3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a lighting apparatus using a bottle according to another embodiment of the present invention.
4 to 5 are actual photographs of a lighting apparatus using a bottle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention is intended to make lighting devices by positively utilizing various glass bottles for storing and distributing alcoholic beverages and drinks. Various glass bottles are very closely related to real life, and various forms have been provided and various designs have been provided. Therefore, this design suggests a way to utilize materials that are familiar and aesthetically superior to us as lighting fixtures.

A first hole is formed in the body of the glass bottle 10 by perforation. There are various methods for perforating the glass bottle 10. Drilling may be used to drill holes using diamond bites, or chemical methods may be used. The scope of rights of this invention shall not be limited by the method of puncturing. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a second ball is provided in addition to the first ball. The first hole is provided at the lower part of the glass bottle, and the second hole is provided at the upper part of the glass bottle. The first and second balls are provided to the extent that the electric parts such as the power supply line 24 can be inserted or fixed and can have a diameter of 3 to 10 mm.

The power supply line 24 is inserted through the first hole. A plug 22 for power supply is connected to the end of the power supply line 24. The plug 22 can be inserted into a socket for a general-purpose AC 220 V and its shape will also vary.

The switch 21 is fitted in the second hole and fixed by silicone or an adhesive. As shown, the switch 21 is a toggle switch, which is merely an example. The switch 21 can be operated from the outside of the glass bottle 10. Although the switch 21 may be provided on the power supply line 24, the switch 21 may be provided on the glass bottle 10 itself to give a different aesthetic effect, and the effect as a lighting device using a glass bottle can be maximized.

A lamp assembly, which is illuminated by receiving power from a power supply line 24, is installed inside the glass bottle 10. The lamp assembly may be provided in a form similar to a commonly used lighting fixture for decorating a Christmas tree. That is, the lamp assembly is composed of a plurality of unit lamps 20 installed along the extension direction of the elongated connection line 23. The connection line 23 connecting the unit lamp 20 and the unit lamp 20 may be installed in the glass bottle 10 in a form like a vine. Therefore, it does not flow inside the glass bottle 10 and emits the light L in a state where it is evenly distributed throughout the glass bottle 10. The connection line 23 serves as a support for keeping the unit lamp 20 uniformly distributed in the glass bottle 10. [ The connection line 23 is connected to the power supply line 24 as well. The lamp assembly may be composed of a plurality of unit lamps 20, but may also be composed of a single unit lamp. In some cases, it may be installed in the form of a display panel in which a plurality of LED elements are mounted on a substrate as used in an advertising signboard.

According to the present invention, fine irregularities are formed on the entire outer surface or part of the glass bottle 10 by sandblasting. This is to form a fantastic atmosphere by scattering the light L and to give a different image to the glass bottle 10. Instead of sandblasting, fine irregularities can be formed by chemical etching.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the sandblast can be partially processed by masking, and the untreated portion can be a pattern 30 such as a letter, a logo, and the like as shown in Fig. By such an operation, the result as shown in the photograph of Fig. 4 can be obtained.

The color and shape of the glass bottle 10 will vary greatly. As shown in the photograph of FIG. 5, by combining glass bottles of various shapes and colors, a much more colorful lighting effect can be obtained. Further, these glass bottles may be connected to each other by electric wires so as to be turned on or off at a time, or may share only one plug 22 and be connected to each other in series.

A plug 11 such as a cork is inserted into the injection port of the glass bottle 10 to prevent dust from accumulating inside the glass bottle 10. [ Even the cap 11 of the glass bottle can be utilized as a part of the design of the lighting apparatus.

As is well known, the Christmas tree decorative lighting fixtures are illuminated in various patterns by a program installed in the lighting fixtures. If these programs are used, the lighting apparatus of the present invention can also be turned on in various patterns. As shown in FIG. 2, when the unit lamp 20 is inserted from the bottom of the glass bottle to the bottom of the glass bottle to have a predetermined structure from the bottom to the top, more various lighting patterns can be provided. For example, they may be turned on and off sequentially from the bottom to the top of the bottle, or alternatively, the top and bottom may be alternately turned on.

The user may arrange the lamp assemblies in the glass bottle in various ways according to his or her choice. This is because the lighting pattern may vary depending on the manner in which the light is put.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, when the lamp assembly is lit by interposing the ornaments 40, 41 between the inner wall of the glass bottle and the lamp assembly, the ornaments 40, Lt; / RTI > The ornament may be, for example, a three-dimensional shape such as a souvenir, a leaf 40, or a sheet-like shape such as a hologram, a photograph, or a colored paper 41.

In addition, decorations such as stained glass may be applied to the surface of the glass bottle 10, and various additional decorations may be applied.

3 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present invention. According to this embodiment, a hole 12 is formed in the bottom of the glass bottle 10, and the hole is closed by a plug 13 made of synthetic resin, cork or rubber.

According to such a configuration, the entrance to the inside of the glass bottle 10 is expanded so that the lamp assembly can be easily inserted into the glass bottle 10, and a bulky lamp can be inserted. The cap 13 may not be pierced in the sidewall of the glass bottle 10 as shown in Fig. 2 by making the entire bottom of the glass bottle support the glass bottle 10 and drawing a wire passage hole (not shown) .

The above description is only a few examples based on the technical idea of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will recognize that various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as expressed in the claims. For example, all of the above-described embodiments may be freely combined and practiced by those skilled in the art, and any combination thereof should be construed as being included in the scope of the present invention.
