Description

{Cover Door for Air Circuit Breaker Container}

The present invention relates to a door for an air circuit breaker storage box configured to protect an air circuit breaker from rain, dust, and the like.

Large buildings, factories, ships, etc. are supplied with high-voltage currents. Since high-voltage currents can cause serious accidents, air circuit breakers are installed in large buildings, factories, and ships to block overcurrent or short-circuit current.

Since the air circuit breaker is a facility that poses a risk of a safety accident, it is installed in a place where people are less moved. For example, the air circuit breaker is installed in the underground of the building, the outskirts of the factory, and the backplane of the ship.

The air circuit breaker is kept in a separate storage box so as to be protected from dust, rain, and the like. The storage box is provided with a door that can be opened and closed so that the administrator can easily check the condition of the air circuit breaker at any time.

However, since the cover door of the conventional air circuit breaker has a low airtightness with the main body, there is a problem that the air circuit breaker can not be effectively protected from sudden heavy rain or dust.

For reference, Patent Document 1 is a prior art related to the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In describing the present invention, the terms referring to the elements of the present invention should be understood not to limit the technical elements of the present invention, since they are named in consideration of the functions of the respective elements.

In addition, throughout the specification, a configuration is referred to as being 'connected' with another configuration, including not only when the configurations are directly connected but also when they are indirectly connected with another configuration . Also, to "include" an element means that it may include other elements, rather than excluding other elements, unless specifically stated otherwise.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a air circuit breaker installed in an air circuit breaker storage box, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a cover for a air circuit breaker storage case according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is an assembled perspective view of a cover for a air circuit breaker storage case shown in FIG. 4 is a plan view of the cover for the air circuit breaker storage case shown in Fig.

Referring to FIG. 1, a brief description will be given of a period in which air is loaded in an air circuit breaker storage box.

The air circuit breaker 10 is configured to shut off the current outside the allowed range. For example, when a current larger than the maximum allowable current is supplied to the air circuit breaker 10, the supply of the current can be cut off for safety such as fire. As another example, the air circuit breaker 10 may cut off the supply of current to prevent malfunction of the device if a current smaller than the minimum allowable current is supplied.

The air circuit breaker 10 may be provided with a manual switch 12 for enabling manual operation by an administrator. In addition, the air circuit breaker 10 may be provided with a display device 14 for presenting the current operation state to the manager.

The air circuit breaker 10 constructed as above is installed and operated in a storage box 20 equipped with a cover door according to the present invention. For reference, since the air circuit breaker 10 shown in Fig. 1 is merely an exemplified form, another type air circuit breaker can also be installed in the storage box 20 equipped with the cover door 100 according to the present invention have.

Referring to FIG. 2, a cover door for an underground breaker storage box according to an embodiment will be described.

The cover door 100 includes a plate member 110, a first flange member 170, a hermetic member 120, a second flange member 130 and a cover member 140. However, the configuration of the cover door 100 is not limited to the above-described members. In one example, the cover door 100 may further include a hinge member 150. As another example, the cover door 100 may further include a latch member 160 (see FIG. 3).

The plate member 110 may be a generally rectangular thin plate. For example, the plate member 110 may be a metal plate having a predetermined thickness. The plate member 110 may be provided with a hole 112 through which the plate member 110 can be inserted into and out of the plate member 110. For example, a square hole 112 may be formed at the center of the plate member 110 to have a shape similar to that of the plate member 110. The plate member 110 thus formed may be coupled to the front surface of the air circuit breaker storage box (not shown) to partially cover the front surface of the storage box.

The first flange member 170 is disposed on the plate member 110. For example, the first flange member 170 may be formed long along the edge of the hole 112 formed in the plate member 110. A step 172 (see FIG. 3) is formed in the first flange member 170. For example, a step 172 is formed on the inner side of the first flange member 170 to receive the second flange member 130.

The airtight member 120 is formed in the first flange member 170. In one example, the hermetic member 120 may be formed along the edge of the first flange member 170. The hermetic member 120 is made of a material having elasticity. For example, the hermetic member 120 may be made of a synthetic resin, rubber, or the like. The airtight member 120 has a curvature 124 formed therein. In one example, one or more bends may be formed on the outer surface of the hermetic member 120. Such a curved shape 124 can increase the contact area with the lid member 140 and the bonding force, thereby completely blocking the infiltration of dust, rainwater, and the like.

