Abstract
The cover for the air circuit breaker of the present invention has a plate member which is coupled with the main body of the storage box and in which holes for entry and exit are formed; A first flange member disposed on the plate member and formed with a step; A hermetic member formed along an edge of the first flange member; A second flange member disposed at the step and fixing the first flange to the plate member; And a lid member coupled to the plate member and configured to open and close the hole.
Description
The present invention relates to a door for an air circuit breaker storage box configured to protect an air circuit breaker from rain, dust, and the like.
Large buildings, factories, ships, etc. are supplied with high-voltage currents. Since high-voltage currents can cause serious accidents, air circuit breakers are installed in large buildings, factories, and ships to block overcurrent or short-circuit current.
Since the air circuit breaker is a facility that poses a risk of a safety accident, it is installed in a place where people are less moved. For example, the air circuit breaker is installed in the underground of the building, the outskirts of the factory, and the backplane of the ship.
The air circuit breaker is kept in a separate storage box so as to be protected from dust, rain, and the like. The storage box is provided with a door that can be opened and closed so that the administrator can easily check the condition of the air circuit breaker at any time.
However, since the cover door of the conventional air circuit breaker has a low airtightness with the main body, there is a problem that the air circuit breaker can not be effectively protected from sudden heavy rain or dust.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door for a air circuit breaker, comprising: a plate member coupled to a main body of the air conditioner and having an openable hole; A first flange member disposed on the plate member and formed with a step; A hermetic member formed along an edge of the first flange member; A second flange member disposed at the step and fixing the first flange to the plate member; And a lid member coupled to the plate member and configured to open and close the hole.
The hermetic member may be made of synthetic resin or rubber in the door for the air circuit breaker storage box according to one embodiment of the present invention.
In the cover door for the air circuit breaker storage case according to an embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the airtight member may be a shape having a plurality of curvatures.
The cover door for the air circuit breaker storage case according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a hinge member for connecting the plate member and the cover member so that the cover member can be opened.
The cover door for the air circuit breaker storage case according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an engagement member that maintains the engagement state of the cover member and the plate member so that the cover member is kept closed with the hole.
