank 130 by gravity.

Meanwhile, a valve 150 may be installed in the discharge pipe 111 or the flexible discharge pipe 120 of the grease trap 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Thus, when the discharge end 121 of the flexible discharge pipe 120 is detached from the inlet 131 of the grease collecting tank 130, the user closes the valve 150 so that the grease flows to the periphery of the grease trap 100 To the outside.

The Greek fullness warning device 160 includes a fullness sensing part 161 installed in the flexible exhaust pipe 120 for sensing the fullness of grease in the grease collection tank 130 and outputting a grease fullness sensing signal, And a control unit 163 for causing the warning unit 162 to warn the user of the grease filling signal when the grease filling sensing unit outputs the grease filling sensing signal output from the sensing unit 162 and the fullness sensing unit 161. [

The fullness sensor 161 may be implemented as a level switch. The fullness sensing unit 161 outputs a grease filling sensing signal when the level of the grease to be filled in the grease collecting tank 130 reaches a certain level.

The warning section 162 may be implemented with a visual warning device such as a buzzer, an acoustic warning device such as a speaker, or a display or a lamp.

By this greedy filling warning device 160, the user can recognize whether or not the grease collection tank 130 is filled with grease. Thus, the user can prevent the grease from overflowing in the grease collecting tank 130.

Hereinafter, a method of installing the grease trap according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, a support table 140 is provided. Then, the tank main body 110 is seated in the tank main body seating portion 143 of the support base 140. Finally, the grease collecting tank 130 is seated in the grease collecting tank seating portion 145 of the main body support 140, and the discharge end 121 of the flexible exhausting tube 120 is connected to the grease collecting tank 130 131). With this process, the installation of the grease trap according to one embodiment of the present invention is completed.

By the above process, unlike the conventional grease trap 1, there is no need to combine the tank main body and the grease collecting tank with the grease collecting tank and the zero pollution system.