The second flange member 130 is disposed in the first flange member 170. In other words, the second flange member 130 can be disposed at the step 172 of the first flange member 170. [ The second flange member 130 can fix the first flange member 170 to the plate member 110. [ The second flange member 130 can be firmly fixed to the plate member 110 together with the first flange member 170 via fastening means such as bolts, rivets, or the like. The second flange member 130 configured as described above serves to tightly adhere the first flange member 170 to the plate member 110. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, dust, rain, etc. can not penetrate between the plate member 110 and the first flange member 170.

The lid member 140 engages with the plate member 110. Fig. For example, the cover member 140 can be coupled to the plate member 110 to be openable and closable. The lid member 140 is configured to close the hole 112 of the plate member 110. [ The cover member 140 can completely cover the hole 112 of the plate member 110 in a state of being engaged with the plate member 110. [ The lid member 140 includes a flange portion 142 for receiving the hermetic member 120. [ The flange portion 142 of the cover member 140 can be in surface contact with the edge of the airtight member 120 in the closed state of the cover member 140. [ The configuration of the flange portion 142 can improve the airtightness between the plate member 110 and the lid member 140.

The hinge member 150 is formed on the plate member 110 and the cover member 140. The first hinge 152 of the hinge member 150 may be formed on the plate member 110 and the second hinge 154 may be formed on the lid member 140. [ The hinge member 150 may enable opening / closing of the lid member 140. The hinge member 150 includes a connecting pin 156 connecting the first hinge 152 and the second hinge 154 to each other. The first hinge 152 and the second hinge 154 are fitted to one end and the other end of the connecting pin 156 and can rotate around the connecting pin 156, respectively.

Next, the separation of the hermetic member 120 and the first flange member 170 will be described with reference to Fig.

The first flange member 170 is of a shape having a step 172 and a bent portion 174. In one example, a step 172 is formed on the inside of the first flange member 170 so as to be in surface contact with the second flange member 130. As another example, a bent portion 174 is formed at the edge of the first flange member 170 so that the airtight member 120 can be fitted.

The airtight member 120 engages with the first flange member 170. For example, the airtight member 120 may be fitted to the bent portion 174 of the first flange member 170 in a fitting manner. Therefore, the edge of the first flange member 170 can be prevented from penetrating rainwater or the like due to the hermetic member 120.

The front surface of the airtight member 120 may be curved or curved. The shape of the hermetic member 120 can increase the contact area between the hermetic member 120 and the lid member 140, and can prevent penetration of rainwater or the like.

In the following, the engagement of the cover door 100 will be described with reference to FIG.

The cover door 100 can freely open or close the front surface of the storage box through the opening and closing operation of the cover member 140. [ In one example, the cover door 100 can close the lid member 140 to completely close the hole 112 in the plate member 110. As another example, the lid door 100 may open the lid member 140 to open the hole 112 of the plate member 110.

On the other hand, the lid door 100 includes a structure for firmly holding the lid member 140 in a closed state. For example, the latch member 160 is formed on the plate member 110 and the lid member 140. The latch member 160 includes a fitting block 162 and a projection 164. The fitting block 162 is configured to engage with the plate member 110 and engage with the projection 164. In one example, the fitting block 162 is formed with a hole. The protrusion 164 is engaged with the lid member 140 and can be fitted into the hole of the fitting block 162.

The cover door 100 thus configured can stably maintain the closed state of the lid member 140 through the engagement of the fitting block 162 and the protrusion 164.

The planar structure of the cover door 100 according to one embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

The cover door 100 is configured to block penetration of dust and rainwater. For example, the curvature 124 of the airtight member 120 may be formed in different sizes to increase the path through which rainwater penetrates between the airtight member 120 and the lid member 140. The bending 124 of the hermetic member 120 forms a shorter infiltration path between the plate member 110 and the hermetic member 120 than the infiltration path between the hermetic member 120 and the lid member 140, Permeability between the hermetic member 120 and the lid member 140 can be substantially blocked.

Since the lid door 100 according to the present embodiment is configured to compress the hermetic member 120 while contacting the flange portion 142 of the lid member 140, Can be completely blocked.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. And various modifications may be made. For example, various features described in the foregoing embodiments can be applied in combination with other embodiments unless the description to the contrary is explicitly stated.
